I want tell thanks for this guy in night shift duty in reception he is is wonderful and help me too much I have misunderstanding and he try to help me and fix to me the situation what happened for booking. I appreciate what he help to me . He is professional and have very good experience in hospitality. Im not take more I booking or any extra but his way very good . I'm executive chef in 5 star hotel I hope we have a good time like him in our hotel. I had a wonderful stay at Signature Al Barsha Hotel! The hotel is very nice, clean, and conveniently located close to the metro station, making it easy to explore Dubai. The prices are very budget-friendly, offering great value for the services provided. A special thank you to Mohamed, Haja, Vishak, Christian and Waseem for their wonderful attitude, cooperation, and exceptional service throughout my stay. They made my experience even more memorable with their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended!

Great location, close to the metro station. Walking distance to Mall of the Emirates and lots of options to eat in the area. The staff is very nice and I would like to thank Kumar (cleaner for 6th floor, who took care of my room), Haja and Waseem. Also, big thank you to everyone else who works there (I don't know their names, apologies). They've made my stay very pleasant and I will definitely return to this hotel.

The location is perfect, a stone throw to metro station, lots of eateries in the surrounding areas, the staffs were excellent, good customers care, the manager Darrin was so so helpful and willing to go out of his way to help. He help my friend a lot when she had little accident when we went on one of our adventures, he gave her plaster, bandages and asking her how she was even though the accident happened in Abu Dhabi, Ulfat and Nabi the receptionists always having a smile on their face and always respond to us straight away whenever we asked for their assistance. I love everything about this hotel, the warmth, the friendliness of the staffs, the location. I will stay here again and definitely recommend it to family and friends. Darrin, Nabi and Ulfat thank you for your kind hospitality during our stay.

Location was near the metro so it was easy to navigate with public transport. Also there were a lot of markets ect around the hotel.

The bathroom had an open glass window that was facing into the room. They have just covered it with some kind of curtains so that you don't see someone taking a shower. The second thing was the room cards. They used to detach from room often. So I had to go to reception everytime to activate it. And this activation didn't last long.

Iam really happy. Signature hotel become my favorite staying in Dubai because of the amazing guys and location. I was impressed by Obido and Suhail in Reception. They are so professionals. Always smiling welcoming us.. Helping me...Suhai so professional he's fast to make check in and has all information if we ask for information... 👌👏👏👏l. Obido(my man😁) always work hard to make us happy. If i ask for something straight away do and solve... If i ask for clothes iron or something i get them in one minute 👌👍👏👏👏 bravo 100% i will come to stay in the hotel again and again.

The wc toilet is located far apart and no shower pan. Only bath tub. Should havr shower curtain and the gloor will not get wet

Like the overall atmosphere in lobby and clean rooms and toilets. Good and comfortable king bed for us with 3yr old kid, good AC, shower and hot water.good service from staff. Good room service. Carrefour supermarket behind the hotel. Good restaurants nearby.

Less towels in room. Had to keep asking to replace. One day housekeeping said towels were delayed by laundry..customers always need good n clean towel supply. Also faint music from the club on 1st floor could be heard all night even on 4th floor. No room slippers.
