Overall, my stay was excellent. However, I had some issues with the restaurant service. The food from the al a carte menu takes a lot of time to prepare. I understand that they prepare it fresh, but the chef is very slow in making the food, even from the breakfast menu, which is really bothersome.

The room was cozy and modern, with a spotless shower, bathtub, and WC. Daily cleaning was excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Both hot and cold water were reliable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Some renovations are going on but not very noisy. Sometimes early morning traffic noise from outside.

The reservation department blocked the whole amount of the reservation even before the reservation started although they wre supposed only to use the rent of one night as per the Booking policy

I've been here a few times before. Service is always excellent and it was so nice to be greeted by the bell boy, Thierry, who, once again, remembered me from my previous stays there. These small things matter. Choosing an hotel in Al Barsha is, for me, based on lots of factors- price, location, cleanliness, quality, functionality, storage space (my particular room was outstanding in this regard) service, food (especially breakfast). That list probably covers my personal preferences. There are dozens of places with whom the Atrium competes, even in this small locale and, over the years, I've stayed in quite a number of them. It's like 50 shades of beige. However, Al Khoory group, in its market segment, combine intrinsically first rate, thoughtful and practical design with a flare that few others do, not even the big hotel chains. I'm not just talking about their use of colour, which in the Atrium may not be to everyone's taste. This covers the whole gambit of items, including looking after the Khoory group bottom line whilst serving their clientele's needs. It's the best hotel in it's segment by a country mile and the only one that I have returned to on numerous occasions. Well done to the staff, designers and management.

It's hard to think of anything really. Front desk staff, nearly all men, were courteous but I would have said less outgoing than previous stays where the staff profile was more women. In the rooms, maybe it could do with a couple of extra socket outlets and why, on the desk, are the HDMI, etc outlets provided, not connected. Thanks to Hamza Muhammad in engineering for plugging in my laptop to the TV. For the price and the location, it's great and absolutely worth the money. The room is spacious and well lit, all the amenities are provided. Can't ask for more.

Good facilities, nice spa and swimming pool!

10 minute walk from the metro, and not a very luggage friendly walk. The hotel is located next to a big mosque. The windows are not very sound proof, so we woke up all 3 nights at both 5:30 and 6:00 from the call for prayer.

The staff - were better than the hotel! Their teamwork and professionalism shows through. We stayed here for 7/8 nights - and we stayed here once before. From jay the cleaner, Jocelyn, Jericho, Ashitia, Muneeb, Peter the security man, Adnan the man in charge of the dining and foods, Asim the cleaner, Danesh, Jeff - the main man - and not forgetting - through to the Manager Ashwariya…. (Apologies - I know I forgot the names of at least 5 other - superstar staff here)… everyone worked well and assisted in every way possible to give us a great stay. It’s especially difficult travelling with a baby of 2.3 years old… fresh Baby milk was always made for my Baby in the café area - whenever I wanted this for my baby.. Every hotel is great - but our 7 nights experience here was not just about the hotel itself - it was really the staff here - the same staff as 6 months ago, who served us in a professional most understanding and helpful respectful way. I need not look at another place to stay next time I return to Dubai. I will probably try out their apartments a few minutes walk from here next time. Thank you

Everything was great. Perhaps with a baby - we could , if possible - have done with a fridge , instead of a drinks cabinet / fridge / cooler( not cold enough to keep milk fresh for more than 8 hours I think).. and perhaps a microwave - all instead of a baby cot.. which we did not require - baby was happy to sleep on the bed.

Everything at the hotel was excellent. the cleanliness, ambiance, food, staff, and pool. Our stay was outstanding, with excellent reception, quick room service, tasty food, a spotless pool, a warm ambiance, perfect cleanliness, and very attentive staff. Special mention to Umer and Omar from the reception, who provided exceptional service along with the rest of the reception team.

As for what we didn't like, there were no major issues to mention. Perhaps a wider variety in the room service menu could enhance the food experience further, although the food quality was excellent.

I have a huge sentiment to the hotel so I keep coming back whenever I am in Dubai. I guess it was my 5th or 6th stay there. The hotel is conveniently located-close to a metro station, shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is very polite and helpful. There is a roof-top swimming pool with a great view of Dubai. As for the food- that was the highlight of our stay-very good and varied breakfast as for dinners- absolutely delicious, varied and combining different cuisines. The chef is a real master! I hope to come back soon!

Just the information-some rooms face inner court which means there is no natural light.

Clean, big rooms, friendly staff, nice rooftop pool, fast wifi. 10 min walk to metro station.
