Breakfast buffet is amazing, the variety and quality was definitely worth it. Location worked really well for us being able to walk to MoE. Dubai Hills Mall, Dubai Mall, City Walk and Jumeirah were all around 20 mins and so was Furjan, JBR/Marina and Bluewaters. Room was good and on a high floor. Only used rooftop pool once but it was great. Hotel sports bar was great for catching Euro games late night

Construction/renovation in lobby and entrance hampered access a bit but valet was still great. Switching 2 sets of elevators was a bit of a hassle (especially when half were out of order temporarily due to renovation)

This hotel is always my favorite and every time I visit Dubai, I stay there. It has a direct mall access, a lovely pool, and friendly staff. The breakfast was good too. The room was recently renovated which was something really needed.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which caused some inconveniences during my stay. The elevators were always busy and not all working, and the main entrance was under construction. Additionally, I encountered an unpleasant smell in my room that persisted despite requesting air freshener.

• The bed was extremely comfortable, and we appreciated the overall quiet and calm environment throughout our stay. • Housekeeping was consistently good, and we’d like to give special thanks to Ms. Niwt, who kept our room clean and tidy every day. • The breakfast at the restaurant was tasty with a decent variety of options. • We were especially grateful to the restaurant staff — Ms. Suini, Mr. Salman, and Mr. Mamun — for their kind and attentive service during every meal. Their friendliness really made a difference.

When the lunch buffet is not available, the regular lunch menu is quite limited, especially for guests who booked the hotel with meals included. The lunch dishes were often too oily and had too much chili for our preference.

Everything was excellent. The room was beautifully arranged and ready the moment we arrived—just as we expected, or even better. It was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Ihssane Lagziri, the Guest Relations Manager, who supported us from the beginning to the end of our stay. She was attentive, professional, and truly cared about making our experience perfect. Special thanks also to the reception staff, especially Maria, for the warm and helpful welcome. The breakfast was outstanding—great variety and delicious options. The spa and pool services were excellent and added a luxurious touch to our stay. We truly enjoyed every moment and would gladly return.

Our room was very clean, and very spacious. We were on the 20th floor in a Club Room. When meeting staff anywhere in the Hotel they were very courteous and always had a lovely greeting and a smile. We ate at the Club Room and also had breakfast some mornings in the Restaurant. At 6pm each night we attended Happy Hour, and the 4 of us were made to feel very welcome by all staff and after a week when we said goodbye, it was like leaving friends. A wonderful experience and holiday made even better by the wonderful staff.

When checking in a mistake was made with my credit card causing my Bank to stop my card. After a call to Australia in my room, at 3am Australian time, my card was reinstated.

i like the flexibility with the ala carte menu system with the restuarant. We have a delicious meal with the spicey lamb as our first choice. Also, i had a problem with receiving my tickets for the La Perle show, the concierge helped me within 5 minutes. He called directly to the show and provided me with a solution within 5 minutes. This was a big relief because i was very very stressed due to being locked out of my email account and hundred of dollars could go to waste.

The second day with the restuarant did not meet the expectations. The food was good but not a WOW factor. For me, I would seriously re consider ordering the halp board option with this hotel.

The staff at both the reception and the restaurant were outstanding. The place is quiet and conveniently located near the mall for anything we might need. I will definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

The price might have been a bit too high, especially since I was initially looking for a room with a door separating the spaces. Instead, I ended up with a luxury room connected to a standard one, which exceeded my assigned budget. Nevertheless, it was a good experience overall.

Loved absolutely everything about our stay! The rooms are clean and spacious, all common areas are super clean and the staff is very polite and helpful. Super handy the valet service. Location is perfect, with direct access to the mall where you can find plenty of shops and restaurants. Great breakfast which I absolutely recommend (not worth going to the mall for breakfast as the hotel selection is much better).

I am quite a regular here , because of the convenient location within the Mall.

I checked out yesterday , and rarely write a review so quickly ! I would recommend NOT to use the hotel’s cars! The manager at hotel’s entrance is eager to get you one of their cars when you ask for a taxi. Their drivers are reckless and almost got us into an accident on way to airport . This is not the first time ! Every time I took their limo , had the same experience and I regretted ! It’s obvious these drivers are under pressure to finish their ride ASAP, which is Not safe for passengers ! Just take a regular Simple Taxi to reach safely to your destination !!!

As we stayed in one of the suites, our breakfasts were included, as was access to the lounge. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The suite was much larger than expected and the location of this hotel was amazing--attached to the Mall which was extremely convenient to escape the heat! The pool was great, although I found it too hot to be outdoors.

There was a crypto-currency convention at the time of our stay and one of the first set of elevators was out of service, making it difficult to get in and out of the hotel.
