Property is good even with family stay. Staffs are very helpfull. I recommend to use this hotel.

No restaurant Metro Station is bit far, need a taxi to reach there.

Free Parking Spacious

Upon arrival, we had checked in and unloaded our car but another male that had net even checked in yet was helped first with all his belongings. His belongings were placed on the trolley and he was not checked in whilst we were made to wait even though we had checked in and received our room key. We had our 3 babies with us and the manager and receptionist/front of house did not attend to us, offering us the trolley first and instead continued to support the man who was not checked in yet. We eventually carried our own stuff up with our hands whilst carrying our babies as the trolley was still not offered to us. The options were wait for the trolley (which would have taken a long time) or carry it up without a trolley. This is very poor service for front of house!

All good I really like staying in the hotel except

In my booking confirmation was that in price all taxes and fees are included and paid, but at reception they asked my pay additional money (city tax). I asked booking.com who is right, booking.com said me, and I should not pay. There was a conflict with receptionist, she showed me another confirmation where I should pay city tax additionally. Hotel is nice, but this situation was bad. In the end receptionist said ok you can go no need to pay.

All encountered personnel were very helpful, kind and service minded.

A few facilities issues: - No kitchen towels available (fabric nor paper). - No kitchenware cleaning utensils and detergent. A few minor technical issues: - Intermittently leaking water heaters in both kitchen and bathroom even after very timely maintenance intervention. - Television remote intermittent functioning, even after very timely maintenance intervention - Differing bedroom TV programming from living room TV.

Good value for the money. Many different shops are within walkin distance. Spacious rooms. Basement parking.

Limited number of parking spaces, happened once where I returned to the hotel late night and the security guy told me there was no available basement parking and allowed me to park at the employees' parking spaces. Very busy area and no soundproof. Sometimes the entrance to the hotel gets blocked by other cars at other shops and hotels.

The City Stay Apartments were good. The staff was exceptionally helpful especially the housekeeping department. We checked in at around 5 am and the front desk helped me install my Dubai sim which doesn't fall in the realm of their duties. The food was readily available around the apartments.

The cable service was below standard. The reception was quite poor not letting us enjoy the cricket World Cup. The choice of channels was limited. The sofa bed was uncomfortable....with a very thin mattress. I wish they had some sort of bus service as finding taxis was not always easy.

I really enjoyed the location of the hotel, central located the mall of Emirates it’s just a few minutes away. So many restaurants around the hotel and there is a metro station nearby. I liked the room also, you don’t hear any noise from outside even though it can be busy outside. Communication with the staff was good also and very fast if you called them for anything! City stay is a good hotel would definitely recommend and especially for the price !

Mr.Shamser on a special note is one of my favourite people in the team he is extra ordinarily helpful I have been aregular within the past months but I noticed him and Ms.Karel Mr,Gayan and another gentle man Mr.Sheeraz are great people right from.checking in and when you have some extra requests they are more than just employees but humane people . I was surprised at how easily the manager took my remarks and how easy it was for the maintenance to help help me fix some property I had messed up they dint make abig deal out of it but perceived me as ahuman ( they dint extort loads of money out of me but reasonable charge that ofcourse would pay fr it ;am always happy to go back to this place 😂, I see them all and it's like thats my new family .thank you all so much .Mr shamser this review is mainly towards you honestly am humbled , May God reward u for the work you do without any hesitation🙏the housekeeping team too isn't bad they are polite with me so I HV no complaints .

It was a great experience living in Al Barsha and especially in this Hotel. It was a true value for money. I lived there for almost 6 nights and i totally felt it like my home. Everything was there, microwave, stove, washing machine, fridge, TV, toaster and many others. i totally felt like living in my own home.

The In-door lights were dim, they were not bright enough even though i turned on all the lights within the apartment.

The staff as usual, I became a regular so they treatee me exceptionally like their friend they are all good to me ;Mostly I like how The lady Ms.karell responds to me proffesionally then how Mr.Asif ensures the housekeeping team maintains the hygiene , then I like how Mr.Shamsher is willing to assist you anytime he can , then there are other two gentlemen whose names I dint pic at the reception on Sunday , they where so nice too basically the whole team made me feel welcome all the time surely I will always return when am around 😄
