The location is great close to the metro and to the mall, the room size is good and comfy

The shelfs in the kitchen was bit dirty which was annoying, and the cleaning staff didn't always put enough towels in the bathroom

The location was wonderful, next to 2 subway Stations, Mall of Emirates and thousands of Restaurants. It is easy to find. The staff was nice and eager to help. The room for 2 was quite spacious, with all you might need for the short stay in Dubai and probably more. Even a small kitchenette with oven!. We also had a small balcony, with the view on Villas and not another skyscrapers. The conditioner was working well.

It was strange to get only one towel. Why if they knew, that there are 2 guests? The fridge in our room had a lot of water on the shelves, since the door was not closing properly and there was a hole, through which warm air came in to the fridge. But this problem could be easily solved. There were some cracks in the walls, and probably the furniture doesn't look new for the price, but it didn't matter for us a lot.

It's a very nice location, a big apartment. But I am very upset that I need to give money for a security deposit, I never did it in UAE, and I didn't have cash in general.

The room was spacious for a couple. A fridge was there too and the kitchenette was fully functional. The bathroom was also clean and modern. Having a window toward the residential area was cherry on the top.

The laundry button needed repair. Other than the cooking smoke/fumes that came from some neighboring room everything was awesome. There should be instructions in the cooking area to use an exhaust hood and avoid making parathas, etc.

This is my second time at Tulip Al Barsha Hotel and the service is still as perfect as before. The staff from the reception to conceirge and the housekeeping are very helpful, decent and cooperative. They go the extra mile to accommodate to all our needs and make our stay extremely comfortable, especially Shahzad from the reception and Kawsar from the housekeeping. It is unfortunate that I didn't know the names of the other staff members as they were all amazing. The hotel is very close to Mall of the emirates, metro station and bus stop so it has perfect location. The rooms are clean and very well equipped. Although it is in a vibrant place, but the hotel is quiet so it is perfect for work and relax. Perfect location, great service, staff and amenities, so it makes it one of the best hotels I stayed in UAE.

The apartment and facilities were very good. Calm and serene place. Cleanliness was very well taken care of. The place was always spotless.

The staff were very cold and unwelcoming. The front desk staff don't even smile or greet, instead they either look away and ignore or stare as if we are trespassing. I found this very unusual and unacceptable, especially for a hotel like Tulip. The TV did not have Netflix/Prime, etc only regular channels of which most were not available.

This place was a a gem! I wanted to be close to the mall of emirates and my family. Perfect location. Many amazing restaurants in the area. The room was large and equipped with everything needed. Plus the pool gym and steam sauna rooms were clean and just what I needed! The staff is very polite and hospitable. Highly recommend this hotel

Very good apartment, high class flair, great place to be. Nice staff everywhere (reception, breakfast, swimming pool). We would definitely come again!

Breakfast was disappointing: dirty buffet area, half of the food was empty at 09:45, very rare or not available cups and plates, only Nescafe in small bags...it is too much work for only one person. Hotel should improve it, otherwise I would recommend to guests to save the money and to have breakfast in one of the nearby cafés.

Close to Mall of the emirates and various shops and restaurants in Barsha. It is very clean and quiet. Staff are helpful and non intrusive. The rooms are decent size. I did not use the kitchen but it is more than enough for a short stay. You can easily cook some simple meals there. Lots of take away services deliver to the hotel. You can eat and do laundry very easy and at good prices. Overall pleasant experience.

The pool is rather small. The hotel would benefit from getting newer towels and bed linen. Fluffy new towels would certainly be welcome Otherwise it is all fine and worth staying in

Beautiful place to stay with a great location at Tulip Al barsha hotel Apartment. Walking distance to Mall of Emirates. The rooms were spacious and clean,with an amazing, & relaxing smell at the reception area. I wish they keep this relaxing smells in the entire area soon..😊 The staff is doing a great service, quick check- in and helpful thoughout our stay, especially to Kabeer who is always there helping us to our request and taking care to our room. Thank you, Kabeer for your kindness. I will certainly be staying here again!!!
