+ Location is good near Mall of Emirates. + Smoking rooms are available. + Vallet free parking is available ( normally they have closed car park but because of flood disaster recently happened, car park was out of service ). Vallet parking guy is kind and fast. + Room size is very big. + Bed and pillows are comfortable. + WiFi is working properly. + Staff is kind and helpfull to remove any problem during your stay ( They opened on 1st June after 6 weeks closed period because of recent flood issue ). + Breakfast open buffet options are ok but can have more variety. + Lighting of room is good. + Daily cleaning is proper. + Laundry service is fast. + 7/24 open gym is good. + Price is acceptable for business travellers at hot summer season.

- Laundry prices can be better. - Breakfast options can be more. - Gym area can be bigger with more equipments. - I hope next time closed car park can start to operate.

This is my forth time here, my room is always very clean, i should mention a man name Takmoud (sorry if i have wrong) could not fault how much care was taken, very spotless. Breakfast was amazing very clean, very friendly and polite staff, very was also amazing. very welcoming at reception. the pool was also great. Washing machines and dryers are free. Easy to walk to Mall of Emirates, Taxis are right out the front. will be back next year.

i didn't like the fact that parents left their children for the pool staff to baby sit their kids while they left the pool area. There should be a sign stating, "Children should not be left unattended in the Pool" Parents should stay with their children

The room and hotel itself was great. Beautiful, comfortable and very quiet. Loved this!

The check in could have been better. I felt the two people who checked me in were very rude because my credit card needed a PIN and for that card I didn't have one. They weren't at all patient and they became pretty rude pretty quickly. Once I produced another card that did work, they were all smiles again. It didn't make a good impression on checkin. Also some (not all) the front desk people seemed pretty clueless about local amenities. Some were super lovely and helpful so they weren't all like that. Just a few bad apples I felt! No a great way to start.

Location and the price close to amenities

Nice pool, wonderful staff, comfortable rooms, great location where you can walk across to the Mall of the Emirates. They have a luggage storage facility where we left our bags for a couple of days when we went to Abu Dhabi. Extremely warm, responsive and helpful staff throughout the hotel. Good location, lots of stores, pharmacies, restaurants and cafes around.

I stayed 7 nights in this hotel with my wife and children 13 & 17, during the last the days of Ramadan and Eid. Before we arrived at the hotel i asked for an interconnecting room after booking, cause there was not such an option at booking.com. We arrived around 3 AM, Mr. Moestapha and Mr. Nour checked us in. I explained them the situation and they where really helpful to gave us an interconnecting room. The location is very central , metro , mall , shops , restaurants, markets everything is walking distance. Hotel and rooms are very clean and you will see 24/7 staff cleaning the property. Hotel parking is available and free. The staff was very kind even they where very busy because of Eid. Breakfast is good / ok. Maybe a little bit more variety. İ read some negative reviews but our experience was amazing. İt depends on how / and what you want to see. Price / Quality more than worth it.

The hotel is in a great location. Rooms are spacious and well-maintained. Facilities include a restaurant, bar, pool, and handy free laundry room. There’s free parking also included.

The hotel has a restaurant and a small coffee shop. The latter does not open until 11am, with a set buffet breakfast in the restaurant the only option. As there are no other cafes in the immediate area, I would really welcome the option to have a coffee and croissant or similar rather than just the buffet option.

The room was clean, beautifully aesthetic and comfortable. The HK staff were quick to deliver whatever we requested.

The AC couldn't go lower than 22 degrees. The staff at the reception during check in didn't seem particularly energetic, and although I can understand the reason behind providing only 2 bottles of water per room, it didn't feel necessary especially during peak summer.
