The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, making our stay a remarkable experience. Specially the assigned dedicated villa butler Mr. Mohamed Haddad. The attention to detail in the luxurious rooms and the impeccable amenities provided showcased the hotel's commitment to excellence. The pool area was an oasis of calm, with comfortable loungers and attentive poolside service that made unwinding an absolute delight. The chef sent us a cake for our friend who we were celebrating the stay for and it was amazing, we couldn't stop eating it. It's rare to find a hotel that excels in every aspect of service, comfort, and facilities, but this establishment effortlessly achieves that feat. They have mastered the art of hospitality, creating an environment where guests feel not only welcomed but cherished. Our time here was an unforgettable experience, and we eagerly anticipate the opportunity to return and relish in their exceptional service once again.

Ama ing villas suits families and nice services

In master bedroom the smart lighting of the bathroom is annoying as it switches on everyte we walk by toilet . And the bathroom window glass is very annoying when we sleep

Service staff were helpful and attentive, theatre room was a nice touch for the kids. Beds were very comfortable, we were very grateful for plenty of water provided, breakfast spread was good

Overall the villa was a little tired but still well kept and clean. The shower door didn’t shut all the way so it would flood outside of the shower room every time we took a shower.

The best hotel villa i have ever stayed in i was amazed at the detail of every amenity and serivce they provide in the Villa and the hotel.

Nothing the hotel was far above my expectation.
