Room was clean and great customer service.

The breakfast wasn't a whole to choose from.

Location was good for us. Price was good. The room was cleaner than when we had stayed the previous year so there has been improvement. And it's convenient to have the microwave and fridge in the room.

The room keys had to be reprogrammed every day in order for us to get back into our room which seemed a strange inconvenience. And we learned that our room would be only cleaned every 3rd day. So we always ran out of towels, had to request new towels at the front desk everyday. Why not just clean the room everyday.

Location, lots of shopping and food close by! Cleanliness of room and pool area. The indoor pool is GREAT. Breakfast was classic continental with waffles maker, cereals, sausage, eggs, juices etc. Our favorite part of this stay was the staff!!! Every single staff member we encountered was SO kind, willing and wanting to help, and so welcoming to not only us but our rowdy 4 year old as well! Exceptional staff!!!

The elevator is a little sketchy and my room door would catch and be difficult to open but nothing we couldn’t handle!

The room was clean, tidy and neat. I only stayed the one night and promptly left so I didn't have a chance to use the rest of the facilities.

The staff were very friendly, the one I was lost trying to find the hotel, and phoned in, the fellow on the telephone was difficult to understand. I normally do just fine with India accents but in this case I did not. I can't fault the young man though because he was the one on the desk when I came in. Very friendly, and very helpful.

Last night of being in Birmingham for a family member that passed away suddenly. The lady at the front counter was awesome she knew a little bit of American sign language to be able to speak with my 7 year old granddaughter before they checked out to head back to Wisconsin that by far was the best inn I've every spent time at....keep up that kind of important customer service a kind heart and proud moment when someone notices my 3 young grandchildren and my older children I want to also say customer service at that moment changed my review for this hotel keep that and people will notice the quality of the service provided....

it was clean, it smelled good, snd the location was very good for my purposes.

the breakfast was not good. there wasn’t any protein like scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage. It only had things like cereal & waffles that are extremely high in carbs/sugar. being a diabetic, there was nothing that I could eat.

Staff was so nice and professional, they really went the extra mile just to ensure we were very well looked after, always smiling and ready to help; also breakfast prooved to be as delicious as expected despite that there were not a wide variety in sortiments, if you enjoy waffles for breakfast, they have the nicest waffle-maker ever! I would definitely choose the same location if visiting Birmingham AL again.

Housekeeping came a bit too early before departing

It exceeded our expectations WAYYYY beyond anything we could have expected! I've stayed at The Four Seasons, The Ritz and everything in between and the beds were one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The woman at the front desk was so nice as well. The only thing I can say is that the water pressure was so strong, it almost blew meout of the shower! It made it memorable though and who doesn't love good water pressure?!

Breakfast was being removed while I eas eating and actively trying to serve myself food, staff was taking food while I eas serving myself there was a large family making waffles so I had to wait 30 min for them to complete getting their waffles then staff was trying to remove items while I was trying to make my waffles not customer friendly

great value, clean rooms, very nice staff and indoor pool. on the reviews people complained about the tv not being in English. If they kept going through the channels, they would have found the English speaking channels. People also complained about not having room darkening shades. the room darkening shade was behind the sheer shade, all they needed to do was pull it down. all the complaints I saw on the reviews could have been problems fixed pretty quickly had those people just taken the time to ask the front desk. I highly recommend this place and will be back again.
