I had a wonderful experience staying at Radiance Premium Suites, located in the Al Barsha area of Dubai. The hotel is very conveniently located near the Insurance Market metro station, making it easy to get around the city. Since it's not directly on a main road, the rooms are quiet and free from traffic noise, which was a big plus. There are many affordable shops nearby, especially Viva, where you can buy almost everything at great prices. The hotel itself is extremely clean. The staff clean the rooms daily and are always polite and helpful. I want to give special thanks to the reception staff – they were professional and very friendly. Upon check-in, they take a 300 AED deposit, which is refunded upon check-out (this is standard in many hotels). The rooms are well-equipped with everything you need: a fridge, washing machine, microwave, oven, kitchenware, and pots – so you can cook your own meals if you like. There’s also a swimming pool that guests can enjoy. The hotel is located in a great spot – roughly halfway between Dubai Marina and Burj Khalifa – so you can easily get to either location by metro or taxi. It was amazing stay, weather was perfect the apartment was perfect and contains all the facilities, very close to the metro station just 5 minutes walking, close to mall of emirates just one station and there were a lot of restaurants and markets in the area of Al Barsha 1 really it was amazing stay👍😍

The facilities were beautiful and clean. The staff were 100% their greatest asset. So attentive and kind and accomodatingn, they really improved tge experience further. So close to metro stop and lots of convenience stores. The next stop on the metro is mall of Emirates.

All it would take is some dishwasher liquid and a brush in the kitchen to complete the 4 star experience. Also I kept having to ask for extra towels because they only gave 2 despite the room being booked for 3.

Reception staff were excellent, very professional from.check in to check out. The lady Receptionist Hima was very helpful on checkout, helped with some scanning of paperwork......

The room was extremely clean and tidy, especially the furniture was very comfy and seemed like new. The hotel is closeby to major attractions in Dubai. Nearby restaurants were also ideal for daily food.

The swimming pool was small, but yet it was enjoyed by my kids.

The staff did a commendable job of being helpful and maintaining the cleanliness of the facilities and rooms. Having a laundry washing machine was a great convenience; however, you have to dry your clothes on the rack provided outside in the balcony. Fortunately, the warm weather in Dubai does ensure that clothes dry pretty quickly. Additionally, the location is fantastic, with easy walking access to the Metro station, restaurants, a pharmacy, and a grocery store, making it very convenient for guests. We will stay again here in our next travel opportunity in Dubai.

The apartment was very spacious, super clean, and had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the place felt like home. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always responding quickly to any request. Special thanks to the receptionist who acted immediately when we reported a shower issue. The location is excellent – close to everything with many shops nearby. Great value for the price, much better than we expected. The apartment and hotel look even better than the pictures on Booking.com. There’s a nice pool, but unfortunately, we didn’t have time to use it. Highly recommended – would definitely stay again!

Hot water in the bathroom wasn’t great, but the staff tried hard to fix it as soon as we mentioned it.

I like the location of the Radiance Premium Suite because it's closed to Emirates mall and a lot of super markets under the Suite. in overall the room is good with plenty space and couple of channels in the TV and a big thanks for "cleaner" they clean the room daily with deep cleaning.

1) I didn't like to pay 800 dirham to extended my stay for just extra two nights which is 400 dirham per day with out any discounts from the front desk or management. notes i just pay 315 dirham each night through booking.com for 11 nights. 2) Why the front desk didn't inform me about the Tax return how I can register and claim it back. 3) No one inform me about the visitor policy that they are NOT allow to come and visit. 4) advice that the client or the family will stay there signed any paperwork the front desk should give them a copy of it for their reference.

Our family stayed here for 7 nights and it was an amazing experience. We were welcomed by the staff with a smile, they were accomodating, helpful and very friendly. They are always willing to give a hand. The location is perfect and just next to the metro, shops and restaurants. The accomodation is quite clean and presentable and has swimming pool which our family loves. We felt really comfortable like we are staying in our own home I highly recommend this suite and we will definitely stay here again if we return back to Dubai for holiday.
