I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service and wonderful facilities provided during my stay. Every aspect of the experience was truly outstanding. Everything in terms of the facilities and food was top notch..!

Some of the staff need further training, a very bad incident happened in the elevator. My sister was dressed in her African attire and her being of an African race a lady staff was in doubt and asked if she was staying in the hotel.. She then had to present her the room key card. This was so bad and embarrassing for her because she was asked in-front of the other guests who were in the elevator! Keep in mind we had checked in the Duplex Aspen Ski Chalet Suite!!! We did get an apology and a basket of fruits but all in all it did leave stain in our hearts and our vacation.

Everything ok but with this price of the room i have seen much much better ..the price is definitely overated..as all of the dubai city..nothing to see except one mall...one time is enough..never again for sure..so much better places..

In the mall , the man holds coffee (( Mr waleed )) is a great man thank you for the coffee, and when you go to the restaurant for breakfast ask for mr (( ahmed mohsen)) he will get your order right never let you set on tea table ( short) for breakfast . He will keep checking on you he understands what you need.

The way in from the highway and the way out takes 10 minutes to get to the highway , they fours the woman staff to wear short skirt with open cut in the restaurant at lower tables they had to pend their knees to serve and most her legs showed this isn't right it discomfort for me to be served like this, women should be respectful and never force any clothes like that. And room service is very very expensive. I can get anything from the mall two people cost 350 for a sandwich and burger why ?

I have stayed at Kempinski Mall of the Emirates before, and it was again the perfect choice for my anniversary. The location is unbeatable—directly connected to the Mall of the Emirates, making everything so convenient. The breakfast area has moved to the main lounge near the lobby, and it still offers excellent quality and variety. The pool renovation is now complete, and it is much improved compared to before. The pool staff are very friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. The suite lounge was also extremely convenient for quick snacks and drinks. The entire staff—especially the reception—were outstanding, warm, and professional, making us feel truly welcome. The value for money is excellent; the suite facilities, service, and comfort are among the best in Dubai.

There is some renovation work still happening inside the hotel, but it is barely noticeable and did not disturb our stay. The main challenge is the external construction around the area, which can sometimes cause early morning noise. This is beyond the hotel’s control but worth noting for light sleepers. A minor point is that we had to request face towels more than once, so a little extra attention to replenishment would make the experience perfect.

Hotel is connected to Mall of the Emirates, next to Cheesecake Factory and Ski Dubai. Room was spacious, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We were granted a late checkout which was greatly appreciated.

Service was inconsistent which is a shame as some staff were terrific whereas others were disappointing. Breakfast was chaotic and eggs took 35+ mins to be prepared one day. Coffee requests had to be placed multiple times. We had two free tickets to Ski Dubai, which we were not offered upon checking in, and I didn’t realize this error until towards the end of our stay. It was a bit annoying as I had to approach the staff to proactively request for them, changing my itinerary so that I could make use of the tickets.

The staff were amazing. From the valet to the front desk and house keeping, everyone was amazing and polite. We got a free room upgrade too. Wifi was decent, amazing breakfast and seating area. Location wise it was perfect, right next to the Mall of Emirates, and 20-30mins from all other major locations in Dubai. You get free car parking if you are a hotel guest.

The view from our room wasn't the best, but it wasn't too big of a deal for us. One thing that needs improvement in the room is the light switches. They all look very old and used. They certainly need to be changed. The cabinet doors closed with a bang, so I think soft-close hinges would be a nice thing to add. We noticed on our second day that there was some construction going on above our room. Although it happened only during the day (even on the weekends), it was still very annoying and very loud. We did not ask to be moved as we were only there for a few nights, and it did not happen at night time.

Very good location, spacious lobby, comfortable & spacious room, average breakfast in terms of selections, friendly housekeeping staff as well as staff at the restaurant where breakfast is served.

During my 5 days stay, I interacted with 3 staff at the reception. All of them were friendly on the outside, by not honest when it comes to keeping promises. The purpose of my travel to Dubai was to celebrate our anniversary. Before arrival, we were promised in an email of an anniversary cake. When we checked in, the staff at counter promised the cake will delivered later in the day. Nothing happened. The next day, I spoke with another reception staff, he promised but failed to delivered. Same thing happened on the third day with a third staff. I see that as a total dishonesty from their part.

Stayed for 5 nights. Upgraded to Grand Deluxe Room - best decision, to make family stay more comfortable. Know Dubai very well , so chose this hotel for location, convenience and facilities, which were spot on. Bed was super comfortable (good quality). Staff are very attentive from the start till the very end. Staff are the highlight here : from reception , valet, limo driver, doorman, pool host to breakfast hostesses and housekeeping. Hospitality is top notch - we felt welcomed.

It’s not that we didn’t like it, but just some suggestions to improve things even further : 1. Ask your staff not to remind guests about leaving reviews on Tripadvisor - we were asked so many times. There’s no need , as service is really good and guests will provide good feedback anyway. 2. Breakfast - there’s a good choice for everyone. Would suggest a bit more variety each day - as during our 5 days it felt a bit ‘Groundhog Day’ with breakfast.

The breakfast was really good, and it had a really good assortment of foods. The best part was Mohammed and his team, who were really kind and always willing to help me and my team of colleagues feel at home. The restaurants were amazing: I had the chance to go to Xu, Salero and Eugene and in all food was superb! Many extra points at Salero to Maria and her team to always make us feel at home! Their efforts ranged from remembering the choices we preferred, to finding an extra seat even though the place was full during flamenco nights. The attention to details in this hotel and restauratns is definitely a 5 star!!

I never found out how to turn off the bathroom lights under the sink, lol! And I forgot to ask... so maybe a sign or pointer could help to other buys people find that. (It's kind of my falult)
