The rooms were big, clean and tidy. Breakfast was nice and has variety of dishes. The guy who works in the breakfast restaurant (Afzal Shubam) was very nice and gentle. The hotel location is within walking distance to shops and restaurants and spa places.

The Hotel Apartment was perfect for my family. We were with our parents and 3 yr old kid. We booked 2 bedroom apartment suite. The hotel was 4 mins walk from Mashreq Metro station. It is surrounded by plenty of eateries - Indian, Pakistani and middle eastern restaurants. There is a nice mosque right across the street and two super markets at walking distance. The apartment was spacious, clean and offered daily cleaning service which is usually not available in apartment suites. There was play area and swimming pool on the roof which our 3 yr old loved. Overall our stay was comfortable for the 4 nights we were there and we had no issues. We hope to book this apartment for future stay in Dubai.

May be cheaper breakfast. But not big deal. We are totally satisfied.

The size of the house was just perfect with the TV in the bedrooms - our teenagers for sure liked that. The apartment is conveniently located just a few minutes walk to the metro station with shops nearby. The reception staff were very courteous and very helpful particularly when I needed to use a local number to follow up on my left luggage with the airline. I enjoyed the gym, steam and sauna as well.

There could be a bit more attention to the cleaning e.g. dusting in the rooms and scrubbing in the bathrooms; sometimes towels would be removed and forgotten to be replaced as well shower gel not replenished e.t.c. Also we were keen to support the apartments sustainability, even though we hung our towels indicating we would like to reuse them they would still be removed for washing. Perhaps the staff could be trained on and reminded of this initiative.

Amazing, courteous staff. Hats off to Ganesh, Payal, and Daniyal - always willing to go out of their way to help guests and ensure they have a brilliant stay. I'm also impressed how they've improved facilities at the hotel over time. The bathrooms are fitted with dispensers for body wash and hand soap, instead of bars. The rooftop recreation center is great - solid gym and sitting area for a relaxing cup of coffee. Also, thr location is outstanding. The mall is a 10 min walk, shops are 2 mins away, everything gets delivered to your doorstep.

January was busy tourist season. Lots of rush outside the hotel at times. Other than that, it was all good.

As expected, the hotel did not disappoint—right from check-in, where I received a complimentary room upgrade. A big thank you to Mr. Ahmed and the management team—I'm truly grateful for this kind gesture. The rooms are spacious, and the housekeeping team was exceptional—always supportive and quick to respond to any request within their reach. Special thanks to Athul, Ganesh, and the entire reception team for consistently checking on my well-being throughout my stay. This is definitely one of the best properties I've stayed at. I’ll surely be checking in again soon

What I really like about Al Khoory Hotel Apartments in Dubai is the perfect balance it offers between comfort, convenience, and value. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped — ideal whether you’re staying short-term or for a longer period. I especially appreciate the in-room kitchen facilities, which make it easy to prepare meals and feel at home. The location is also a major plus — it’s close to everything: major roads, shopping centers, local eateries, and tourist attractions. Whether I want to explore the city or just relax, it’s all within reach. The staff is consistently friendly, professional, and helpful, always going the extra mile to make the stay comfortable. A special mention goes to the room service staff — they were really nice and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Big thanks to them for their attentiveness and warm hospitality! The gym and other amenities are well-maintained, and the overall vibe of the hotel is peaceful and welcoming. It’s one of those rare places where you get hotel-level service with the comfort of home.

we had excellent service from al khoory. actually stayed for more than one month.. felt like home seriously.. especially manager, austin, hardip and ganesh did a good job in the management. housekeeping team was also very helpful and maintained the room very well.(sathish doluma and vikram). anyway thank you so much for the service.i ll visit next time for sure… ll recommend anyone..

This is my 13th trip to Al Khoory in the past 7 years. I've stayed in quite a few hotel apartments. Trust me when I say that Al Khoory edges the competition. Find the reasons below. I recently (again) spent two weeks at Al Khoory Hotel Apartments, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience. The 1-bedroom apartment was incredibly spacious, with a separate kitchen that made cooking a breeze. The TVs were fully equipped with Netflix, Apple TV, and YouTube, allowing me to log into my own accounts and enjoy my favorite shows seamlessly. The master bedroom was huge, with plenty of space to store all our bags while still being able to walk around comfortably. Room service was top-notch, always prompt and efficient. A special mention to Payal at reception, who went above and beyond to help with my bookings and secure a great rate. Another star of the hotel was Ganesh, who was always there to assist. Whether it was a request for a toaster or cell replacement for the remote control, it was done in under 10 minutes. I had never had to call again. The location is unbeatable. Just a 7-minute walk to the Mall of the Emirates and a 1-minute walk to the masjid/mosque. Everything I needed - from grocery stores, pharmacies, and laundry services - was within walking distance. One small but greatly appreciated touch was that food delivery riders could go straight to the apartment rather than me having to come down to collect my order, something many hotels don’t allow. The weather was perfect for jogging, and Al Barsha Pond park was only an 8-minute drive away. Another gem is the gift shop right opposite Al Khoory, which has just about everything you can think of at relatively low prices. Honestly, I can’t think of a better place to stay. Loved it. All the staff was super friendly. I don't remember the name of my room service folks but they are super efficient and ALSO did all my dishes - again, something other hotels don't do.

The only minor inconvenience was that the road in front of the hotel could get quite crowded during peak hours, making it a bit tricky to get an Uber or Careem quickly. But if you time it your trip right, you can beat the rush.

Location: The hotel is ideally located in Al Barsha, close to key attractions and the Mall of the Emirates. There are multiple food options in this location. Room: The Studio Apartment is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and cozy stay. Cleanliness: Exceptional! The housekeeping team, especially Purnima, Abdul Rizziq, Waqas, and Dawn, ensured that everything was spotless, and their attention to detail was remarkable. The exceptional service from the staff made my stay memorable. Laiq & Hossaini at the reception went above and beyond to assist with any requests, always welcoming guests with warm smiles. The service and cleanliness were outstanding. The entire experience felt smooth and seamless, from check-in to check-out. The room was always immaculate, and the staff proactively ensured a pleasant stay.

Honestly, there’s very little to dislike. Perhaps minor improvements could be made to some amenities, but overall, it exceeded expectations. Adding complimentary shuttle services to nearby beaches like KITE Beach or attractions would elevate the experience even more.
