Location was very central and close to two Metro stations, The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable

The hotel has no breakfast facility of its own The constant noise from the railway trains and the road traffic from the Shaik Zayad highway which has traffic 24x7. The hotel does not have breakfast and the furniture is a bit dated.

We had 2 bedrooms apartment, which was very spacious and convenient with two bathrooms. The hotel provides water and toiletries on the first day, after that they clean rooms and deliver toiletries upon request. The kitchen has all the basic equipments if one wants to cook. We didn’t, only used the glasses for our need. The Hotel had one restaurant which has set menu for the breakfast included in your room. They also deliver the breakfast in room. The restaurant has other lots of options otherwise and the food is made fresh. The juices are freshly made and really good. The portions are a bit small I thought. The staff are sweet and simple. The Mall of emirates is just 4 mins walk. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The metro is very close by so it’s convenient.

Had a pleasant stay, with smooth check-in and check-out. Hotel front desk good staff are polite and helpful. There's a very good cafeteria that offers economical breakfast, snacks, fresh juices and tea. Also, ample parking space in the basement. Very good smart tv in the main hall of the apartment. Location is close to mall of emirates, and 2 metro stations are within one kilometer of the hotel, but still require a fair bit of walk for those who are not used to walking. Overall very good value for money.

There's room for improvement in room amenities (kettle, toaster etc.) and overall cleanliness. Also room services such as providing water, soaps and towels are only upon request. Additionally, hotel management should consider providing service of washing dishes for guests, since they provide utensils for cooking. View was good on the 3rd floor, but landmark view (Burj Al Arab) was blocked by metro bridge. There's a fair bit of traffic noise from Sheikh Zayed road that will be almost for 24 hours which may be disturbing for some.

Its value for money for family. Good location to food & mall of the emirates. Spacious. Very friendly staff. Could be better: -a little old apartment.some of the furniture are shaky, toilet railing/door handle had.to be handle with care as its worn out. -parking is small as dubai cars are mostly big Other than that, we are happy :-)

The apartment was good and big, all amenities are available as described. the staffs hotel are very nice and friendly. The reception guy is so kind and speak politely to the guest . The location of the hotel is good and near by all service you need. and value for money. My family has really enjoyed staying at this hotel, especially the view to the main road and metro trails.

only one thing I didn’t like it there, the parking is not suitable for big car and it’s very narrow while driving to the basement parking. I have scratched my car while turned,it’s very sad . The hotel management should reconsider this point.

Overall the experience was delightful however, just faced minor issues in terms of plumbing where there was no water pressure in both the washrooms given that the water mixer installed was quite old and this needs to be changed so that when both washrooms are used at a time there isn't any drop in water pressure. The ambience of the apartment felt like home and if you are a big family then this is a to go to place with shopping mall, grocery store around to get essentials.

Plumbing works

The location is great. 5 minute walk from Mall of Emeriates. A lot of restaurants near and the Metro is near. Nice little restaurant adjacent to the lobby. Great staff and the room is spacious and a regular sized refrigerator.

The shower. The half glass system is terrible. The bathtub/shower width is not good. Just normal movement, my elbows would hit the wall or that half glass regularly. I have to turn and face the wall and not the shower head. Very poor design.

The hotel is located in on the best location. Metro station is hardly a five minutes walk away. There are numbers of restaurants nearby which are open till late hours. We found hotel staffs very helpful. Check-In and Check-Out process was very quick. The hotel is good for both solo and family travellers. One of the city's biggest mall is on a walking distance.

Food quality in hotel's cafeteria facility needs to be improved.

Location is excellent! A short 5 minute walk to the Mall of Emirates. The metro station is just as close in the opposite direction. There's many small markets to buy food if you need to. The room was large, kitchen has all the amenities and the refrigerator is a normal sized unit. The staff are friendly and courteous. I would stay again here and recommend it!

I'm not a fan of the half open shower concept. I don't like water splashing out on the bathroom floor.

It's the second time I stay in this hotel, that is really near to Mall Of Emirates. You can reach it in a four minutes walk. More, there's a Carrefour supermarket just behind it, a lot of restaurants, and a metro station. The rooms are great, clean, in perfect condition, and I slept every night without problems. Great staff, they are always helpful and my big thank you goes to them. I will be back again! There is also a restaurant in the hotel which prepares a lot of good dishes, and they can bring them to your room: added value, great food, and fantastic people.

The traffic noise is high during the day, but there are good windows keeping 90% of it out. The unique problem I found was an electric problem: sometimes I couldn't turn off the lights from the bed, so I had to get up and turn them off from the room entrance.
