Hotel was very nice, everything was fine. Breakfast was perfect and very delicious. A man working during breakfast was so nice for us and made everything perfect. This stay was even more cool because of him!!

It’s like coming home every time we are at this hidden treasure. The beach, pool, food are fantastic but more over the personal of the hotel makes it so special. This time me we had the most amazing experience with Akex at Sho Cho - Japanese Restaurant and beach bar - his knowledge about Cocktails and drinks are outstanding and hus kindness and hospitality are magnificent

I would like to sincerely thank the entire reception team at Lemon Tree Hotel for their kindness and care during my recent stay. I came to the hotel after my surgery to rest, and they truly made my recovery much easier and more pleasant. Special thanks to Kritika, who kindly arranged a spacious room with a beautiful view that helped me relax and enjoy my stay. Marwa was always ready to assist me with anything I needed, and Samandar was thoughtful enough to offer me a late check-out, understanding my situation. I’m also grateful to the lovely cleaner, Hmwi, who always kept my room spotless whenever needed and provided the best service with a smile. This is not my first stay at Lemon Tree Hotel, but it was certainly my best. The kindness, thoughtfulness, and support I received after my surgery, along with the beautiful view, truly helped me recover and relax. My heartfelt thanks to the whole wonderful team.

The friendly receptionist Sara agreed to let us have a late checkout which was useful as our onward flight was late in the day

The hotel is right next to a main road and the traffic was noisy at times

The staff was very helpful and cooperative. Marwa and others at the front desk gave useful suggestions for places to visit and eat. The house keeping staff, Kaung and Rahul ensured quick service and kept our rooms spotless. The staff during our breakfast at Shabestan was very kind and polite. The menu offered good options.

Our booking included a complementary shuttle service. But the timings of shuttle service was not very useful as it was only once in a day. However, there is a bus stop right outside the hotel entrance, so that made our commute easier on days when we used public transport.

I have put 10 stars because the hotel has an excellent location within walking distance to the beach and metro, bus stop also right outside the hotel. All the staff especially the reception and house keeping were very accommodating and friendly and helped me with all my needs. Cleanliness is exceptional. Its very good to have a nice hotel that isn't overpriced. Laundry is a very good quality service.

As a suggestion it would be nice if the swimming pool would be cold.It was very hot even around 10am so I couldn't swim in it, and its such a lovely area so it was a disappointment. Massage I had wasn't good, I felt very uncomfortable.

Best hotel in Dubai according to price/quality ratio. Located in a quite district nearby a beach, it offers an ultimate tranquility but also a great services to guests. I stayed here for many time last year and it never disappoints. Very clean corridors/rooms, tasty breakfast with some costume dishes, fast internet, friendly and professional team, always up to negotiations and considering all the guest's wishes and situations. Can't wish for more!

-There's rarely a bit of tobacco/mold smell in some of the rooms, probably an A/C thing -It could be a 1-2 more non-spicy dishes to choose on breakfast

Customer service was fantastic, everyone super friendly (receptionist went above on beyond to help me re-schedule an excursion I booked). Swimming pool facility is the best I've seen with fantastic views of the burj al arab. It was empty and I enjoyed a good hour of stress-free swimming. Receptionist so nice she said I could stay till end of day if I wanted! (i.e. after check out). Beach not far away, there was a free shuttle but I liked to walk to get a feel for the area (which was super safe and quiet). The room definitely gave a homely feel and I was not disturbed at all for the one night I stayed. A great place if you want piece of mind from an accommodation perspective.

Very over the top with security. Whilst I was hovering in the reception, all the male and female staff (security guards) were intensely staring at my face and following my movements to the point that I felt very disturbed whenever I was in that area or entering/leaving the premises. It didn't seem a dangerous area but they were looking very tense like a serious fight was on the agenda. It was quite intimidating and really was a transition from the peaceful atmosphere generally radiating in the hotel. Really need to train staff to soften up but be alert simulatenously! Also I wish the shower had a door, the open plan stuff wasn't ideal for me.

Small boutique hotel in the heart of Jumeirah. Walking distance to the beach and local supermarket. Adequate selection for breakfast with freshly made eggs to order. Very friendly restaurant staff. Upgraded to a suite which was excellent size. Very comfortable bed.

Fixtures and fittings a little cheap but this is a boutique hotel not a 5 star resort. Price reflects the quality.

Nice hotel. Good swimming pool, friendly polite staff. Good breakfast. Its easy to get to the metro on the number 12 bus just opposite the hotel. And there is a handy Waitrose just a few minutes walk away. The staff can order taxis. They are efficient to arrive. There is a daily free shuttle service to Jumeirah beach and mall of Emirates.

Nothing much not to like. Just heads up the metro is not accessible on foot,even though the distance is close. But most areas not very pedestrian friendly in general. The rooms don't have windows, you use the control panel to adjust the air con.
