The bathroom wall tiles are dirty, housekeepers don’t scrub them. Even the floors be spotty after cleaning them.

During my stay, despite the busy check-in period, Ms. Jady, the receptionist, was incredibly efficient and helpful. She swiftly processed my check-in, addressing all my queries with a warm and professional demeanour. The room exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and amenities. Ms. Jady ensured that my preferences were met, making the check-in process smooth. The room provided by her was exceptionally spacious, featuring a remarkably comfortable bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, reflecting a high standard of housekeeping. Additionally, the bathroom was equally impressive with its modern design and cleanliness. The amenities provided were sufficient and added to the overall comfort of my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel based on the excellent accommodations provided. I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service from one of the staff members who delivered my food. Although I regret not recalling her name, her kindness and attentiveness left a lasting impression. She not only delivered my meal promptly but also took the time to inquire if there was anything else I needed, demonstrating a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Her hospitality and service quality were truly commendable, adding a personal touch to my dining experience at the hotel. Such dedicated staff members contribute significantly to the overall positive atmosphere and guest satisfaction.

While my overall stay was pleasant, I did encounter an issue regarding room service that affected my experience. Specifically, I contacted the operator to request two bottles of water, but unfortunately, despite the assurance, the delivery did not arrive during my stay. Despite this setback, the efficient and helpful service provided by Ms. Jady at the reception desk stood out positively. Moving forward, I believe the hotel can improve its responsiveness to room service requests to ensure a consistently excellent guest experience. I wish to stay in the same room whenever I visit next time as well as the quality of room service should be improved. Friendly and professional staff, located just 5 min away from Mall of the Emirates and metrostation, secure location, nicely designed rooms, supermarket and pharmacies within 5 min walking distance.

TV doesn't have modern apps like YouTube and Netflix, while the location is great near the Mall of the Emirates and metrostation the city is huge so take travel time in mind. Distance to Dubai Airport by metro is 1 hour.

Good location, close to Mall of The Emirates. Their staff at reception was very helpful (Acilia, if I remember correctly). We got a complementary room upgrade, the room was clean and nice, the breakfast was good too. They helped us book a Desert Safari with guide/driver Saqib which was a very good experience. Would highly recommend.

We stayed in 606, the noise and vibration from the nightclub Emperor is rather disturbing and goes on till late night. If staying for long, insist on a room as far away from the nightclub as possible. Also, the management should look into this and do something for soundproofing the rooms.

- Location is great, a 3 min walk to the mall of Emirates and 2 of my favorite restaurants. - The staff were always very friendly and responsive to my requests. They always offered plenty of water as I was often stuck in my room working long hours during this trip. On this trip, I traveled with heavy bags and the staff were very helpful in assisting with these. Overall, a good experience for the price. - The food in the Monarch restaurant was a bit pricy, but was great. I often wanted to personally thank the chef for the choices of chicken and fish dishes. I thoroughly enjoyed the food. - Lighting in the room is usually an insignificant feature, but I was pleasantly surprised by the switchable soft backlighting designed as part of the decor. I often worked long hours and this lighting presented a good environment for work and enjoying movies when I got the chance. I liked the design of the building, with a hall balcony overlooking the lobby and giving the feeling of more open space. While being rectangular, the floor design provided an unexpected change to the boring simplistic arrangements often found in many hotels.

- The view facing the back of the building was not so great. But almost every hotel in the busy districts of Dubai suffers from this. - The pool was under maintenance so I didn't get to swim as I had hoped. I couldn't take advantage of the shuttle to other pools, since I was working. - Though I liked the open floor design, it allowed the loud music from the ground floor bar to circulate throughout the lower floors of the building. This was not a big problem, but sometimes disturbed me as I was on the 2nd floor. - On 1 occasion, the staff did not properly note that I paid for my meal since I did not include meals with my stay.

Loved our stay here. We stayes here for 2 weeks. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially Raja who cleaner our room daily. Pool wad lovely and staff at pool very nice especially Karam. Location of this hotel is great as it is so close to Mall of the Emirates. Will definitely come back yto this hotel.
