Staff was helpful and professional. The most efficient check in I have ever experienced. Breakfast was exceptional with as many offerings you could want. Including gluten free options and a made to order omlete station. Very convenient location with beautiful grounds. Rooms were clean and spacious.

My only criticism is with the indoor pool. It is advertised as heated when in actuality it is freezing cold. So cold, that I, and several other guests found it impossible to wade in past knee level. Also, adult swim hours are not enforced as there were (loud) children in the pool area at 11pm.

The hotel was great, each person that I came across that worked there was kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing, the cook to order station for eggs had a great cook and the breakfast was the best of any hotel on our week long trip throughout South Carolina. The experience even made us want to look for a Hilton with similar options as we traveled and we found one and stayed there. We plan on coming back to this one in a few months.

We were there for a dance competition. Breakfast was amazing! Anything you could think of was available... even omelets, made to order. The staff were super friendly. And everything very clean. We ended up ordering food from the restaurant one night because of the weather and it was very good. Pricing was about the same as anywhere else you'd pay to eat.

I don't like the fact I got charged for parking. I wasn't aware of this charge until I got my receipt upon check-out. Charges, like parking, should be told to the guest upfront so there aren't any surprises.

Great location. Free buffet breakfast. Restaurant was very good. I did not use the pool, but I could see the pool from my room and it was filled with people enjoying themselves.

I wish they had a coffee station that was open 24 hours. The walls are a little thin and the doors slam loud. I was on the fourth floor and could hear everyone in the lobby enjoying their breakfast. Not that big of a deal and will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was nice but did not include basic plain bagels, blueberry bagels or ripened fruit. (Had multi grain bagels and green, green bananas, no apples, no oranges etc. Cereals were in pre-dispensers and yogurts were in jars. Nothing to grab (on the go/eat later)

I loved everything about my stay. I truly enjoy a place where I can relax and have a sense of peace. From the time I checked in to the room and the food and bar. Everyone and everything was perfect I will be letting my clients know about this if they ever pass through Greenville.

My stay was short due to handling business, but I will return. Bookings messed up my form of pay but after contacting them the hotel got it straightened out. They were absolutely professional and it was not their fault Bookings messed up. Awesome Customer Service.

the breakfast was good and I liked that the staff let me get a cup of coffee early rather than having to wait. This year there was plenty of soap in the shower despensores.

while the rooms were clean the hallways looked as though they had been neglected. There was a stain/? outside the 3rd floor elevator that looked as though someone had gotten sick.

The breakfast is always superb . The breakfast staff are always pleasant especially the lady who makes the omlettes .Tracy at the front desk was very nice and made sure we had what we needed . The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the pillows need and upgrade .

The pillows need updating And the bed was a bit uncomfortable. Online it stated premium rooms come with unlimited snacks whatever they have on the floor . Well that isn't true . You get a bag per night stay with a couple bags of chips , pack of nuts and like 3 beverages . We had 4 people in our party so it wasn't enough . You need to list the accurate premium snack policy so there won't be any miscommunication.

I enjoyed my stay. It was peaceful and quiet. The staff was helpful and very informative. The young man who helped me check in assured me and made me feel safe by NOT verbally informing me of my room number. Instead, he insisted that I would find my room number inside the envelope of the room key. The next morning, the attendant at the front desk was very polite and friendly as she helped me adjust a late check out on my room. All in all, I appreciate the service, the pleasant environment and the employees who took their time to make sure I enjoyed my stay.
