It is really Clean. The atmosphere is well designed and beautiful. staff are polite. I liked it.

The pricing is not clear and higher than normal. Also the pricing is not clear. after getting final price, they added tax, municipality, tourism fee, vat, etc. They (Hotel, Booking.com, agoda.com and others) have to be clear with customers and have to give them final price to make a real and equal competing situation for all.

Everithing was so perfect clean, stuff are kindly, breakfast was good. You have great boys on the pool, kind, smiling and accommodating.

ANAD frount office manager was sooo RUDE to the other stuff. He yelled at the pool on life guide. He didn't let them sit in the shade. Very very bad worker, who have no mercy to other. He doesn't deserve that job place.

Modern structure, clean, well decorated and maintained. Super parking quality.

They charge a refundable deposit at check-in. This is a medieval practice and presumes guests are unreliable from the start. I'm not sure what kind of experiences the establishment had to justify adopting this practice, but it certainly isn't respectful to the majority of guests. Even if the deposit is refundable, it is still a very disrespectful and suspicious practice. I wonder if they would give me my refund back if I hadn't reminded them of it (they only refund it in cash, even when you pay by card). Very sketchy.

The location was perfect. Next to a supermarket to buy any essential needs. Not a busy place and close to business hub

None. All staff were welcoming except for one male staff at the front desk. I believe he must be an Indonesian or Filipino. Could have some welcome smile towards the guests and also provide more information. When information during check in was asked his response was not pleasing most of the time. All other staffs at the hotel were best and I would highly recommend this place.

The location, cleanliness and facilities were excellent.

The receptionist who welcomed us wasn’t too polite but the other people from the staff were very polite. When I was booking the hotel, I messaged them to ask about different check in time but no one answered in Booking. Then when we arrived we understood that we have to pay extra for the different check in time that I wanted to change at first. Maybe that’s why they didn’t answer me. The breakfast buffet had limited options for european/american style food. Most of the food was local dishes that we usually don’t eat. The door for our bathroom was making loud noise when opening and closing it and if you wanted to use it at night, you were getting up the other person in the room.

I enjoy my stay everytime, great staff, very comfortable, great facilities, and a nice location far from traffic.

The breakfast could have more variety, as well as having a bar maybe, had a situation where i couldnt buy a sandwich from the kitchen cause it was "closed" despite the sandwich being in the fridge infront of me and the vendor being there, couldve been a one second transaction but it turned into a bizarre situation, where they refused to just grab the sandwich give it to me and take my money.

A beautiful, well-maintained hotel with a very friendly and professional staff always ready to answer any questions or concerns. Despite our unfortunate timing to travel during the major Dubai storm on April 16, 2024, they managed everything well, and we had no issues. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, but I recommend bringing an adapter if you're traveling from Europe since the room only has a USB outlet.

On the downside, the location isn't the best, and it's quite far from the metro. There are bus stops available, but catching connections can be challenging and it tends to be very crowded (we've been in April). However, if you're traveling by taxi, personal car, or rental car, everything is fine.

The area is a bit remote Wanted to postpone booking for the next day However I didn’t like booking service Called booking to switch to the next day However they asked to call hotel As I booked room via booking.com hotel reservation services asked to contact booking.com but my request in booking was ignored despite several calls

First, I had trouble checking in as I forgot my wallet, and it was mandatory to have at least one physical ID. They don't accept electronic IDs. So I had to go back and come again for a very long trip of almost 3 hours driving. But the good thing was when I came back to check in, I found an excellent employee; his name was Romeo, and he upgraded my room without any extra fees. I enjoyed that room and the experience in the hotel overall. It deserves more than three stars.

Location is a bit odd, but it is fine for a getaway weekend, didn't need to go out much.
