Beautiful location, tucked back into a quiet hillside. We were able to unload our equipment and move into our room quickly and were even given the option of ground floor room. The room was clean, quiet and had a fantastic AC.

It's not really the fault of the hotel (because they have signs everywhere), but in the south everything smells like marijuana. People smoking outside, in the rooms and behind the hotel like it's a Grateful Dead concert. That was the only thing we didn't like about the hotel- it smelled like skunk everywhere you went.

Room was clean and great customer service.

The breakfast wasn't a whole to choose from.

Location was good for us. Price was good. The room was cleaner than when we had stayed the previous year so there has been improvement. And it's convenient to have the microwave and fridge in the room.

The room keys had to be reprogrammed every day in order for us to get back into our room which seemed a strange inconvenience. And we learned that our room would be only cleaned every 3rd day. So we always ran out of towels, had to request new towels at the front desk everyday. Why not just clean the room everyday.

Location, lots of shopping and food close by! Cleanliness of room and pool area. The indoor pool is GREAT. Breakfast was classic continental with waffles maker, cereals, sausage, eggs, juices etc. Our favorite part of this stay was the staff!!! Every single staff member we encountered was SO kind, willing and wanting to help, and so welcoming to not only us but our rowdy 4 year old as well! Exceptional staff!!!

The elevator is a little sketchy and my room door would catch and be difficult to open but nothing we couldn’t handle!

The room was clean, tidy and neat. I only stayed the one night and promptly left so I didn't have a chance to use the rest of the facilities.

The staff were very friendly, the one I was lost trying to find the hotel, and phoned in, the fellow on the telephone was difficult to understand. I normally do just fine with India accents but in this case I did not. I can't fault the young man though because he was the one on the desk when I came in. Very friendly, and very helpful.

Last night of being in Birmingham for a family member that passed away suddenly. The lady at the front counter was awesome she knew a little bit of American sign language to be able to speak with my 7 year old granddaughter before they checked out to head back to Wisconsin that by far was the best inn I've every spent time at....keep up that kind of important customer service a kind heart and proud moment when someone notices my 3 young grandchildren and my older children I want to also say customer service at that moment changed my review for this hotel keep that and people will notice the quality of the service provided....

No traffic noise. Comfortable room & beds. Good breakfast.

Absolutely no walk in showers. Small horizontal grab bar over tub faucet was not very helpful especially when getting out of slippery tub. They texted me and asked what time I was checking out after I had already checked out and was heading down the road. (Here’s your hat - what’s your hurry ? )

Good location—walking distance to a gas station if needed and a short drive to restaurants and Target. Pretty trees all around.

I didn’t like the breakfast. The scrambled eggs tasted like they were rehydrated and didn’t have the consistency or taste of real eggs. Not much selection, and it seems like cheap ingredients. Plan to go out for breakfast.

Staff was so nice and professional, they really went the extra mile just to ensure we were very well looked after, always smiling and ready to help; also breakfast prooved to be as delicious as expected despite that there were not a wide variety in sortiments, if you enjoy waffles for breakfast, they have the nicest waffle-maker ever! I would definitely choose the same location if visiting Birmingham AL again.

The breakfast was delicious, I think we came down later so it was a little limited but not bad I wish they would have bagels with cream Cheese but not bad at all for what they had left ! The rooms as great friendly staff made my trip awesome. They do have towels but upon reading reviews I already brought my own for the pool
