The staff are polite and helpful. The hotel has good value for money. The location is very convenient. I would like to thank Omar Farouk from housekeeping and Abdul from the rooftop pool for their kind services.

My room was not comfortable due to the continuous noise around. Specially at night, daily sound of dragging chairs or furniture from around the room. Room service is a nightmare. The hardly answer the phone. Had to skip this service many times along my stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Time Asma hotel, and I wanted to take a moment to commend staff for their exceptional service and behavior. The hotel was good, except the drain smell in some rooms, which was awful. We changed the room and everything was fine.We liked all restaurant staff, they were always nice and helpful. The food was also good, rich breakfast menu and possibility to have lunch and dinner buffet for extra payment. We liked that there was a swimming pool on the roof with free towels and possibility to order fruit smoothies from the restaurant. There were slippers in the room and every day a bottle of water.

The smell of the drain in the room. Housekeeping sometimes forgot to leave towels, shower gel and soap.

Our stay at Times Asma Hotel was quite enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located near multiple eateries offering a variety of cuisines, so finding a good meal was never an issue. We also tried the room service, and the food was delicious—my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Additionally, the Mall of the Emirates is within walking distance, taking approximately 10 minutes on foot, which made exploring the area very convenient.

The nearest metro station was a bit of a walk, which might not be ideal for those relying on public transport. As our room was on the first floor, we could occasionally hear traffic noise through the window. Additionally, the air conditioning kept shutting off unexpectedly, so we had to open the window for ventilation. Thankfully, since it was spring and the weather was pleasant, this wasn’t a major issue, but it could be problematic in hotter months.

Breakfast is really nice. Good amount of choice of food for vegetarians. Staff are nice. Always smiling and saying hello. Very happy to bring things to the room and they do it quickly. All the attractions are all about 15mins away in the taxi. The gym had everything needed for a good workout

The tap in the room was quite close to the edge of the basin which made water go all over the side when using it. Didn't really have a view of anything nice from the hotel windows Weren't a lot of pool beds. The beds also looked very worn

Wonderful experience, I really recommend this amazing hotel. Position is perfect: next to Mall of the Emirates, near the Metro station, you can reach every place in Dubai(from downtown to JBR, Marina etc...) in 20 minutes. A special thanks goes to Nadeesha & Reema for their kind welcome(I had an early check in and they provided every comfort I asked for) and Tahir for his useful help in everything (luggage, taxi, explanation of all the facilities of the hotel). At last but not at least a special thank you to chef Irfan for his amazing breakfast: they really made my day and I felt like a vip customer. I recommend this place because you can have all the services you need: laundry, spa, swimming pool, hair saloon...all at your finger tips. I definitely will come back, keep going like this!

It was the first time in my life: my phone was out of charge during check in. I told the necessary information to the reception but he asked me to show the booking confirmation number from booking.com. all confirmed, all paid, passport in his hand, all seen in his screen but he insists to see. I still do not know the reason! After 15 minutes of charging my phone, it is switched on and I was able to show what he wanted to see. But if my phone would be lost or damaged or I lost the password of booking.com then what? I would not be able to check in?! Someone should say him that the hotel guests are not coming from 5 minutes distance. I came through a 5 hours flight. So, I need rest. Waiting 15 minutes after such a flight feels like a life time.

I liked the welcome of staff like Ramadan on the front desk. Then there was Sumayya who would always clean my room and always courteous. The last day there was another front desk staff who helped me with getting Taxi to Mashreq station. A little help goes a long way! The location of property is perfect. 7 minute walk to Mashreq metro 🚇 station. All restaurants, coffee shops and sheesha lounges are like 2 minutes away. The hotel is good for families. Nice guests. The pool is nice and the gym is very good.

In the gym the cycling machine was not correct in assessment of calories burnt. It can be improved by replacement with the screen on the machine. There was no bar to watch the Germany v Scotland game on the Friday night (my last). Try and keep a rooftop bar with projector for tournaments like Euros 2024
