Walking distance to central market and other atractions in donwtown LA. Clean and confortable rooms. Ideal for touristing around the city. Having breakfast everyday at the market was amazing.

City Center is definetly not a safe area. You have to be alert when you go out, specially at nights.

Christian at reception was exceptionally helpful with excellent customer service. The location was excellent, walking distance to attractions, restaurants in DTLA. Grand Central and station were a few steps away. The room was comfortable and cleaned daily. Coffee, tea, and toiletries were replenished daily. There were additional charges, and the 100 usd holding was released five minutes after checking out. We definitely recommend and stay there again when in LA. This accommodation was value for money.

My personal preference would have been to have a window that opens to let in fresh air The air-conditioning did a fantastic job, so not having a window that opened wasn't any discomfort. Nothing to complain about.

Everything was just right for a short, affordable stay. Staff was professional, helpful and fast. Place was really quiet. Will definitely make this my goto place to crash in LA for short stays. Valet parking for $40 was excellent - you're not going to find cheaper anyway, and this way we had a person park the car for us, and bring it back when we were ready to leave. Park directly in front and notify the valet guy. Couldn't be easier. Bar/restaurant on premises was OK. Affordable and friendly. Lots of other options a short walking distance as well, including Grand Central Market which was a fun stop for dinner and beer. Rooms were small, but had everything: small fridge, micro, two small work tables. Beds were comfy. AC was strong and didn't rattle or make weird noises. Bathroom was modern and clean.

Couldn't open window, which was a drag. But AC worked extremely well so we just ran it all night.

It’s a hidden gem at an affordable price considering the location. You're in the heart of DTLA with access to the train station and bus lines, right down the street from Grand Central Market, Angel's Flight, museums, The Music Center, Grand Park, and the Walt Disney Concert Hall. The train station is easily accessible; you can go to Hollywood, North Hollywood (Universal Studios), or Santa Monica Beach, and even the Crypto Arena to catch a game if you would like. It’s an affordable price, with a decent community and easy access.

Laundry is hard to get access to quarters, so make sure to bring quarters for washing.

Room great but, noise from adjacent room.

The coffee was awful and the creamer lumpy.

The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Just that the blankets weren’t as thick so it was a tad bit cold at night. Other than that, great hotel. Def would come back.

The price was good, and walking distance to a lot of restaurants and museums. Room was small which is perfect for a single traveler staying for the night.

Soap dispenser was very hard to use. I could see it was full but wouldn't push any out. The room was very noisy at night. At around 130 in the morning I could hear what sounded like heavy machinery for a good 20min. It wasn't the elevator, or trash man picking up dumpsters. It sound like a freight truck docking and undocking for several minutes straight. And then was awoken again by traffic at 430

I love the location honestly because it’s close to everything, but the area itself was very dirty.

How dirty the area around the building was. Also it was very hot in the hallways. There also was a slug in my bed i took a picture as well.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, super accessible and within walking distance to the metro. Walking distance to Grand Central Market that has a lot of good food options.

I didnt like that it was too difficult to use the laundry service, I wish there was an option for non-US guests to use it easily. I tried setting up using the app but because my address is based overseas, it kept getting blocked.

The hotel is in a very good area for walking around, we left our car at the valet parking with the hotel and didn't ask for it until we were ready to leave. Grand central market is a block away as well as other neat little bars and places to see. Christian at the front desk was very nice and helpful with all our requests, we appreciated excellent customer service.

The room itself was a little smaller than the pictures let on but it was very clean and comfortable.
