Staffs were good and friendly - Jaffer , Akshay and ubaid were amazing . In fact all staffs were friendly and amazing support.

Restaurant could be bigger.

I visit Dubai often but I always choose this hotel is near to the mall .

1-Not clean toilets, dark stains despite they apparently white. 2-Place the all the amenities before checking in 3-Breakfast was not good especially they have only one menu no changing it.less choices for everything. 4-Breakfast not placed in a clean area and mostly using plastic bags to cover food and which are torn and people can't cover them well .

Location is quite good, it is ca. 7 minutes walk to Mall of Emirates, and 10-15 minutes till the metro station (you have to walk through the whole mall and a little bit more to get to the metro). There are 24 hours grocery shops nearby and a few cafe's. Location is good to get to the main attractions, except for the Old Town, as it is quite far away. Staff of the hotel was great, really helpful and nice. Muzammi was doing the daily cleaning on our floor, and he did it well. We were expecting noises from the street, but actually it was really quiet, just some occasional honks and peeps from cars, but not too loud or disturbing. It's a good place for the price.

Curtains need to be cleaned as soon as possible. It was scary to touch them. Though, the overall cleanliness was ok, the windows and curtains were awful.

It's a quaint and quiet hotel which what I liked a lot. The food and service from the restaurant in the building is amazing. They packaged it so well and take it to your room. Some of the staff were so kind and helpful. The one that comes to mind is Mr. Mohamed Ubed Siddique. Always smiling, courteous and respectful. Always asking if he can assist with anything. Professional customer service. I really enjoyed my stay here.

I need a car to go anywhere further than Al Barsha. This is just my personal opinion. the Mall of Emirates is very close but I prefer going to visit other malls and places.

I love everything about this hotel. The rooms: which have all the required mod-cons for a comfortable longterm or short term stay; the location: minutes walking distance from the Mall of the Emirates and lined on both sides of the street with a wide range of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.; the cleanliness: the hotel is clean throughout and the rooms are always cleaned meticulously- a special shoutout to Nil Kumar who always leaves a very special touch whenever he cleans my room, so thank you Nil 🙏; the staff: always warm, welcoming, helpful, and very hospitable (as always, my special thanks goes to Dilanka for always making sure that my checkin and checkout is very smooth and quick); onsite restaurant: which is very convenient. I tried several dishes from this restaurant, and I highly recommend their signature charcoal grilled chicken and their chicken tikka as well as their mint and lemon smoothie. Finally, the price: which is very reasonable for what the hotel is offering. This has become my go-to hotel whenever I am in Dubai.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated, with excellent air conditioning that kept the room cool and comfortable. The lobby was welcoming, and the hotel had great amenities including an elevator and a pool. Most importantly, the staff were absolutely amazing—very attentive and helpful throughout my stay. The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay: an iron, complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, bottled water, toothbrush, toothpaste, and shampoo, all of which were replenished daily.

I would suggest improving the food. The menu could use some variety, and I believe the cleanliness of the dining area could be better. The kitchen does not match the high standard of the rest of the hotel.

Hi It was lovely ❤, I enjoyed well the facilities , swimming 🏊pool and gym... Amazing room, clean and beautiful. The receptionist and staffs were very accommodating and most of all, a welcome from first hour in the morning 🌞, a pleasant breakfast from a great welcome of musharaf who entertained me while having my breakfast, amazing foods, which I love it, chocolate cupcakes, pancakes and beverages. Served with a yummy egg omellet from jaffar and prince.. Thanks a lot guys! 😁u made my tummy full.

I am searching for a spa, just a suggestion.

When choosing a hotel in Dubai, my family and I decided to stay at the Rose Plaza Hotel. The price was very attractive, and we were worried that something might not be good, but the hotel fully met our expectations. The room was small, but it had everything we needed: a spacious bathroom and all the necessary hygiene supplies. There was a kettle, tea, coffee, and water in the room, which were replenished daily. We requested housekeeping every other day since the room was already clean. Our room was cleaned by Nil Kumar, who did his job very diligently, neatly, and quickly. Thank you very much! The staff was very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. Breakfast was included in the stay and was served in the café on the first floor of the hotel. The selection was not large, but it was sufficient, with vegetables, pastries, and muesli available. Upon request, they prepared fried eggs, omelets, and more. I forgot to ask for the chef’s name, but thank you very much! There was also an employee named Musharaf in the café, who was very friendly and welcoming. The pool was small but clean, and the water was warm even in February. We had a great experience at this hotel. If we visit Dubai again, we will probably choose this hotel again. It is conveniently located near a metro station and the Emirates Mall, which is very convenient.

A Wonderful Stay at Rose Plaza Hotel, Dubai From the moment I entered the Rose Plaza Hotel, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The reception area was welcoming, and the staff immediately made me feel at home. The level of cleanliness throughout the hotel exceeded my expectations, from the lobby to the room itself. I also noticed a lovely, fresh scent throughout the hotel, which added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. The housekeeping team, including Muzammil, was thorough and attentive, ensuring everything was spotless and providing any additional amenities upon request. He was always asking if I needed anything to make my stay more comfortable. The front office staff Musraf, Kafor, Dilanka, and Oleti and Rahul from Room service were friendly and professional, always checking in to ensure my comfort. I also had the pleasure of enjoying meals at the hotel’s restaurant, where Musraf and the team were courteous and eager to help. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Rose Plaza Hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

An excellent hotel in a very strategic and well serviced area in Dubai. 6-8 minutes walking distance to the Mall of the Emirates. Also many restaurants, shops, grocery stores, pharmacies, etc are lining the streets where the hotel is located. The hotel itself has excellent facilities. The room I booked was spacious and very clean. The bathroom shower included both a fixed-mount rainshower head and an adjustable handheld shower, which I found very convenient. Special thank-you to the cleaning crew who always left the room sparking clean and replenished with several bottles of water, coffee and tea bags, etc. Also a special shout-out to Dilanka from front desk and to Ubed,for providing a very smooth check-in and check-out experience and for always greeting their customers with a big happy smile and always checking in to see if I needed anything. Made me feel really at home. Finally, the hotel offers a late checkout (until 2pm) which is an extra perk as not many hotels offer such a service.

The wifi. Because I had to keep logging in, as I was being logged out after a set time, which is highly inconvenient, especially when this happens while having a conference call or meeting. Also, not having a smart tv is a drawback as this is becoming more of a standard feature in most hotels.
