I recently had the pleasure of staying at IBIS Mall Avenue and I am writing to express my gratitude for the outstanding service I received from the Front Office staff, particularly Nyi Nyi. His helpfulness and politeness made my stay extremely enjoyable. Nyi Nyi went above and beyond to assist me with all my requests and ensured that everything was handled promptly and efficiently. However, I do have some feedback regarding the food. We ordered Nasi Goreng late at night, and unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. The taste was lacking, and the quality of the rice was not good. While everything else about the hotel was great, the food quality needs improvement. I recommend focusing on enhancing the taste and quality of the food to ensure a more consistent and satisfying experience for guests.

Ibis is Ibis, so you know what to expect and usually I make the booking without breakfast as the breakfast is not that rich, but in this location, I made a very professional lady working in the restaurant, and she was very clever that she invited me to see their breakfast and I immediately bought for my three nights the breakfast package. It is rich and have a wide variety and equality is really good. Just make sure you manage the way your eggs need to be done.😊. I want to thank the Hotel for having Ms.Naglaa in their team, she was amazing. First of all for making me buy the package. Secondly, for her warm will come every morning. In addition, I cannot neglect thanking Mr. Hatem, from the reception team you are so professional so hospitable. All I can say people make the difference in your stay at any hotel and these two members really made my stay enjoyable.

The overall vibe and facilities are quite nice. Very clean, modern and the room is spacious enough. Location is very good too and nearby 2 metro stations, and mall of emirates is just a few walks away.

I just had a little trouble during check in. I did online checkin prior to my flight and even received a confirmation, but when i got into the hotel i learned that my booking was cancelled as it said they weren’t able to bill my card. I didn’t receive any early notice/message about it at all and I kinda wish I did because I arrived there at 2:30am after a long flight. But good thing the front desk has been of great assistance to sort the issue out

The location of the hotel was good for me for if I ever want to come back to the same hotel, it would be the location to be honest. Aside from the location, I liked the desk. I was doing some work on my laptop and the desk was really good.

My booking was without breakfast. I tried it once but didn't like it so with or without breakfast, same. I just didn't like the breakfast which I paid 55AED for it. I had trouble with the A/C and while I didn't inform the front desk given my short stay, I tried my best to cope up with the temp. Maybe if the hotel could check the A/C, that would be good.

-The furniture was clean -The room is spacious - Quick response to inquiries from reception -Excellent location -Price for service - Providing ground parking for cars and ensuring that the car is checked after entering the parking lot.

I only have one thing I didn't like. When I booked the hotel for two days, on the first day at noon, one of the hotel members entered the room without asking permission, and at our sleeping time, this is very bad, even if it was checkout time, he had to call or charge for an extra day. You cannot enter the room without...permission.

Location is within a walking distance from the mall. Hilton garden inn flora hotel and a few hotel apartments are all in the same area with many shops and restaurants around. The hotel is connected to the Novotel from the inside.

There’s usually only in person at reception. Day and night I always saw at least a couple of people waiting for their turn. Not a huge issue but worth mentioning. Furthermore at the Novotel lunch area workers would pass by you without even looking to see if anyone wants their order taken. They passed by me a few times so I just went upstairs and ordered from room service. Service wasn’t good obviously at either of the connected hotels.

I liked the location of the Hotel, it was very convenient being close to MOE and the Metro. As the Hotel, it is beautifully designed the reception staff were very friendly and accommodating and the cleaners were also really good at maintaining the room and very responsive.

Not that it is a big deal and I am not sure how it can be handled but there were few small insects in the room which was annoying.

It was a wonderful experience staying at IBIS Mall Avenue Dubai. The hotel offers excellent comfort and convenience, making it ideal for business travelers. Its prime location near the Mall of the Emirates and close proximity to the Dubai Metro ensures seamless connectivity, while taxis are easy to find. Additionally, there are numerous restaurants nearby, offering a perfect blend of comfort and accessibility for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was superb. Checkin was smooth. Our room was just right fit for a couple. Few matters for attention: Housekeeping should ensure that daily stock of coffee and tea supplies or soap are replenished in a timely manner. The A/c in the room was not the best of all. It took atleast 30-45 minutes to cool down, especially if it was off. Bathroom chappal should be considered to be provided.
