Excellent service, great location, very comfortable bed and great sized room and bathroom. I would stay here again, for sure.

Overall the room was very clean, however the spoon was covered in dust/fluff and looked like it had been sat there for a while. The coffee table needed another clean and I found a hair in the bathroom after room service left. Also, I was asked twice to give my review on the hotel’s device. Once at breakfast and then again at checkout. I declined both times. I feel as though asking for a review and standing there watching while someone writes it, puts pressure on a guest to give a positive review. We should be expected to write an honest review in our own time and definitely not while at breakfast when our time at the hotel is not even finished. It is a lovely hotel, though and my stay was very comfortable and pleasant.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Bathroom was clean with a powerful and hot shower. I absolutely love the big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided in the bathroom as opposed to those tiny bottles usually used by hotels that you have to struggle with and needs daily replacement. The Staff were friendly and very quick to respond to any requirement. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again.

I was previously put in a room with a bath tub which was very slippery and I almost had an accident, however after I complained I was moved to a room with a walk in shower immediately one became available and I didn’t even have to remind them. Breakfast could do with some more variety.

✔ The room was very spacious, clean and cosy. It was in perfect condition and was equipped with all the described in description facilities. Also, we can say that it had good enough soundproofing. The room was properly cleaned every day. ✔ The breakfast was great. It had lots of different options and all of them were very tasty and fresh. Also, I was afraid that most of the food could be spicy, but that was not the case — every morning there were lots of dishes that were not spicy. ✔ All of the hotel's staff did a great job: they were very kind, polite and attentive. We really would like to thank all of them for their good attitude. ✔ The pool on the roof was clean, big enough and with a comfortable temperature. Also, there were comfortable chaise lounges near the pool. ✔ We used the room service several times: every time it was fast and the food was fresh and tasty. Also, prices in the hotel restaurant were very affordable. ✔ For us the hotel's location was very comfortable. It's located in the geographical centre of the town near the Mall of the Emirates and so we could travel fast in all directions through the city.

We don't think we could highlight any significant problems which happened during our stay. There were some minor problems which were politely and promptly resolved by the hotel staff.

The pool was nice, and having a gift shop with good pricing in the hotel was convenient. Judith and Khalil were very accommodating and friendly during check in. Shoura and Jona were helpful during check out. We were offered water both during check in and check out. The hotel parking was free for guests. We got a call from the reception to check if we needed anything for our room, since we had the do not disturb sign on during out stay. The TV had a chromecast option. The location is very good, quick walk to Mall of the Emirates + metro, and The B1 Mall. Our room was not ready yet for check in, so they kept our luggage for us while we went out for dinner, and they brought our luggage to our room for us. The staff were very friendly and we really appreciated that.

When we got to our room after checking in, it was quite dusty, the TV remote was covered in dust, and we had to wipe it clean. The room does not smell good. We asked for air freshener, and it only helped for a few hours. The furniture also looked worn out in some places (rust on the bathroom sliding door, cracks in the wood of the bathroom drawer and room's desk). Limited TV channels to watch movies, there were no MBC channels, only Dubai One.

I wanted to express my gratitude for the wonderful and amazing experience I had during my stay at your hotel. The staff, especially Mr. Khalil, was exceptionally helpful, assisting me with everything I needed. I am truly thankful for his dedication and support throughout my stay. Please convey my special thanks to him. I look forward to visiting again in the future, as my experience was so positive that I am sure I will repeat it. The overall impression was amazing. They upgraded my room to a very spacious one. The staff was very kind and supportive, specially Hamada who helped us during the check out.

From the moment I arrived until check-out, every aspect of my stay was truly outstanding. The level of service exceeded anything I’ve experienced, even in top luxury hotels. Every staff member I encountered was kind, professional, and genuinely attentive. The cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable. I even inspected the room with a UV light — and it was absolutely spotless. That level of hygiene is incredibly rare and speaks volumes about the hotel’s high standards. The pool area was beautiful, peaceful, and meticulously maintained — the perfect place to relax after a busy day. The dinner buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious, high-quality dishes, all presented with great care. I’d like to give special recognition to Menkish, the dining room manager, who provided exceptional service. His attentiveness, warm demeanor, and clear dedication to guest satisfaction elevated the dining experience to another level. It’s rare to encounter someone so passionate and professional. What made this stay truly memorable was the consistent attention to detail — both in the facilities and the hospitality. I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a flawless and unforgettable hospitality experience.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard Marriott and overall had a pleasant experience. I did face some issues with the cleanliness of my original room, but I want to especially highlight the excellent service provided by Mr. Malik at the front desk. He was incredibly helpful and understanding when I brought up the problem. Not only did he quickly arrange for me to be moved to a new room, but he also went out of his way to ensure my friend was moved to the same floor so we could be close during our stay. Mr. Malik truly made sure everything was comfortable and smooth for us. Thanks a lot, Mr. Malik, for your outstanding hospitality and support. Your help really made a difference in our stay!

Everything was great. The hotel was clean, and the supervisor and staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. Because of a booking system mistake, we were given a double room instead of a triple one, but the supervisor immediately solved the issue by providing us with an extra bed free of charge, which we really appreciated. In the restaurant, Raja, one of the staff members, was very hospitable and supportive, which made our dining experience even better. The location is also excellent — very close to Dubai Mall and in a convenient area.

❌️The clothes hanger in the bathroom was not clean. ❌ On one of the days, housekeeping did not come, although on the other days the cleaning service was very good.

From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. Amira was truly amazing kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I also want to thank the manager (I forgot his name, but I remember he’s from Lebanon) he was so welcoming and made a great impression with his warm attitude and professionalism. The room was spotless, the location was perfect, and the overall vibe of the hotel was exactly what I needed.
