I read all the reviews before going to this apartment, and I was skeptical at first as it had 6.8 score at that time, but now I can tell that most of the bad reviews are not based in reality. The apartment was spotless clean. You could eat from the floor. Even more, we are from Europe - we got used to higher standards of cleanness (to my experience). Kitchen had everything you need, the staff was friendly, and very polite. You have stores near by, the Mall is very close, and a free parking. This is the best apartment in the surrounding area.

I was not having Passport nor ID since my company was in process of making ID , Initially Mr. Vijay reception demined to accept based on Passport with softy Copy and insisted on returned the Booking amount without enquiring with senior staff not willing to listen me, as i expressed that i was staying in ICON DELUX with Softy Copy itself. But Mr. Vijay says as per Municipality rule he cant except my booking leaning to end less discussion and making me stranded for a while. Mr.Vijay needs to be upgraded , training and instead of stern decision he was arguing. I will surely come with my family very Soon

The Staff were very helpful and patient (especially with my father, who is old and always in a hurry) Thanks for fixing the TV Channel issue. I would like to thank Mikee, Hemang and Bijay for their exceptional service. I have stayed here a total of 3 times now, this is a good place for families on a budget. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable.

AC in the Hall (2nd bedroom needs to be better) It was really nice and comfortable in the primary bed room but not in the 2nd Bedroom, the staff tried to fix it 3 times but they could not. We were only there for 2 days, so we gave up on the AC.

Room is clean and big washroom. Warmed welcome from the receptionist and the service is fast.

Cost of the room per night. For an stay of over 10 days, a discount or offer would have made a difference to me.

We liked the rooms as they were big and comfortable. Two bathrooms and nice deco. The staff was very helpful and we were always greeted with a smile and nice attitude.

The only thing that we really did not like were cockroaches. I do not blame hotel, as perhaps they are a part of the local environment, but we had to be very careful of how we are leaving our food in the kitchen. They were in our room pretty much every day. Not sure how it could be sorted though, as apart from it its a very nice place to stay.

Great location. Lots of restaurants in the area and well stocked supermarkets. Very comfortable bed. A good size bath with lots of hot water. Responsive staff who reacted very quickly to any requests.

The kitchen was a good size but there was not enough utensils for normal cooking activities. Initially there was no microwave but they put one in on request. Also there was not a safe in the apartment. Again this was rectified on request.

Highly recommended for family and for those who want long stay. The staff was excellent, and the check-in process was straightforward, even though we arrived early at the hotel. Everything went smoothly. There were several Desi restaurants around the hotel, notably Jelum Restaurant for Pakistani cuisine, as well as an Indian restaurant. Additionally, numerous 24-hour grocery shops were conveniently located. The gym facilities were also satisfactory, and both the metro station and Mall of the Emirates were within walking distance.

The location was excellent, with easy access to major attractions and amenities in Dubai. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment for a long stay.
