Staffs were good and friendly - Jaffer , Akshay and ubaid were amazing . In fact all staffs were friendly and amazing support.

I visit Dubai often but I always choose this hotel is near to the mall .

1-Not clean toilets, dark stains despite they apparently white. 2-Place the all the amenities before checking in 3-Breakfast was not good especially they have only one menu no changing it.less choices for everything. 4-Breakfast not placed in a clean area and mostly using plastic bags to cover food and which are torn and people can't cover them well .

The room was clean and homey, with a comfortable bed and pillows I absolutely loved. I’m very particular about bathrooms, and theirs was spotless—exactly how I like it. The amenities were complete, and when I requested an iron with an ironing board, they provided it right away (something not all hotels have). I truly appreciate that the hotel is environmentally friendly, minimizing the use of plastic and reminding guests to be mindful of their consumption. How I wish I had the chance to try their breakfast, but I was too sleepy that morning. I’ve read in other reviews that their breakfast is really good—something I’ll look forward to on my next stay.

Location is quite good, it is ca. 7 minutes walk to Mall of Emirates, and 10-15 minutes till the metro station (you have to walk through the whole mall and a little bit more to get to the metro). There are 24 hours grocery shops nearby and a few cafe's. Location is good to get to the main attractions, except for the Old Town, as it is quite far away. Staff of the hotel was great, really helpful and nice. Muzammi was doing the daily cleaning on our floor, and he did it well. We were expecting noises from the street, but actually it was really quiet, just some occasional honks and peeps from cars, but not too loud or disturbing. It's a good place for the price.

Curtains need to be cleaned as soon as possible. It was scary to touch them. Though, the overall cleanliness was ok, the windows and curtains were awful.

The staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing! Everyone was incredibly kind, polite, and always ready to help with anything we needed. A special thank you to Musharaf, who was always at breakfast with a big smile, so friendly and attentive. He truly went above and beyond to make our mornings more pleasant and enjoyable. From the reception to the housekeeping team, every interaction was warm and welcoming. Everything was perfect, and their hospitality made a huge difference in our experience. We will definitely come back!

It's a quaint and quiet hotel which what I liked a lot. The food and service from the restaurant in the building is amazing. They packaged it so well and take it to your room. Some of the staff were so kind and helpful. The one that comes to mind is Mr. Mohamed Ubed Siddique. Always smiling, courteous and respectful. Always asking if he can assist with anything. Professional customer service. I really enjoyed my stay here.

I need a car to go anywhere further than Al Barsha. This is just my personal opinion. the Mall of Emirates is very close but I prefer going to visit other malls and places.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated, with excellent air conditioning that kept the room cool and comfortable. The lobby was welcoming, and the hotel had great amenities including an elevator and a pool. Most importantly, the staff were absolutely amazing—very attentive and helpful throughout my stay. The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay: an iron, complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, bottled water, toothbrush, toothpaste, and shampoo, all of which were replenished daily.

I would suggest improving the food. The menu could use some variety, and I believe the cleanliness of the dining area could be better. The kitchen does not match the high standard of the rest of the hotel.

I love everything about this hotel. The rooms: which have all the required mod-cons for a comfortable longterm or short term stay; the location: minutes walking distance from the Mall of the Emirates and lined on both sides of the street with a wide range of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.; the cleanliness: the hotel is clean throughout and the rooms are always cleaned meticulously- a special shoutout to Nil Kumar who always leaves a very special touch whenever he cleans my room, so thank you Nil 🙏; the staff: always warm, welcoming, helpful, and very hospitable (as always, my special thanks goes to Dilanka for always making sure that my checkin and checkout is very smooth and quick); onsite restaurant: which is very convenient. I tried several dishes from this restaurant, and I highly recommend their signature charcoal grilled chicken and their chicken tikka as well as their mint and lemon smoothie. Finally, the price: which is very reasonable for what the hotel is offering. This has become my go-to hotel whenever I am in Dubai.

I would highly recommend that they switch to a smart tv as this has become a standard in most hotels
