I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service and wonderful facilities provided during my stay. Every aspect of the experience was truly outstanding. A special thank you to Fatma Ahmed, the Lobby Ambassador, for her incredible kindness and warmth during check-in. Her attention to detail and personal touch made a significant impact, and we felt so welcomed and cared for. Everything in terms of the facilities and food was top notch..!

Some of the staff need further training, a very bad incident happened in the elevator. My sister was dressed in her African attire and her being of an African race a lady staff was in doubt and asked if she was staying in the hotel.. She then had to present her the room key card. This was so bad and embarrassing for her because she was asked in-front of the other guests who were in the elevator! Keep in mind we had checked in the Duplex Aspen Ski Chalet Suite!!! We did get an apology and a basket of fruits but all in all it did leave stain in our hearts and our vacation.

Everything ok but with this price of the room i have seen much much better ..the price is definitely overated..as all of the dubai city..nothing to see except one mall...one time is enough..never again for sure..so much better places..

Stayed for 5 nights. Upgraded to Grand Deluxe Room - best decision, to make family stay more comfortable. Know Dubai very well , so chose this hotel for location, convenience and facilities, which were spot on. Bed was super comfortable (good quality). Staff are very attentive from the start till the very end. Staff are the highlight here : from reception , valet, limo driver, doorman, pool host to breakfast hostesses and housekeeping. Hospitality is top notch - we felt welcomed.

It’s not that we didn’t like it, but just some suggestions to improve things even further : 1. Ask your staff not to remind guests about leaving reviews on Tripadvisor - we were asked so many times. There’s no need , as service is really good and guests will provide good feedback anyway. 2. Breakfast - there’s a good choice for everyone. Would suggest a bit more variety each day - as during our 5 days it felt a bit ‘Groundhog Day’ with breakfast.

The staff were amazing. From the valet to the front desk and house keeping, everyone was amazing and polite. We got a free room upgrade too. Wifi was decent, amazing breakfast and seating area. Location wise it was perfect, right next to the Mall of Emirates, and 20-30mins from all other major locations in Dubai. You get free car parking if you are a hotel guest.

The view from our room wasn't the best, but it wasn't too big of a deal for us. One thing that needs improvement in the room is the light switches. They all look very old and used. They certainly need to be changed. The cabinet doors closed with a bang, so I think soft-close hinges would be a nice thing to add. We noticed on our second day that there was some construction going on above our room. Although it happened only during the day (even on the weekends), it was still very annoying and very loud. We did not ask to be moved as we were only there for a few nights, and it did not happen at night time.

Had a lovely stay and was in a club suite. All the staff we encountered were excellent however my experience at the Club Lounge was disappointing. I was ignored twice during breakfast service and the second time after waiting for simple poached eggs for 25 minutes , I reported the situation to the club manager who was very apologetic (not his fault at all but the staff) . I left. I received an apology and card and chocolates but the damage was done. It was very disheartening to watch other people being served and get their more complicated orders before me. I never went back to eat at club lounge again. I expect the same service as everyone else otherwise there is no point. The breakfast service in the main restaurant was excellent and very attentive. Other than that it was a wonderful experience at the kempinski. I will definitely go back again but will not book a Club suite.

Exceptional Service and a Truly Memorable Stay I had the most beautiful time staying at the Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with importance and grace — every member of staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. The hotel itself is immaculate and extremely clean, with attention to detail that truly stands out. Breakfast was amazing — fresh, flavourful, and with an excellent variety. I especially appreciated the evening turndown service, a thoughtful touch that made me feel so well cared for. Any needs or concerns I had were addressed immediately and with genuine warmth. A heartfelt thank you to Prabin from housekeeping and Abhishek, the manager, for their excellent service. Every staff member I encountered was respectful, helpful, and kind — the level of service here is simply unmatched. A special mention must go to Heike, who was an absolute star during my stay. Her warm, welcoming nature and wealth of knowledge made such a difference. She made me feel completely at ease, always had a smile on her face, and offered fantastic recommendations. She is one of the key reasons I will be returning — a truly amazing soul and a credit to the hotel. I travel frequently, and I can honestly say this was the best service I have ever received. I’m already looking forward to returning in October and treating my family to the Kempinski experience. Naomi

Excellent Service from start to finish. The front desk staff, staff outside and in the restaurant went out of their way to provide five-star service. The cleaning staff/housekeeping staff went out of their way to provide exceptional service. Sometimes cleaning the room twice, a day! The location to the Dubai Mall of the Emirates was literally not only next door but the hotel was attached to the mall, so you didn't even need to go outside to access the mall. The location to the bus stop which provided easy/inexpensive access too many desirable attractions was only a three-minute walk from the hotel lobby.

The hotel has direct access to the Emirates Mall, which offers a number of advantages. I was also interested in the possibility of evening shopping and the large number of quality restaurants in the mall. A big plus is the short distance to the metro, which can be reached through the mall. The metro is about 15 minutes from Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and 20 minutes from Dubai World Trade Centre. The breakfast was good, the choice of food was not too wide and was the same every day. The staff was helpful and helpful.

The hotel was renovating the pool, so it was inaccessible. However, they did not inform about this. When asked, the reception staff said that the hotel provides free accommodation and transport to the Kempinski Palm Jumeirah resort, which was an really excellent offer. But the information was not automatically provided.

As a family we booked the 2 bedroom suite, the rooms were spacious and well equipped, we were very happy with the rooms provided. Breakfast was very good, we also had access to the Executive Lounge which was great as they provided slots throughout the day to visit for afternoon tea, light snacks and pre-dinner canapes. Location was great being attached to the mall had it benefits as well as being central and close to most places we wanted to visit. The staff were amazing throughout our trip and did everything to ensure we had a great stay. I will be returning on my next Dubai trip and would highly recommend.
