Good location

You can only stay here if you are single person or a married couple. They want to see a marriage certificate. It doesn't say this when you book. This is a stupid rule. Not a country rule just the hotel. The bed is hard. Worst bed I had in the UAE.

Location is nice, walking distance to Mall of the Emirates, Metro station ,supermarket, salon, Masjid ,etc, special thanks to Mr. Javeed, Haseeb, room service, cleaning staff, all the people there is like a fried and family, no comment, really good experience to choice akas Inn,

Need to extend the HC timing till 12pm night, and also must have WiFi signal, as many of gust come tired and need to go on top and stay some time but there is no WiFi,also closed 9pm, this is just a advice,

It was clean and quiet, close to Mall of Emirates, big room size and I was upgraded from studio to 1 bedroom. Staff is extremely attentive and helpful.

Some pieces of furniture in the kitchen are old and starting to fall apart, the couch is old and not very convenient. I had to call staff to fix the A/C as it didn't work properly but after 2 hours fixing/deicing it was OK. Also after the booking I was informed that it's not allowed to invite friends.. actually one of the reasons to go for the apartment hotel is that you have some space to spend a couple of hours with your friends after work, that notification didn't make me happier.

We stayed in this hotel for almost 2 weeks. The room is large and spacious. There is everything you need for your stay. There is a swimming pool on the roof of the hotel, you can sunbathe and swim. Overall, it is a normal hotel with a set of necessary amenities. There are many restaurants, shops, a metro station, a large mall nearby. I would especially like to note the work of the staff. Both the manager and the employees are always very friendly and ready to help. The room and the hotel are very clean, there are no extraneous odors. The hotel staff helped make our holiday in Dubai pleasant and comfortable. Many thanks to the management and all the staff.

- the electric boiler was so rusty and cannot be used for human beings.. and this very hazardous for health - outside noise

This was an amazing apartment, one of the best places in which I have ever stayed. Admittedly they gave me an upgrade (not quite sure why !) but nevertheless I could enjoy a large lounge/dining room as well as a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, 4-ringed hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. There was a large bedroom with en-suite bathroom, including a bath as well as shower. The whole place was fully air-conditioned; vital in the heat of a Dubai summer. Although it is a self-catering apartment, there is still a reception desk staffed throughout the day so you do not have to wait for the owner to come and let you in.The staff were also so friendly and helpful and cleaned the room every day even though I would not normally expect this in self-catering accommodation. Although they said check-in would be from 2 p.m., they allowed me in when I arrived at mid-day and I was also able to store my bags for a few hours whilst waiting for my flight on the day of departure. The place is just a few minutes walk from the nearest metro station, which is a very important consideration when the temperature is over 100 F; you do not want to have to walk too far for anything in that heat ! It was fantastic value for money and proves that you do not have to be a millionaire to have a great time in Dubai.

There is nothing I could fault with the place

The Akas-Inn is ideal for location/access to Dubai with clean rooms, in fact all the positives as shown in section 2 above .

There is nothing that springs to mind that I did not like.

The experience in the property was really great. The location was top class, with metro, restaurant, grocery and other amenities in walking distance. Additionally, the staff and maintenance personnel were quick in offering any support. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay with family, who is looking for a spacious place.

The stove top was not fully working. Only two ovens were operational and it used to take lots of time to boil water / prepare food.

The location seemed a little far from the central. But it was okay since there was a metro station nearby. There were also bus stops close by. The room was big and not bad for the money I paid was quite old also. But it's okay if you are not looking for a place with a good view and all. A cleaning service was available daily, which helped keep the room clean.

Plug points were a bit loose.

thank you for the upgrade into a massive apartment with a comfy double king bed, and good wifi. big kitchen with good appliances, and very big living room. complimentary big bottle of water. in general very good hotel, altough it needs some updating. would definitely come back. close to InsuranceMarket metro stop.

hot water was only barely not cold. sat tv had a poor selection of channels. no plugs by bedside. one of the night curtains was broken/ripped off. they are strict with guest-policy (as in: not married women guests).
