Breakfast was great! The room was very large and clean and comfortable

I pre booked through booking.com, when we got there after driving for 12 hours, they could not find my reservation even by using my confirmation number, then we paid for our room and then noticed that the hotel charged me again as a no show. Apparently the reservation was under the guests name not mine as we were paying for two rooms. Because of this our rooms were not close together. It was not until the next morning that we discovered what the double charge was and the management did reverse the charges. I feel when we checked in that the girl on the front desk was not experienced enough to figure out why she could not find our reservation even with my printed confirmation number.

The only thing I didn't like was that their pillows were smaller than typical pillows we've seen. Otherwise, our hotel accommodations was great! Front Desk staff, Kelly, was courteous and helpful. The facility is meticulously clean, their beds were super comfy, plenty of cabinets for storage, and had an extra sofa and TV for an added room. They had a microwave and refrigerator for our food. Their pool was indoors which was open and clean, as well as their gym. Would love to come back again! Thank you so much!

The room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel facilities were very convenient. The breakfast was very varied.

The room doesn't have a safe, the sofa bed doesn't have sheets and you have to go get them at the front desk, the bed doesn't have enough blankets and I felt cold every night, it's just a sheet and a blanket. I went to the front desk to get an extra one and they gave me one for one person and there were two.

It was that the GPS had a hard time finding it, it wanted us to keep driving around in a circle instead of it recognizing it was right in front of us and we just needed to go straight through the light instead of turning left that it kept insisting upon. We took the detour twice then ignored it and went to the hotel in front of us hoping that it was the right place. I did not like that we were charge a $100 incidental fee on top of the cost of the room. Yes, it's refundable, but I didn't like that it was not mentioned anywhere and unknown until our stay. That could really cause a problem for someone who doesn't have the extra money to cover it. VERY uncomfortable bed!!! Hard as a rock!! VERY slippery bathtub, my husband slipped and luckily caught himself from falling.

Hotel was right off 77, so it was in a good location. About halfway between Mooresville and Concord, which made it very easy to travel back in forth to see race shops and Charlotte Motor Speedway. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. Separate seating “room” in the hotel room was a very nice touch. Hotel is walking distance from a few restaurants and Target is a minute away, which was super convenient.

AC in room worked but was a little finicky, and had a hard time cooling the entire room. Parking lot was a little tight, but that’s unavoidable with the location. Wouldn’t let either of those sway you from staying though.

Loved how it was close to everything. Right off the highway. A gas station and several restaurants within the same parking lot. Just across the street from a grocery store and other shops. More than enough space for the family.

The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan so it got a bit steamy. When traveling with a family, it’s hard to not get changed in a bathroom but when it’s hot and steamy it makes it challenging. Hot breakfast served no variety as it was the same items all 3 days of our stay. Not exactly worth the price but it was a holiday and event weekend.

The room was huge - more a suite, that was very comfortable. The bed was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location, being near to Birkdale Village but only 25 minutes from the airport was great! Breakfast was good and there is free flavoured water and tea and coffee available in the lobby.

The laundry facilities weren't working when we stayed. We were told the tumble dryer had stopped working and was being fixed the next day.

This hotel was in a good location for my needs as I was visiting a friend in the hospital a couple of miles away. It was clean and the 2 room suite had all the amenities you would need....wet bar, microwave and mini-fridge. TV offered a wide range of cable channels. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of hot items like sausage, biscuits, potatoes and honestly some of the best scrambled eggs I've ever eaten! Also offered were pancakes, waffles, variety of cereals, patties, etc. For a very reasonably priced hotel, it offers a nice stay.

My only negative was my room was on the highway side of the hotel and there was a constant high speed traffic noise. Keeping the air conditioner running helped mask the noise, but being a light sleeper, it was a bit challenging. Perhaps requesting a room on the opposite side of the hotel would eliminate this issue.

The room is huge. There is a receiving room with couch and tv. It has a mini kitchen with sink, ref and microwave. The bedroom has 2 full size queen beds with tv. There’s a small closet and ample shelves to store things. The bathroom is a good size too with toiletries. The warm continental breakfast was filling. I enjoyed the coffee with multiple choices of Coffeemate creamers.

There was a funky smell on the carpet that was only slightly noticeable and not overly bearing.

Absolutely loved the location & the layout of the suite. EVERYTHING was so clean.Breakfast had a lot of choices.My only issue was the bed,it had lumps,could not get comfortable to sleep, pillows were nice and fluffy though. Check-in was very easy,the lady(beautiful red hair)& I think the manager was very friendly & professional. Loved the fact you could get coffee anytime in the lobby.
