The hotel was clean and staff’s behavior was friendly

It didn’t really have any downsides. The hotel is a quiet and peaceful place, so if you’re looking for a lively and busy spot, this hotel isn’t the right choice for you.

The location is great. The room was very cozy and clean thanks to Bikash, who took care of it during our stay. We were very well treated in the restaurant by the team there (Praba, Abijith, Ali, Pratik, Jennifer, Saima, thank you for your kindness and care). Thanks to Mr. Asaifol we had cards for the metro and we only had to top them up (didn't have to purchase the plastics). The pool in the evening is a must-see! :-)

This is a remark to Booking.com, not to the hotel - please be aware that the Deluxe King room that you offer as suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids is not correct- the room has only 1 big bed and the sofa cannot be used as a bed. You should correct your search / filters.

I had issue with the booking price in the app when I agree it was 2079 AED after that the actual charge was 2621 AED so I didn`t accept this price and I send Email to the hotel , the answer was it`s TAXES my question why you don`t mention the total price from the start so I can refuse what is that called ?

Thanks to hotel that give bigger room as suit room Location was great and exactly opposite of Metro station and easy access I didn't use breakfast but but Breakfast location seemed good Just I think price of hotel was not matched with location I received a very good price as mobile price offer and I was very satisfied

Everything was acceptable just bed itself was not comfortable at night (I couldn't have good sleep). No other bad comment

The location is perfect- opposite the Mashreq metro station; from the airport it is possible to get by taxi. The room facilities are very good and comfortable, the rooms are cleaned every day, there is coffe, tea, water, coffe-maker, and refregerator in the room. There is an amazing swimming pool on the rooftop with a regular temperature control; staff who works in a pool makes sure that cleanleness, the rules and regulations are followed. Staff in the reception is very helpful, kind and polite. Especially, I would like to thank Suife (not quite sure about the spelling of his name-apologies for that)- he was very helpful and offered a free metro card for me to use during my stay. I surely advice to book the Rose Park hotel Al Barsha.

The only thing that is needs to be developed is the quality and variety of the breakfast

The room was big and clean, just close to metro station and a bit far from Mall of Emirates,The staffs behaved good and especially when in breakfast my coffee wasn’t good Pratik changed it and check the quality for other days and I like this customer orientation

I think just the breakfast wasn’t good and they should work on the quality and diversity.

I am visiting the hotel for the third time with my family and friends. We really like it there. The staff is extremely polite; special thanks to the waiter in the restaurant, Avijit. He took care of us every morning at breakfast, satisfying our wishes, remembering our preferences, always smiling, and very kind. The reception staff was also very nice and helpful. The hotel is located right across from a metro station and within walking distance of Mall of the Emirates. We would definitely come back again!

More variety in the menu such as sausages, hummus, and others.

Absolutely Wonderful Experience at Rose Park Hotel. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations. It was a quick decision to book this hotel as usually we stay at downtown, but, this decision turned out to be the best. The hospitality was outstanding, every single staff member was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. There’s no need to mention any names because each and every one of them was exceptional. Their warmth and attentiveness made us feel completely at home. We travel to Dubai every 4–5 months, and after this stay, we’ve decided that Rose Park Hotel will now always be our first choice. Highly recommended to anyone looking for comfort, care, and a top-tier experience!

We had an excellent stay at Rose Park Hotel, it was a 6 night stay, never ever we felt like we were away from home, starting with a very helpful front desk staff Mr.Mustafa & Mr.Aftab who were very attentive and supportive until the last day. When it comes to food and choices, Chef Mr. Sheik Abdullah and the team, along with Mr.Pratik, served us some great delicacies. The entire team was well managed by Mr.Prabhakaran (Captain). If you're looking for a great stay at an affordable price, with proximity to many sightseeing spots, this is a great choice 👍

My stay at rose park hotel was memorable. It was my first trip to Dubai with my family. Location was close to all the necessary things, like food,transportation and lot more. All the staff was very friendly specially i would like to mentioned few names like in the restaurant server arjit was very friendly and has smile all the time after day one whenever I go for breakfast in the morning he knows what i need and what my kids want to eat. Front house Aftab was very friendly as well. I will highly recommend this hotel for family and kids stay at the rose park hotel al barsha.
