First night stay with a noisy room due to close to two ventilation machines in calling of neighbour building. Change to another room from 2nd night. Overall perspective satisfies with stays despite 1st night. Staffs are helpful to solve the problem, especially Mr. Nitish is very friendly and try to provide solution. Thank you all and I would recommend this hotel to others. Capability of problem solving is top!

Clean, (very) quiet, and functional although a little spartan. Great location for walking and exploring the retail end of the Stanford campus.

Little to no common area lobby space (so no place to sit and work except a small desk in your room). Rooms on 1st and 2nd floors have frosted windows and only open into a light well (so not much natural light and limited breeze).

The breakfast did surprise me. Though it was served in a little corner, yet they served a variety of bakery, different type of yogurt and drinks. They taste really good and fresh. It helps me to have good start of my day. Front desk lady was very nice and helpful. The location is very convenient - you can easily find good restaurants nearby.

You can hear the traffic outside yet it becomes quiet when it’s late night.

the room is very very small. I didn't like not having a minibar and the customer service wasn't that good... often there was no one there and when there was they didn't know many things. The breakfast is also very simple!

It’s not a really “dislike” - room is fine if you are traveling solo, for work. Breakfast is frugal, and the space for is very small, but I never got it busy. The only thing that really turned me off was the lack of a fridge in the room.

Location and price

No way to turn lights over the bed on and off while in the bed. No robe in room, contrary to what the website says. Room is small, fine for one but since there’s only one chair in the room I don’t know where the other person will sit.

The breakfast had lovely hot options It was s hock - I expected continental muffins - and it was omelet, sausage, fruit, granola and more! The room was incredibly cozy lux and the mattress was the best!!!!!

Great location for Stanford University and close to several really good restaurants and shopping. Quite a nice feel to the hotel and the rooms were very clean - loved the coffee in the room and the foyer.

Breakfast was ok, but there were great places to go and eat nearby. Other than this we had a really good stay.

Great location and superb value. Everything was wonderful. It was a very short Uber from Stanford hospital. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

The air conditioning as it was set on heat with no way to switch to cool. It was 90 degrees the day I stayed so this was an exception.

Just got back home. I enjoyed four-days staying there. Its location was perfect for me to visit the Stanford U on foot. All the staffs were very kind and helpful. Mr. Ankit Dhakal, its general manager, was especially impressive to share his precious time for me after work hours. It was very joyful to talk with him drinking tasty wine at the lobby, despite the unexpected cancellaton of the wine testing event. I would like to say thank you again.
