Every single staff member was very pleasant and helpful. Everything was very clean. The room was comfortable.

The breakfast wasn't really good for me. I can't eat pastries or cereal or bread or waffles, but appreciated that there was also eggs and sausage. However, neither tasted good to me and both had unpleasant texture in my opinion. The coffee was very good! Though it wasn't awful, I could hear people in nearby rooms. I would have preferred it to be a bit quieter.

It was clean and comfortable and the staff was very nice.

When I arrived around 3:50pm there were police there, which was a little uncomfortable. While I was in my room a strange person knocked on my door. I left to go get something to eat around 5:15pm to go get something to eat and when I came back there were police outside again but this time walking around the property. This made me feel a little uneasy.

Excellent, well-equipped room with plenty of space for our pets and us. Very clean. Breakfast was adequate for travelers. One issue is no automatic front doors, making it very difficult to maneuver a luggage cart through the doors. That’s my only complaint. The hotel is close to lots of dining choices as well.

They were very nice people we enjoyed the day. They provided us with a nice breakfast and they were very nice walking through our room. The cleaners were exceptional and they supposed to do every other day.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about it

I enjoyed the stay. Clean, efficient, and orderly. Plenty of parking. Good location. Plenty of familiar stores. Bally's Casino 5 minutes or $6 Uber ride away. Good traffic.

The egg's, both boiled and scrambled were awful. Buy a better quality. Never serve bought boiled eggs. Make your own, or avoid serving them. There are much better pasteurized eggs available. Look into the idea. You run a 5-Star facility. Everything else about the breakfast was 100%. $166 was well worth it.

When we got to our room, the door had been left open, resting on the door lock. We inquired to the front desk and were told that, apparently, the inspection had probably not been done after room cleaning??? We found that to be somewhat concerning. Also, there was nothing in the minibar, and we were told by the front desk that they did not put anything in the minibar???

The location was in between both family members, making the visit easy and convenient.

A couple of our neighbors liked to slam their doors early in the morning, but that’s not the property’s fault.

Communication was easy and smooth, I needed to change the type of room I booked, and preferred my two rooms on the same floor, the staff accommodated me to the best of their abilities. Providing, easy and excellent transitions.

I wish that breakfast was at least an hour longer

The property is very nice and the entire staff from front desk to room cleaners were extremely helpful. The food was delicious every morning. The rooms are spacious.

I have no negative comments at all.

Staff was very friendly. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. It's nice to be able to eat and get on the road rather than to stop again somewhere to eat.

The sign to enter the property was very small. I has to drive up and down Dupont highway until my GPS told me to go into holiday in drive.
