Location is very convenient, Mall of Emirates is just 3 minutes away. Metro you have 2 options Masreq or MOE. Carrefour is just in front of the hotel, plenty taxi always available, a lot of small restaurants and cafes nearby.

Front desk staff Pinky and her colleague were extremely helpful and accommodated early check-in. The room was comfortable and quiet. The welcome compliments were unexpected and quite nice. Though the breakfast was a short set menu, it was always made fresh and served hot with a smile.

WiFi was slow most times.

Apartment with kitchen, minimal cooking facilities, washing machine and iron - convenient when traveling. It's hard to rate the location because we traveled by car, but the metro station is close enough. There is a 24-hour shop nearby. The rooms were cleaned every day and towels were changed. Comfortable bed.

The room was a bit lacking in cleanliness. It is noisy in the evening and at night from the passing metro and cars. Although you can cook in the apartment, if you do - be prepared to buy absolutely everything (except dishes): from the simplest spices to a sponge for washing dishes or a paper towel.

MENA ApartHotel is located in the heart of Al Barsha 1. I got a Studio apartment which was quite good in size as well as the facilities. The hotel was very clean, staff was really nice and friendly. I wanted to extend my stay there but unfortunately I was late and they were fully booked since it was peak touristic season. I'd love to stay there next time I visit Dubai.

The only thing that I didn't like was the WiFi connectivity. The speed of the WiFi was pretty good but the disconnections were very frequent which was really frustrating since when you are working and your WiFi gets disconnected, it gives a bad impression.

The pool was spacious, clean and with a great view. The gym to was great and the breakfast was great and very affordable.

From the moment I walked into Mena ApartHotel, I felt like a valued guest. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. My room was spacious, clean, and offered a stunning view. The hotel amenities, including the pool, gym and on-site restaurant, were top-notch. A special shout-out to the staffs at the reception for their exceptional hospitality and for upgrading my room. Above all, the break fast was very delicious and very very affordable. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!”

The apartment was so big and perfect for a little family. The location is also perfect, staff is very friendly.

I didn't like that when they changes the towels they gave us less. We were 2 adults and 1 baby and we ended up having just 1 big towel and 2 small ones, even though at the beginning each of us had their own. Also asked once for cleaning and they didn't clean the floor, but overall it was nice. I would go again.

The bedsheets were fresh and pillows were soft. The reception team (Hazel) were amazing and the housekeeping team, especially the filipino guy. A good stay overall.

The internet was very slow, although I was given a wifi code, it didn’t make any difference at all. It was like you’re in 3rd world country, the page I’m trying to open wasn’t loading. They also do not have a business centre.

It is clean, the location, outside there’s many food stores and even 24/7 Carrefour Market.

A bit pricey

Excellent location 5 minutes walk from Mall of the Emirates. The Turkish restaurant attached to the hotel was lovely for breakfast and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was cleaned daily and it was really useful to have washing machine and drying rack. Very convenient 24h Carrefour across the road.

Considering there was a full kitchen - hob, microwave, toaster etc, there was very limited plates and cutlery - two of everything exactly. Some washing up liquid and dishcloth / towel would have been helpful.

Location: walking distance to mall of emirates, courteous staff who knew our check in and check out time, facilities: an apartment with hotel facilities; comfortable bed and apartment size

Not very loud but Continuous wind or road noise; some road works made the trip to mall of emirates a bit longer to walk; distance from Dubai mall and center meant more taxi costs.
