The hotel was great, the staff helpful, the location close to the beach. However, it is very far from the metro, so we had to use taxi services. The food is delicious.

The food is delicious, but I did not like the restaurant staff. It is not possible to make coffee yourself - you have to order to bring it. After ordering, you have to wait for about 20 minutes and be reminded 2-3 times that we are waiting for coffee. Our departure was very early. We asked for the breakfast ration to be taken away, but this was not possible. We are advised to come early and the staff will find out what dishes to prepare so that we can eat before leaving. However, it was very sad that when we arrived at the agreed time, the food was not ready, even though we waited another 15 minutes, so we left hungry :( This is a big minus for the hotel.

Excellent option for business trip in Dubai, located in the middle of the city which makes it 10km away from main destinations both ways. Also, the hotel is located near the beach so you can enjoy the sea anytime before or after work. The place is not crowded, quiet and clean. Hotel staff are very polite and helpful.

This hotel is very nice..We chose it for it's great location .5 mins walk to stunning beach. Huge choice of restaurants, cafes and fast food outlets nearby We stayed here to visit family in Dubai.. We were upgraded to an executive room which was very spacious, clean and bright with a large corner window with city view. All staff were well trained, friendly and professional from front deskstaff and doormen to Abbas and Kamran on housekeeping who were very attentive and also creative with the towels. Didn't have breakfast here as I'm not a fan of buffet style There is also a small cafe option within hotel for drinks ,pastries snacks etc. We enjoyed a swim in the rooftop pool. Sun loungers and towels available. The hotel also supplied complimentary mats and towels for our beach trips.

The free upgrade to a sea deluxe room with a balcony, the location to the beach across the road, walking/cycling track, can hire bikes and electric scooters for a fee at hotel, numerous cafes, takeaways that deliver, juice bars, restaurants, and local buses (not on a metro line), free water every day as much as you need, and staff were all amazing... Abbas, Udip, Shaw, our room cleaner (sorry cannot remember his name), the cafe staff, the security lady, and the night security guy, in fact, all staff were amazing and so helpful and very pleasant. Plenty of taxis are available on the main Jumeriah St around the corner from the hotel, still very inexpensive. Easy walking distance to Kite Beach and eateries there. Close proximity to Burj, Wild Wadi between 2-3 miles up Jumeriah St, so very close indeed. Visiting Villa 515 and Hamptons for breakfast, lunch or dinner was amazing all along Jumeriah St...so check it out for sure. City Walk 15mins max away by taxi.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a Beach Walk in Dubai with an incredible sea view, and I must say it was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from day one. The rooms themselves were spacious and impeccably clean. Each morning waking up to the breathtaking sight of the Arabian Gulf was nothing short of magical. The bedding was so comfortable that sleep came easily every night. The location is absolutely fantastic—just steps away from the beautiful Jumeirah Beach, with plenty of cafes and shops within easy walking distance. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a cozy bed and a lovely view. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to unwind after a busy day. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any requests I had were handled promptly. The rooftop pool was a highlight—perfect for a refreshing dip with a great view of the city.

Highly recommended hotel in Dubai. Family oriented. The staff were so amazing, friendly and very accommodating. From Miss Janette and Miss Pann from the front desk, they were very approachable, helpful in every way. The lifeguard on duy Mr. Bikram, that all the time looking out for the people in the pool. They were all 5 star worth of ratings. Their rooms were clean and very comfy. Beach is just 3 mins walk from the hotel with their free chair and umbrella that you can use. The cafe with amazing coffee and pastries. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Will definitely come back here. Amazing experience for the kids and adults.

The breakfast was very good value for price. You get not only bread and eggs but even potatoes and rice and some vegetables. Service was quick. Even the hairdresser was god and cheap. You can ask for towels for the beach and you even get water botels and umbrellas. For swiming you may use the nearest beach, just 5 minutes walk and the are showers on the beach! For more beach life it is recommended to use the the other beach. There is a 12 minutes walk but it is a soft pathway reserved for pedestrians. You can also ask for mountainbikes to go there. There are plenty of restaurants around for dinner and breakfast.

Actually the pool on the rooftop is very small, no swimming at all, but you have the sea. You may use it for cocktails. It is very hot on the roof anyway. The wellness area is also not very big, but who needs a sauna in Dubai? Really disappointing was the size and equipment of the gym. Just a few running machines and weights. It would be better of to close the wellness area and enlarge the gym. ! There are 2 gyms for men and women separated! The light in the bathroom is a bit dark for proper shaving but this is not really a problem.

A superb location for these who want to walk/run/swim in Dubai! Both Downtown and Dubai Marina are easily reachable by taxi as this hotel is between these two, also there's a bus stop nearby so you can go to a metro station (in both directions). But staying there I did not want to go anywhere else :) The hotel is located basically right on the jogging path, which actually is a 6-7 km long 2-3 lane path (one for walking, one for running, and almost always there's the bicycle lane nearby as well). The path goes along the beach, with night beaches (with lights and lifeguards) located in both directions from the hotel. An amazing place! The hotel itself provided comfortable rooms, I've asked for a quieter room away from the road and Hein helped me with a great room, and also helped with my other requests - thank you so much, Hein! I liked the place so much that I decided to stay longer and Meerim helped me a lot by showing few different rooms that were available. Basically it looks like only the main road side is noisy, the "sea" side is quiet, and two other sides are OK. But also there's the internal yard, kind of - the hotel's shape is like a square doughnut :) So while there's no view really in these rooms with inner yard views, it's super quiet as there's nothing in there apart from hotel itself... so if sea or side-view rooms are busy, I would just take the inner-view room. Nice and quiet. The rooms and beds and AC and wifi - everything that I used was very comfortable. Amenities, room service,... all good. And a special Thank You again to Hein and Meerim, they've definitely vastly improved my experience by helping me in chosing good rooms and assisting with my other requests!

As other comments say, door locks are kind of loud - but I got used to these quickly and, more importantly, I was not once bothered by the noise from other door locks (and stayed in different sides of the hotel). So was not an issue for me. Also after reading the comments I did not book the breakfasts, as there are enough cafes around anyway (inc. on the beach! in both directions). But the coffee shop in the lobby was actually nice, yummy drinks at totally reasonable prices! In short I can't really think of anything that made me upset - in fact, I'm going back to this hotel soon :)

We love this place! We keep coming back because it’s the best option in the area - right next to the sea and perfect for kite surfing! We were also happy to discover that they collaborate with GoDubaiTour. Riaz was very helpful; he gave us the best offer for visiting the desert, plus a very affordable rate for airport transfers. We’re definitely coming back!

We LOVED their sauna, but unfortunately, it was removed after the gym renovation. There was also a minor issue with the light panel and the shower, but the staff resolved it promptly.
