The staff is very friendly and helpful. In case of any problem, the staff helps very quickly and practically. Our room was small. I requested a larger room. It was immediately fulfilled. The hotel manager, Mr.Majed , was very interested in us. The hotel is old and needs a little renovation. However, the hotel manager and all the staff are very dedicated to their jobs and always solution-oriented. The breakfast did not satisfy us, I informed the hotel manager. He offered to do your shopping at the supermarket and meet all your needs for breakfast in your room. They are very kind. I would like to thank the hotel manager Mr.Majed and the respectful friends at the reception and the cleaning teams.

The breakfast was insufficient. The restaurant was small and stuffy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. But the restaurant area was problematic.The hotel needs to be renovated. It is an old hotel.

Pleasant stay for the 5 nights we were there as a family occupying two apartments. You can walk to the Mall of the Emirates (about a 10!min walk at a leisure pace). It’s also located next to the Metro so you can take the train from the airport etc…the staff were great (mostly men) - very professional and agile. The area has a bit of construction (old buildings being renovated) - but that didn’t affect our stay.

Breakfast can be a bit busy as there is limited seating. So you have to be there early or wait to be seated (there is no waiting area for that purpose - which makes it uncomfortable for those already seated as you are basically waiting on them to hurry)

Location and service were amazing! It is literally 5 minutes walk to Mashreq metro, with many restaurants and shops around. Staff at this hotel is extraordinarily professional and friendly. I stay in many hotels for my work, it is not very often that I mee such professional staff. Abdul from housekeeping and Naif from reception were very helpful (if I remember the names correctly). overall, housekeeping team and reception team helped a lot, anything I would request would be delivered to my room within minutes.

The location was excellent. Very close to metro with lots of restaurants around. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This was our second stay and we would highly recommend it.

The room and bathroom were very clean and had been nicely upgraded compared to my previous stay. Staff were very helpful in storing my luggage prior to check in times being in the afternoon. Food and supermarkets were conveniently located next to the accomodation and Mashreq metro station is only 5-10 minutes away by walk. Extremely convenient and only one stop away from Mall of the Emirates by metro.

The room was a lot pricier than expected compared to a previous stay and check ins were only available in the afternoon.

I liked the support of the front desk staff members, they are very positive and always willing to help..They go an extra mile in their work

I am currently staying in Room 507. The size of this 1 bedroom apart is very spacious. The staff here is exceptional. Very friendly and always willing to help. In particular I'd like to mention Mustafa who is cleaning my room on a daily basis and did a stellar job. He did not cut any corners and always had a smile on his face. I'd also like to mention the staff at the reception (unfortunately I don't remember all their names) who were always very helpful and accommodating. Just earlier today their IT manager Usman helped me with an issue I was having with the Wi-Fi. He managed Great family friendly hotel apartments at a very convenient location with stores, pharmacies and restaurants nearby.

The hotel is very clean and tidy, the apartment is spacious, we were very comfortable in the accommodation and in sleeping, the beds were very comfortable and they gave us an extra bed for free, so we were very comfortable when we arrived at the hotel after the long travel and from the fraud that happened to us from other sites and hotels, so this hotel was ideal and suitable for the comfort of my family and the swimming pools are large and the gym room is beautiful and the breakfast is delicious and varied, and God willing I will stay in it always because its location is very beautiful and close to all services

One area that could use improvement at the Rose Garden Apartment Hotel is the gym. The equipment there felt somewhat outdated and limited in variety, which made it challenging for those looking for a comprehensive workout. While the space was clean and well-kept, modernizing the machines and expanding the selection would significantly enhance the fitness experience for guests. Despite this, I appreciated having the option to exercise on-site, as it added to the convenience of my stay.

Facilities and Location were great. Easy to get to most attractions. A short walk from mall.of Emirates. Breakfast was good the kids enjoyed the pancakes and French toast. The apartment was a very good size very big bedrooms and a huge lounge.

Room and decor were dated. Kitchen looked old and could do with abit of modernisation. Washing machine could do with updating. The hotel is on a main road and you can hear everything outside. Fire alarms sounded very early morning on 2 occasions without warning.
