The hotel was able to accommodate my request to check in early, even though I arrived after 3 pm due to traffic. The room was exceedingly comfortable (king bed, high back armchair, desk, etc.) with quality linens and toiletries. I had stayed at this property before, and they reorganized the breakfast buffet to create a more open and easily accessible flow to and from the buffet, and the breakfast potatoes (served on certain days) and sausage patties were tasty and a cut above the typical hotel breakfast. The equipment in the small fitness center is well-chosen to enable a comprehensive full body workout, with dumbbells up to 50 lbs., an incredible "all in one" machine with a bench and pulleys at 3 heights, low, mid-range, and high, plus treadmill and elliptical trainer. There is also a coin operated washer and dryer in the small but clean guest laundry room.

Room keys did not work twice, and I had to trek back down to the lobby, but was quickly resolved each time.

I liked the great service from the front desk and the housekeeping ladies. It was very clean. The parking wasn't full when we were there. The breakfast was okay, you know it's continental so they had the same thing every day.Great waffles. The hotel was by a lot of businesses which we didn't care about. It was very quiet and we didn't hear any noise from outside.

The swimming pool was very little. Breakfast was okay, but from the 3 nights we spent there, only one day they had biscuits and gravy, the other 2 were only eggs and sausages and waffles. The rooms are very small but good to fit 2 adults and 2 kids. The beds were too soft for me. The beaches were at least an hour away. Universal Studios is about an hour, too. Walt Disney is about 20 mins from the hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was clean but a little high for us. We,'re shorties. The breakfast was exceptional. Basic hotel breakfast with a few extras. The waffle maker worked great. There was cherry/strawberry topping and whipped cream for waffles.Toast and muffins, biscuits and gravy, cereal, etc. The eggs and sausage were fresh, everything was clean and plentiful. The staff was present and continually cleaning up and checking supplies.

Shower head was average.

It was clean and had easy check in and out! The breakfast was amazing and filling with choices including yogurt, bagels, danishes, eggs, sausage patties, waffles with fixings, cereal, many types of juice, and a special side that’s different each day!

The room is a little bright with the blinds down, but nothing too bothering if you’re tired from festivities you attend during the day. The wall within the outside was quite thin and the first night you could hear people passing by early in the morning, but it wasn’t a problem again after that.

Breakfast room is noisy with the TV which is tuned to an infomercial on identity theft which gets old very fast.

Not so much me, but my family stayed in room 330. They slept very badly because people come in and out of the door right outside their door all hours of the night. Every time they would start to doze off, the door would bang and startle them awake. Maybe a door closer would solve the problem?

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Very clean, well kept and comfortable! Really good value for money and would definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in Anaheim.

If I had to pick on something, it would be how strict they were with breakfast timings. I went to grab a little packet of cream cheese at 9:01am and the lady refused to let me have it.

Location to family that we're visiting. Rooms and common spaces were clean.

My husband had a hard time checking in because I wasn't there yet. Staff just doing their job, but it was frustrating being several hours away due to traffic and having to pull over to call the hotel myself when I was already on video with my husband who was standing in the lobby. Nowhere to park with a trailer when we finally arrived.

Breakfast was good, plentyful for all. This was a last-minute reservation after a long day at Disney, so the location worked well for us. Rather than having to drive all the way home, we spent the night, had breakfast, did some other activities in the morning, and called it a day!

The hotel was quiet. Short distance from Disneyland. Breakfast was good, and the coffee was great. Excellent customer service. The front desk person was very welcoming and friendly. Will definitely come back. Good price. Also, there is a Mexican restaurant nearby that served amazing food.
