This was our second time choosing this hotel, and we absolutely loved everything about it. It is an excellent hotel with very friendly and always smiling staff who are always ready to help. Special thanks to the wonderful Samah at the reception and Zakaria who helped us with our heavy suitcases. The location is perfect as the hotel is situated on a beautiful beach and also has a lovely pool. The food in the restaurant is excellent, and the restaurant staff are also very friendly. The dishes prepared by the chef are truly exceptional. Do not miss the excellent breakfast they serve. We will definitely return again.

Great location, good value due to the time of year, and the apartment was a very good size with the right amenities.

The standard is pretty low for Dubai, when it comes to quality of finishes and facilities in the room there no frills. However it's perfect if you are on a watersports holiday and spending time on the beach.

Large spacious room, clean pool, the kitchen is equipped with everything necessary, the friendliest staff ever met, everything is at a very good level, liked everything.

Public parking next to the hotel, where loud guys on loud cars gather to hang out in the evening and at night on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. They make crazy noise these days and it really interferes with sleep. The hotel stuff is aware of this, but can do nothing about it, recommends calling the reception and complain, then they send the security to the parking lot, so this is the main disadvantage of this place. To be fair, it must be said that that we stayed for 8 nights and this is happens only from Friday to Sunday, other nights it's quiet.

Location, friendly staff, size of the room

Cleaning services were when convenient for them. usually when we had a rest in the afternoon. but it was depend on person, one guy was very polite and made his job when it was comfortable for us.

The hotel, despite its long history, remains in excellent condition with spacious, impressively equipped rooms featuring high-quality amenities. I highly recommend a ground-floor room with a private terrace and direct access to the stunning, expansive beach, offering a unique traditional seaside experience in Dubai in 2025 for those seeking a more authentic vacation. The recently renovated pool is clean and top-notch, the staff is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and the rooms are spotless and well-maintained. The food is of high quality, and the hotel’s location in a affluent area with a strong local community vibe provides a perfect balance of culture and urban life without the crowds. Nearby, there’s a luxury shopping mall, quality restaurants, pharmacies, excellent parks, a diving school, kite surfing, and a gym, all maintaining a high standard.

The location is excellent, right on the beach and next to Sunset mall. All staff bar, one waiter in the restaurant, was very helpful especially when my grandma passed away and I had to use the staff phone to change my flight with Emirates. Beds are comfy and clean, room was a large studio.

There was a camera above the pillows - very un nerving, the waiter in the restaurant was very rude and kept ignoring me, then he made me feel very uncomfortable re my bill as I wasn't aware you couldn't put it on the room... then he proceeded to follow me back to the room!! ... very unprofessional and invasive manner. Some people at the pool brought their own music - this should have been stopped.

We liked it here so much that we will try to fly here for a month next year. A very cozy place right on the first coastline. There are many flowers on the territory of the hotel. Friendly staff, who try to help the guests with all questions. We asked to change our room, the staff kindly provided us with another room with a sea view, it was beautiful. Good breakfasts on the terrace overlooking the sea. The best beach in the city with clear water. On the left there is a beach for surfers and kiters, on the right for vacationers. It's easy to lead a proper lifestyle here - lots of sports activities. I liked the long embankment, we arrived in the middle of March, when there was no heat. We walked along the embankment to the Burj Al Arab Sail. A long road where one beach turns into another. There are separate jogging, walking paths, and bike paths on the embankment. We went to Burj Khalifa by taxi. Fast and inexpensive. Everything was very pleasant, we will come again!

The property is located in a heart of Jumeirah which is accessible to every location you want to go. Rooms are big enough to have plenty space for locating as much luggages you want. The facilities of room are enough for long stay also, the furnished kitchen and washing machine, clotheshorse, etc. breakfast is fear enough to have something from everything you really need to eat in the morning. the strong point is being on the beach side and you just need to walk out to reach to the beautiful beach. Staff carness is the very strong point of the Roda beach resort Hotel which make me to come back again ( choose)Roda in case of travel to dubai again. in brief that was an excellent experience to me and my family to stay in Roda Beach Resort. Just one thing which is not that much important to me the beach front apartments are located next to the parking lot which is some how noisy at nights.
