Overall, it was a delightful experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive; my room was spotless. The comfort of the bed and furnishings made for a restful night's sleep, which is always a top priority for me when traveling. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The variety offered was wonderful, with fresh fruits, pastries, and a selection of hot dishes that catered to different tastes. It was a great way to start each day, and the dining area was bright and inviting.

However, I did notice that the pool area could use some attention. While the pool itself was a nice feature it was dirty a lot of hair and other items floating in the pool.

The lobby, pool area, and our room were very clean and smelled pleasant. Check-in went smoothly and quickly. Tanay was our night clerk and he was fantastic. SO polite and professional. My husband and I had time-sensitive documents that needed to be printed, signed, scanned and returned. He was more than willing to help us complete our business well within our timeline. He gave recommendations for dinner and was spot on. Our room was clean and fresh, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. We will definitely stay here again!

Snack shop had coke products instead of pepsi

The location is great. The staff is very pleasant. My room is a great size and very clean. I was allowed to check in early. It was quiet, too. My room has a refrigerator and a clean microwave. The frig had an ice tray, cool! There was plenty of parking.

The bold coffee was a little light; it is probably better to choose espresso in the restaurant. But you get waffles! There was a good bit of variety to choose from for breakfast. But, there is a keurig in the room with 4 pods, way better! There is a tub that may seem slim to some but good for a soak.

This was a surprise in that it was clean, modern, well-maintained, quiet, and a bit off the beaten path. Staff was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable.

Breakfast was a disappointment. I arrived at 8:15 and there was less than a cup of dried up powdered eggs, a couple of tiny biscuits, a little bit of gravy, a couple of pieces of pork sausage (I don't eat pork), four small yogurt containers - all in all it looked like the end of service, but that was nearly an hour away. The attendant replaced a couple of things, but I saw others come in, look around for something to eat, and settle for a bowl of dry cereal.

The facility is very nice. Ms. Debra was phenomenal. VERY inviting and helpful. We asked if we could pay cash when we checked out the next morning. However, the young man stated he had already used the card on file and would not allow us to pay cash. He said it has to stay on the card. Slightly disappointing, since we had such awesome service the night before.

Really can say anything bad about this location.. Just have 1 suggestion if possible. The facility smelled really good. However, the smell was a little over powering. Probably could use just a little less!

Loved how good it smelled was clean and well decorated very peaceful and staff was kind all except one black lady that was extremely rude to my mom at check in asked her if she had trouble hearing if I hadn’t of had surgery that day and been out of it she would have had some trouble! She shouldn’t be employed to service the public! Everyone else were exceptionally kind and helpful one lady working the front desk on night shift even spent a few mins and a snack with my three year old son who was crying at the time. When we stayed here before we loved it the workers are wonderful except the one lady who must be fake when the boss is around bc she was ridiculously RUDE and DESERVED more then she got from me that day! The kindness from everyone else is top notch!!!

The pool was wonderful as well as the breakfast those ladies working breakfast run their takes off and are still kind!! We love it here!

I really enjoyed the stay at your facility. We were close to great stores and restaurants. The beds were so comfortable. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was delicious especially the biscuits and sausage gravy. The staff were so nice and very helpful. Thank you for accommodating our family. I had my 93 year grandmother traveling with us who was in a wheelchair. The handicapped room was very comfortable for her.

Only thing we can say we were disappointed we couldn't swim. Pool was too cold.

The room was clean. It was quiet and relaxing. I was there for surgery at UAB cancer center and it was about 5 miles away but we will definitely be staying here again. The bed was comfy. The staff were all very nice. Breakfast was good.

The only issue we had was the toilet seat was dirty when my husband went to lift it to go to the restroom. And my son was upset because he couldn't swim in the pool.

We were in town for Furnace Fest at Sloss Furnaces in the city. The location of this hotel was great for that event; it took less than 20 minutes to drive there each day and being outside the main city meant the location was nice and quiet so no disturbances at night. The room itself was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. Some signs of aging around the property, but nothing that negatively impacted our stay. The included breakfast was also great. They had a few hot items each morning (including a waffle maker) as well as your standard coffee, juice, cereal, fruit, etc. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay at a reasonable price for the area. Oh, and the staff were very friendly as well.

No real complaints here! Only small suggestion would be to put a bell on the front desk counter, since we had a couple instances where we stood around waiting for help.

The room we had needed some repairs. Shower head was broken and we had to try several times to reset GFI in the bathroom. Breakfast was very limited when we got there which was toward the end at 8:45 but we have never stayed anywhere that didn’t have breakfast available right until the time it ended
