Excellent location close to the mall of emirates and local restaurants! Front desk reception Sharen was wonderful and very accommodating the entire stay ! She is the best ! All of the staff were very helpful when needed any time of day ! Room was very good but they need to supply drinking glasses and ice . I was very surprised they charged for ice as it should be free . Very nice stay ! All that needs work is the air conditioning in room was not cold enough they beee to fix that .

The rooms are quite small , but very nice . In smoking rooms it's possible to open window. There are connecting rooms for a family. The soundproof is amazing 😍 Special thanks for a person ( I believe his name is winum ) who made the check in for me and gave late check out . Also made my stay special.

The options on the breakfast timings are very small . Few rooms with a bathtub and they're non smoking... Also it's better to check the doors to the washroom as it's very easy to be locked in . And in the wardrobe the lamp is broken :) Anyway. It was a pleasant stay :)

A decent value for money hotel in a very central location (only few minutes walking to Mall of the Emirates). The rooms are not too big but definitely enough, the guy at the reception was top notch (he is smart with a high level of awareness of things going on), the breakfast didnt include too much variety but again definitely enough.

The bellboy(s) can be better with basic courtesy (once I was trying to get out of the elevator, yet the guy simply ignored me and tried to fit luggages in the elevator for new guests, we almost got stuck at the door).

I recently stayed at Citymax Hotel Al Barsha for one night and had a wonderful experience. The location is just a short walking distance from Mall of the Emirates; ideal for shopping, dining, quick Dubai metro access & taxi pickup. Check in was quick, reception staff very professional, the room is clean and well maintained. I was especially pleased with how quickly the room service responded to any requests, which made my stay comfortable. I made a special request for a non-smoking room on the highest floor possible, and I was happy to see that it was accommodated with a good view.

I paid 5 dirhams to room service for a bucket of ice which elsewhere is complimentary. The garment steam iron needs to be replaced and regularly checked for quality as the one I used left few marks on my shirt.

It was located some walk distance from the metro, but it was allright. Room was clean and comfortable in size for two. We didnt put the AC on and it was just right in march. They have beach shuttles which is handy. We have even missed one, but the receptionist helped us out since it was our last day it was very polite of him. Roof pool was surrounded by high walls so we missed the view but it was refreshing to take a dip at the end of the day.

The hotel was not helping to call a taxi, although we asked. it was not that easy to find a taxi from the street. Emailing the hotel doesnt work, you need to call them if you need to ask about check in or transport.

A Remarkable Experience – Feels Just Like Home! We absolutely loved our stay! It truly felt like being at home – very clean, calm, and comfortable. The staff were helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. This was the first place my wife visited in the UAE, and it left a special impression on both of us. We’re honestly sad to leave. The only thing we wish was available is a small kitchen and laundry facility — it would have made it perfect for a longer stay.

Great staff, good location, clean rooms ! Good value for the money. Also really liked that the Hotel had shuttles to the Beach every day. The housekeeping staff was also very attentive and provided great service. Also good room service .

The white marbles on the floor + the pillows were too thin and hard to sleep in. Breakfast was decent. The pool is quite shallow (1.2 m only) and they had construction going on so couldn't really access it much.

Very accommodating and thoughtful staff starting from front desk with Kashif who made the check in process effortless after a tiring long day to getting a cosy and warm room with unrestricted view, very clean with beautiful ambience, a bit smaller in size than expected but you can't have it all. Courteous house keeping understanding your every need, to the perfect location for a short stay where everything is around from restaurants to supermarkets to the mall all walking distance away. In general it was the best decision staying there for the last 4 days of my 30 days journey just before heading to the Airport. Definitely coming back soon.

Good facility and perfect location, minutes away from Mall of the Emirates. The staff is very responsive and cooperative especially Manmeet at the reception. There is a daily shuttle bus to the beach which I never used but it was good to know that it is there.

Room was clean and the basic facilities were good. The staff was helpful for any problems encountered and the stay was comfortable and nice. Manmeet and Kashif were quite nice and also the bell-boy (Akman)

Breakfast could have been part of the package
