It’s located in a nice area, everything is close. It’s just in front of metro station which is very easy for transportation, and even you can walk to mall of emirates. 15 mins walk but still it’s not that far. It’s good value. Clean, and has a kitchen. Staff are friendly and responsive when ever I have some special request.

I stayed there several times. Every time there is a small issues specially in the bathroom. For example this time the shower knob was broken so it gets out in my hand. It’s not an issue. But the maintenance isn’t the best

Well located, right in front of the metro station. The apartment was very spacious and appropriately furnished. They provided bottled water every day. I loved the bed. The housekeeping and bellboy staff were very kind and helpful throughout my stay.

The air conditioning system is connected to the neighboring rooms, so if someone cooks or smokes next door, you can smell it in your room. The bathroom exhaust fan was quite noisy.

Most of all I want to commend the STAFF... No business is every functional without their staff. A special shout out for the Front Desk... This amazing lady named Cecilia is just exceptional at her job. First of all she takes the time to go the extra miles to accommodate when you have questions.. She is knowledgeable and has amazing communication skills and can literally address a question before you even ask it.. How amazing is that??? I used to manage call centers, so I know great customer service when I see it.. Make sure a BONUS structure is set up for this amazing young lady.. I am happy to contribute to that myself.. Cecilia, you are a STAR!!!!!!1

Honestly, there is nothing I dont like about this facility!!!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I had a problem with the washing machine, but they acted swiftly and fixed it. I was also there during the flooding; there was an issue with the elevator due to the heavy rains, but they resolved it on the same day. The reception and room service staff are also very welcoming and helpful, especially Arif and Karthik, who were responsible for cleaning my room.

The location of the skylark was very accessible to the nearest metro station. It is also nearby to some tourist destination. The hotel staff was very accommodating. They kept the room always clean.

Around 1 am, the aircon suddenly got noisy creating a very high pitch noise. Although we opted not call their attention because of the time and our children are already sleeping.

Excellent location: between the marina and the center, metro stop in front of the hotel, also a bus stop to the beaches. A 24-hour supermarket is 100 meters away, and the Emirates Mall is a 15-minute walk. Despite the fact that the hotel is not new, everything is in good condition and fully corresponds to the description. The staff is friendly and ready to help at any time. On the roof there is a small pool with fresh water, if you are too lazy to go anywhere. There is a travel agent in the lobby, but in Dubai it is easier and cheaper to do it yourself. Didn't eat, so it's hard to rate. In general, this is an excellent and comfortable option for a stay for a few days if you are looking for an apartment at an adequate price.

The kitchen could have had more cutlery and utensils (only for 2 people) and a dull knife). In general, the staff quickly provides everything that is missing.

After being greeted by a very charming and professional bellhop, an efficient reception was able to check us in more than one hour early. The administrative process complete, we were escorted to a clean, spacious room with all the accessories one might need for an extended stay.

Nagish, one of the owners, took the time to personally welcome us and provided some background on the hotel. 

The Skylark has undergone many cosmetic improvements, over the last year, featuring quality and modern materials, providing a luxury feel at an otherwise, smaller and independent location.

Improvements are still being made (plumbing/details) but so many alternative attributes make this a great place to stay.

Very clean rooms, competitive rates and an excellent location featuring a two minute walk to the metro make this the perfect place to stay while exploring the UAE. The rooftop pool/patio is very clean, monitored and to our surprise, truly afforded guests some of the best (180°) views of fireworks in all the city on New Year’s Eve. Book now, for next year! The in-house restaurant Zoya’s, featured a varied menu for many tastes and their breakfast was excellent. During these challenging times, the staff was consistent in their application of covid preventive policies, despite being challenged by many of their Eastern European guests. Otherwise, we felt secure at the hotel.

An incident of overt theft occurred during this stay. This occurred when my husband and I mistakenly assumed the other would collect an item neatly laid out on a pillow upon our departure. We assume full responsibility for leaving the item. However, I was hoping individual integrity might win out. Sadly, it did not and I’ve since explained to my four year old, someone else needed her pajamas more than she did.

While jaded, the actions of this individual(s) do not influence my overall impression of the stay.

The facility was near the metro station, so I could easily travel anywhere. The facility is near very nice restaurants and shops. I got everything that I wanted. The staff were accommodating and very kind.

The Air conditioning was too cold for me at times but learned to adjust it

The location was excellent for me to independently get around Dubai using the efficient Metro system. Staying in the apartment had a home away from home vibe but you still have access to hotel amenities like housekeeping and gym/spa etc. This is a practical option for those who are visiting Dubai.

Overall the facilities in the apartment was sufficient for the price point.

The rooms are really good comfortable and clean. Staff are very attentive friendly and helpful. Gym is good. Location is the best as it’s right outside the metro station. I stayed there couple of time and will always stay there.
