The location and facilities are very good

They charge exuberant amount of money for food and drinks. Water is like 30$ per bottle… Also tax is not included in the price shown in the booking , which comes to 20% on top of the booking. For the price they charge, they could have made food prices lower

the beach, access to wild wadi, service, lounge, all were great!!

we arrived at 4 am in the morning and were asked to do all payment at that time, i think they should have been more mindful to wait till we were rested and ask us in the morning.

they should upgrade the beach bags to be similar to the ones offerd by jumeirah beach

the timing to access the beach and pool! 9 am to access the pool is too late & hot in the summer. they should advance at least 1 hrs , knowing daylight is early in the summer, starting 5:30

This was the cleanest and most beautiful resort I have ever stayed at. Jumeirah Al Naseem truly does everything they can to ensure you are enjoying your stay and go above and beyond to achieve that. This was my wife and I’s honeymoon and it will be remembered as one of the greatest trips we have ever taken thanks to Jumeirah Al Naseem! Rooms were spotless and restocked everyday we returned to our room after a day filled with activities. If something was out of place or missing a simple phone call to the front desk would have that solved immediately. Pools were always nice and clean as well. Everyone who worked at the hotel was extremely nice and caring towards us. Anything we needed they made sure we had it. The concierge desk was also very helpful in booking our activities for the time we were visiting Dubai. They made sure tickets were booked correctly and that transportation was provided accordingly. I’m counting the days that my wife and I will be able to come back and enjoy this beautiful hotel again!

Nothing. Everything was magnificent from our room , resort amenities, and the great people of Al Naseem. The people of Al Naseem truly make this resort great!

Our family suite was very clean and spacious. Our room came with two bathrooms which was very useful as three adults were staying in the suite. The hotel provided all the toiletries including toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving foam and a shaver. Furthermore, there were beach slippers along with a beach bag. There was a great selection for breakfast and numerous restaurants throughtout the hotel complex to chose from. There was a private beach which was maintained to a very high standard.

Though WiFi was available it was only suitable for messaging. I was unable to make video or audio calls via Whatsapp or Apple Facetime.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. One of the best breakfasts we ever had with fresh mango and papaya, whole fresh juices and smoothies section, protein pancakes, best croissants. Many live stations where they prepare your food in front of you. The hotel is new and beautiful with several swimming pools. Nuraim at the reception was super helpful - thanks Nuraim! Pillows and bed - the best sleep! Everything was above and beyond. Staff super kind and helpful. Plenty of sunbeds towels and fresh water all over the pool and spa area. The beach was beautiful clean with white sand.

This has nothing to do with this amazing hotel of course but water at the beach is so hot in July which is normal that it is difficult to swim in it. The hotel was a bit crowded on the weekend with families with kids so it lost a bit of its glamour on those couple of days.

The service was exceptional: from the staff who handled our luggage and got taxies, to the reception desk stuff (Al-Christy was amazing), to the room attendants. The service was wonderful. The beach was good, clean, nice sand, a lot of chairs. the staff would bring towels and filtered water to the beach chairs. The ocean entry was a but shallow at first, but it was still very good, the water was clean and we could see fish in the water. Food at breakfast and dinner was very tasty and well presented, great variety of different cuisines. The hotel is beautifully decorated and feels welcoming and relaxing. We enjoyed our room and the balcony. The bathroom was exceptional. There was also filtered water in the room and tea/coffee facilities included.

We paid for half-board package and were told that drinks (any drinks, including plain water) are not included with dinner. I did not see a single place in the restaurant where the prices for drinks were posted. Customers should be given the courtesy of the menu with the prices listed. Based on the bills, a bottle of water would be around 40 AED or over 10USD. This policy of squeezing money for drinks has cheapened the otherwise luxury resort experience we had. The policy was even more surprising as the plain filtered water was in abundance in other places in the hotel: hotel room, reception, the beach.

Our stay at Al Nassem Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The facilities, service, and breakfast were all top-notch, making it a truly memorable experience and worth every penny. From start to finish, everything was excellent, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to experience luxury and comfort. A special mention goes to Muamun at the poolside, who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. His attentive service truly added to our overall enjoyment. Well done, Al Nassem Hotel!

The only thing is the water pressure in the toilet was likely bit, not strong.

Location, staff, amazing food.

In our room, water leaked from a fire extinguisher and flooded all our things, and their fire alarm went off at 8am. And it is at one the of the most luxurious hotels in dubai. They only took our wet clothes for laundry and sent us cheese plater. That’s all. Ah and the manager sent a meaningless message.
