Excellent location, a well comfortable hotel, for a 3 star hotel its exceptionally good. Right next to Emirates mall, market and restaurants nearby.. Weekends music was slightly hearable but wasnt disturbing at all. I would recommend this hotel 10 on 10 for specially tourists. Bus stop right infront of the hotel and metro near by helps ease half of the worries. Hotel staff is extremely friendly and polite. And each one of them.

Nothing. Everything is great. For people who expect rooms to be very big room shall read the room area mentioned on booking.com very clearly. Smaller beds and rooms but Neat and clean.

The staff was excellent, prompt, and eager to help. Everyone had a bright smile on their face and looked happy to work in the hotel. The location was perfect. The rooms were impeccable. Loved every bit of our stay here! Keep up the good work! :D

The only issue was parking: there was a time where we were driving around in circles at the property for around an hour, on a Thursday night. We do understand that it was a weekend, but it would be nice if the hotel could give guests preference. The hotel staff did try to accommodate us and we were going to park outside the hotel one night, there was a big car (F150) blocking the exit, the owner of the car (seemed sri lankan/ goan) and bald refused to move his car, and started asking the poor staff about a guy called Steve, saying call him, how could you ask me to move my car, etc. Pretty sure he wasn't a guest living at the hotel but was a friend of someone or maybe a regular at the bars, didn't seem it was fair for him to get preference over a tourist.

Room was neat, receptionist welcoming, well groomed and active security guard, hotel near mall of emirates, mall of emirates metro near,clean area, quick check in and loving/professional check out call from the reception. I recommend

There is no payment option for online, since I wanted my friend to access the room earlier before my arrival, she was not able to access it, however we were advised for her to pay cash at the reception which I dint want to involve her, I wanted to pay by my self before arrival but there wasn't that option. I paid 3hours late on my arrival and my friend also came after I had checked in

I recently stayed at Citymax Hotel at the mall for few nights and had an overall good experience. The location is just a short walking distance from Mall of the Emirates; ideal for shopping, dining, quick Dubai metro access & taxi pickup. Check in was quick, the room is clean and well maintained. Reception staff Mahmoud was helpful, I made a special request for a non-smoking room on the highest floor possible, and I was happy to see that it was accommodated.

The room size is very small with a relatively small leg room to move. The mini bar does not keep cooling once the main room key is disconnected which was really an issue to me. I paid 5 dirhams twice to room service for a bucket of ice which elsewhere is complimentary. After one day of arrival they started to renovate the rooms on the floor I was on but luckily I was there on business and was out most of the day so there was no noise at night. The room key was deactivated the morning of checkout; tried to access the room at 11:57am after having my breakfast and I was unable to access the room to remove my luggage for checkout, although checkout policy is at 12 noon. This really made me upset as I had to go down to reception desk again to get a new room key to remove my luggage.

Since I have been staying in citymix Hotel for over 3 years now, the cleans clean well. 50 over 100. But the clean that cleaned my room today was the 4th of July by name Bolaji, that boy is so good 👍 his clean is 100 over 💯. The way he dresses the bed and the washroom is very clean. He has 5 star 🌟 leavel. Wow. 100 over 100. He knows his job for real .

Thanks to citymix Hotel, the front desk staff are good 100 over 100. 👍 the clean guy that cleaned my room today was the 4th of July, which is so good 👍 by name Bolaji. I gave him 100 over 100 because from the bed the way he dresses the bed very nice job.. the way he washed the bathroom, oh my God, he does his job with all his heart and soul.... The location was 10 mins walk from the metro station, you can walk through the mall so you would have some AC, the cleaning service was very good, they have a pool up floor which we could use after the check out as we had some few hours until our flight. Also you can extend your check out until 18:00.

For me it was no bother but we stayed at the first floor and they have a club at ground floor which you can hear the music very loud until they finish the program at 3:00 am. For the people that cant sleep in the noise maybe you could get an apartment at a higher floor.

The hotel and the stay were amazing. 5 minutes walk to "Mall of the Emirates," another 10-minute walk to the metro from inside the mall. The room is amazing, quiet, and clean; the gym and other facilities are amazing. The breakfast open buffet is great with lots of variety. and finally all the hotel staff were amazing, friendly, warm and wellcoming, also i was annoying them with loooots of Amazon delivery almost every day when i was out. Can not wait for my next visit.

Location is peyond perfection . Front of mall of the Emirates front of bus stop taxi stand front of nice restaurants. Near to masjid . The staff mainly the front desk , especially the Indian gentle lady with glasses on right and filipina lady with glasses on left . They care a lot and gentle to let me check in earlier .they care to confirm everis perfect . This is high quality 👌 hospitality. Thanks to hotel to hire such perfect staff The room was so lovely. Furniture. Painting and facilities were so modern and perfect Gym was great too

The bed was really comfortable,and our was quite, which made for a great night’s sleep. The room was also very clean and well maintained we were truly satisfied with the level of cleanliness in addition. Great Value and convenience with super service and staff. Thank you so much 😊
