I very much enjoyed my stay at Golden Tulip Hotel Al Barsha. I liked the location of the hotel and Mashreq metro stop was only a 4/5 minute walk from the hotel. This made travel throughout Dubai really easy for me. Using the metro is easy, fast and very inexpensive. Get the nol card and just top it up for easy travel on the metro and buses. I arrived early at the hotel and the staff were very helpful, they ensured that I had a comfortable place to wait until my room was ready, the staff did everything possible to accommodate my requests with regards to room location and facilities. I can't praise the hotel highly enough for their willingness to accommodate my requests. I very much enjoyed all the facilities at the hotel, the Locker Room Bar on the first floor had a singer on during the evenings. The pool and the pool area is lovely. I enjoyed a few lovely pool days. I didn't use the gym/spa but if it's like everything else then I'm sure it is good.

Only a small little thing that might have been helpful is more communication before my arrival. I did send an email through booking.com asking for some information but I didn't get a reply. The staff more than made up for this on my arrival as they were very helpful in answering all my queries and accommodating me as much as possible.

1.The hotel is located in a good spot and the rooms are quite clean with convenient electrical outlets. 2.There is a fairly large supermarket within 100 meters of the hotel, making it convenient to purchase food and daily necessities.

.1. There are no slippers, combs, and men's razors in the room. 2. The bar on the second floor of the hotel is open late at night and is noisy.

I loved everything about the hotel apart the services and their hospitality .Workers Saif the room cleaner and Shazad the receptionist were exceptional.will love to lodge again with them.perfecto

A commendable team member, an excellent location with accessibility to many places, and outstanding value for money.

The ground floor bar/restaurant is playing music at a very high volume. The background music in the hotel is excessively loud. There are cockroaches in the bathroom.

Prabeen at the reception is just excellent. Has the charm of guest service. Made our stay memorable and amazing has a unique way of dealing with guests, I also had a delivery that arrived prior and he managed to secure it for us.

All was good, from the staff to the rooms.

Good location, close to metro and buses. Number of restaurants, walking distance to Emirates Mall. Friendly staff. Mannish supervisor very helpful and caring.
