This small hotel with 2 floors is more a 4 star then a 3 star hotel. The rooms are nice and large and almost all of them have private balconies. The have lots of extra's in the rooms, more than your average 4 star hotel. Slippers, bathrobes, Nespresso machine, toothpaste/brush/shoe shine/comb/vanety kit etc. Really nice. Great staff too and lovely bed. The curtains do not black out fully as they are a bit short so light comes underneath.

As other people say as well: part of the hotel faces a big 6 lane road just in front of that part of the hotel. You will hear street noise day and night if you stay in these rooms (the rooms ending in 1 and 2 (so 201, 101 etc. ). My advice: get new sliding doors for balcony that are sound proof. Bathroom itself can do a renovation, it's older, but not a problem at all.

Good location for the beach Staff friendly , reception helpful Hein and Sanara especially helpful , others good too but not get there names Cleaners very good , even if you left the room early afternoon it was still cleaned for you when you got back later . Very pleased with the cleaning done by Prabhu , Sawroop and Bhuan ,.They supplied hand and shower wash and some other amenity kits , like toothbrush, razor , sewing kit etc . Traffic noise knew about but didn’t find it was as loud as others had said in reviews and it did not stop us from sleeping well every night .

Shower was impossible to control , one minute just right temperature then it went either freezing cold or boiling hot in seconds . So be careful when showering .

The hotel is in a strategic location, very close to the beach and to bike rentals, which makes it easy to move around. If you exit the hotel and turn right, after about 800 meters you'll find a mall with everything you might need., and left 200 the bikes and beach zone. The room was always clean and tidy thanks to the housekeeping staff, especially Prabhu Sawroop and Sangii. Ihad to ask how to switch the shower water flow between the handheld shower and the overhead shower because it wasn't very clear and they hepled quickly. If I have to be precise, the only little annoyance was the buzzing/vibration noise coming from the outdoor unit of another room’s air conditioner, which I could hear in my room (I was in 202) while sleeping. It wasn’t from my own AC because I always turned it off at night. Other than that, everything was perfect. I’ll definitely come back! Thanks also to the guy of reception, Shehan very professional and kind. Ps : a plus the nespresso machine inside room!!

Hotel is really close to the beach and nice park with trees and lots of playgrounds for kids. This was a benefit as we stayed here with our 3 kids. There is also nice restaurant in the park where you may have dinner for reasonable price during cool november evenings (Hot fish is the name). And actually there is many other restaurants in this area. We also had breakfast included in the room rate. Breakfast was nice, directly in the hotel restaurant, but selection is little limited (egg in each way you can imagine). If you come as a guest of the restaurant, the menu is much more extensive and you can choose daily something different, but I guess also price is then different. Staff of the restaurarant as well as hotel staff is very nice and helpful, always smiling. You will get towels for the beach at the hotel reception upon request, which is something we get used to after multiple stays in Dubai. There is always a taxi somewhere nearby as it is quite popular location and many people drive to this beach area. I would definitelly come back again with my family. If you like to spend days at the beach, this is the location to go for. If you are more up to shopping and city visits, you will do better if you stay somewhere closer to metro station or downtown itself.

Just selection of breakfast was little limited, but that honestly did not ruin our vacation and we were very satisfied.

Location - super close to a beautiful public sandy beach, next to a park with two playgrounds, close to good restaurants, on a busy road where you can catch a taxi easily or take a bus. Also, it is in between the downtown and marina, so nothing is too far away from there. Room - the room was very spacious, balcony as well, the bed was 2 meters wide, so me, my husband and our kid slept there with a lot of space for each of us. The bed was extra comfortable, we slept like babies. Stuff - all stuff members were helpful and kind. We often asked for room cleaning in weird times and it was always done. We called them a few times to ask for water or something else, they were always fast to meet our needs. The best person was receptionist Shehan, who was there often and each time helped us with different things. The most important was his assistance when using a taxi app Careem. I found it very confusing and he was next to me, explaining everything, suggesting better options, and waiting for the driver to make sure we went with the correct one. I cannot thank him enough for that. :)

For those who are sensitive to noise during the night, it might be better to ask for a room that is not overlooking the big street. Luckily, we are not those, so we noticed it is a bit noisy, but we didn't mind. As I said above, we slept like babies. :) Also, notice that this is not a luxurious hotel, but a small, very clean, comfortable, and welcoming one.

Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful - shout out to Shehan. Rooms have a rustic, beachy vibe - which we loved. Right by the beach - perfect for jogging and swimming. Will be our nr 1 choice when visitng Dubai for work. Highly recommend!

Bathrooms could be better maintained and upgraded a little - but we are really nitpicking here. Cafe at the hotel could improve their coffees - bigger sizes and lower prices. But you have a Nespresso machine in the room and a grocery store that sells pods close by. At this price point the hotel really is very good.

Absolutely exceptional! This hotel has become our favourite place to stay, and we’ll always come back. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and looked after. The front desk staff were ALL brilliant—friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They truly made the check-in and overall experience seamless and pleasant. A special mention must go to the cleaning staff, especially Prabhu and Sawroop. Their attention to detail, kindness, and consistently high standards made our stay incredibly comfortable. Our room was spotless every day, and their warmth added a personal touch that made us feel right at home. We genuinely love this hotel—it’s more than just a place to stay; it’s become a part of our travel tradition. Can’t wait to return!

Was is close to the beach and the reception was Great employee and ,every out from the hotel immediately delivery taxi fast arrived and was warm weather ,i relaxed a lot . and there mousque behind the hotel and go there for pray and i hope come back again for fun

The deliver i think with breakfast but wasn’t with breakfast there was shop coffee shop make coffee milk and american coffe and once again and make the check in with breakfast

My stay at the boutique beach hotel in Dubai during the Eid vacation was overall a pleasant experience. The staff's friendliness and attentiveness significantly enhanced the quality of my stay. The non-smoking room provided a fresh atmosphere, and the Wi-Fi connectivity was excellent, ensuring I stayed connected throughout my visit.

There were a few areas that could be improved. The room's wardrobe and shower set required maintenance, which was a minor inconvenience. Additionally, the lack of complimentary parking for hotel residents was a notable drawback, considering the location's demand for such amenities. These points, if addressed, could elevate the overall guest experience significantly.
