We have stayed there before on layovers for international trips out of SFO. This visit worked perfectly: the shuttle picked us up, we were able to collapse and sleep well, and their shuttle delivered us to our gate the next morning. Stress free. We were given our preferred room location, and it was quiet, as requested. We were able to enjoy the generous breakfast the next morning, before leaving for a long flight.

The only thing we noted was that the breakfast area was jam packed, even with constant turnover. It did not affect our experience, but I cringed for the apparent single server who was doing her best to serve everyone. And there were a lot of us, and the turnover didn't stop. (I think many of the guests may have been there for a wedding venue next door.) I would suggest providing more help for the overworked personnel at breakfast.

Near the airport, view over the bay and of planes taking off and landing. we had a nice sunrise stroll before breakfast. surprisingly quiet. good american style breakfast with fresh waffles and pancakes as well as the usual cooked and cold items. Room was large , slightly dated decor but comfy and clean with all you need for a transit stay. staff helpful. check in and out easy. we ended up getting an Uber in and out to the city to save time was about $35 each way- took about 30 min right to center of the city.

The location is great as it is close to the airport. The price is very reasonable for the quality and service. The reviews were helpful. I didn’t use the WiFi so cannot comment. Breakfast was sufficient as I am not a big eater and don’t have much expectations. Lots of free parking on the property. I had a room with the sea view so that was nice. Bed is very comfy, the pillows are a bit thick for me but not a big deal.

Two things that bothered me. The toilet has lingering urine smell even it looks all clean. Have had this problem with certain toilets, not sure why it happens. There was a mysterious charge of $30.46 on my credit card just after check-in which the staff don’t even know what that was and don’t see it on their computer. I have to dispute the charge. My advice to all who stay there to check your credit card statement. Despite this shortfalls, I still will stay here when transiting in the future. Hope the hotel address this two problems.

Good location for air travel. Exercise room was very good. Breakfast choices with hot and cold foods plentiful and nice layout. Breakfast staff did an excellent job of keeping food replenished and cleaning tables between guests. Taking shuttle to the airport was fine and followed the schedule. Rooms were comfortable and quiet and enjoyed the view of the water and airport. Front desk checkin gentleman was friendly and helpful.

The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was not on schedule. Waited nearly an hour for the shuttle. A different front desk staff was not friendly, nor much help when asked about restaurants in the area, she preferred to read her book rather than speak with us. Walking in the area in the evening at dark felt sketchy, lacked lighting along the water walkway as well as the street side sidewalks.

Check in was great- staff were really friendly and got us the room a bit early; clean room and I had paid for a water view which was nice. Breakfast had great variety. Hotel is so close to airport which was great.

The carpet in the room is old and needs cleaning; there was no seating available at breakfast time around 8:30 am so we had to sit in the entrance lobby, or outside area under the sun, which is nice but doesn't have any shade.

Check in was great, hotel staff had already been really responsive to emails I had sent about airport shuttles. We had to wait a while for the shuttle but it was quick and easy once it came. Hotel in a quiet location close to the airport, close to the water so lovely views in the morning. Room was spacious, comfortable, had everything we needed. Breakfast the next morning (included) had plenty of choice, lovely sunny breakfast room, all spotlessly clean. Did not use any other facilities as it was just a one night stop before a connecting flight to Oregon. Shuttle back to the airport was on time and perfectly fine. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had to wait quite a while for the shuttle with no idea of the arrival times. It seemed like every other hotel shuttle went by but not 'ours' !! Not sure how you can fix this except by emailing each customer a copy of the shuttle times.

Very nicely decorated room, with a good working air conditioner, which was important as when you opened the windows, the airport noise was noticeable. The breakfast was fine -- there was a nice choice of breakfast items. Good parking is available as well. They also have a park-and-fly program available if you need it, but you have to book directly with the hotel.

The only thing I found strange was that three of the electrical sockets were pulling out from the wall. You could still plug in but the covers were loose and the outlets themselves were standing out from the wall. Also, there were no dedicated ports for electronic devices, which is strange these days.

Loved the bay view in our room. It was fun to watch the tide go in and out. Airport shuttle ran about every 45 min, which worked for us. Driver was good (we used the shuttle to get to BART at the airport as well). Breakfast was good, and the wifi worked well. Room was as good as the one we had at the Marriott for our hobby show (we stayed here a couple of days after our show to sightsee in SF).

We had a little trouble with the TV remote.

It has a close proximity to the airport and provides shuttle service on a regular basis to all the terminals. The breakfast is better than most hotels, self-serve omelets, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles and more... Bay Landing is our "go to" park and fly hotel whenever we fly out of S.F.. We usually stay the night before and also again upon our return, thus missing the high-volume traffic commutes. We have been very happy in our multiple stays over the years and recommend it to all our friends and relatives.

There are limited places nearby to dine for lunch and dinner.

I had a very early flight the next day and the shuttle worked as planned, which was very convenient. If I had been able to use the airport shuttle to get from the airport to the hotel the night before things would have been perfect. But I thought I had just missed the shuttle and wasn't willing to wait 45 minutes for the next one, so I took an insanely expensive taxi instead. (Indeed, I'd have waited if I knew how expensive the taxis were.)

I wanted to use the microwave to heat something up but didn't have a plate. I went to the front desk to ask for a plate and was told that they lock up all of the dishes after breakfast and the nighttime staff don't have a key. I found this to be absolutely bizarre. why give people access to a microwave and not what they need to use it? And why not leave the key to the plates with your night team. I can't fathom management's thinking on this.
