Very clean and comfortable. Spacious rooms and lounge area. All the staff specially Mr Shafiq-cleaner( from house keeping) was very helpful. Metro station is just on 5 min walk. Mall of Emirates is just 5 min walk. Lots of restaurants and eat our options around the hotel. Grocery stores and pharmacies just few steps away from the hotel.

Water in the washroom and bath area was boiling hot. They must make it cooler . On complaint, They provided us a small bucket which definitely was not sufficient for a family of 5 and to use in 2 washrooms.

The location was great being near Mall of Emirates. The apartment was clean and well kept. The ventilation also was great and there were no bad odours. The furniture was in shape and the kitchen had all necessary appliances and cutlery. There were 3 tv screens and the wifi never failed. The staff response to our requests was very quick and helpful.

Wasn't so obvious how to operate fans in bathrooms. But this is minor thing, easy to ask at the reception.

Location was very nice and walking distance to MOE with several food options around. We got upgraded to 2 bedroom apt. Facilities were nice and all was good.

very very courteous staff. the housekeeping staff were extremely good. harry did a wonderful job of cleaning up all our mess daily. any issues raised were attended to immediately.

the furniture quality was very bad. this needs huge improvement. the 2nd bedroom had no control for AC.

Descent place to stay in Dubai close to a metro station and the Emirates mall. The surrounding is descent as well, where every need can be picked easily. Free parking lot is available. The staff are very helpful and professional. The apartment is very clean and well furnished. The swimming pool is nice and clean, and well monitered by a life guard. The money I paid is very reasonable and of a real value when compared to other facilities I checked before my booking. I strongly recommend this facility for all types of travellers.

The negative points are really minor when comparing to the overall experience I had, but I hope the following points brings the facility management attention: Despite the excellent location, but I believe that the apartments need a better soundproofing measured as the noise comes from the adjecent highway and the metro rail line. Kitchen needs some additional pieces such as the salt shaker and plastic containers and/or bowls. The number of the power sockets is limited.

Location was great & it was a good value for money. They offered early check-in (2 hours) and late check-out (3 hours) which is very very much appreciated given that I had a person with disability staying with me.

The furniture is a a little dated and roughed up!
