I have had a wonderful stay at the Clinton. The personel is great, Josie and Samantha were very friendly, helpful and professional. They made sure that everything was perfect throughout my stay at The Clinton. The room I booked looked even better in person and was very clean. I also like the elegant decor of the hotel lobby. The Clinton is very well located, there are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby, including their very own Limonada Restaurant. The beach is only a minute walk away. You can go there for any occasion: staycation, baecation, business trip, party, etc... you will be very well looked after! I am already looking forward to my next stay at the Clinton ! ♡

Loved the location, staff were really friendly. Beds super comfy and great value for money given the area. Breakfast is at the cafe next door, limited menu but tasty.

Didn't realise the coffee pods were part of the "mini bar", so a charge for those. Not much, at $2 per pod, but would have been good if told this at check in as that's not normally the case. Also, the cafe next door for breakfast is nice, but honestly someone should tell the staff not to just stand around on their phones and pay a little more attention.

The location is great, right in the heart of south beach, close to the beach and several restaurants and shops. Very walkable. Friendly and accommodating staff. Nice touches with the provided glassware and mini bar in room.

Some items in the room seemed old and crusty. Lots of things could be updated. King mattress had a huge dent on one half of it so we basically slept in a double avoiding the dent. I didn’t book this for the pool so it wasn’t a big deal for me. If someone was looking to have a nice pool I wouldn’t recommend this one. It’s small and in the middle of the attached restaurant outdoor seating.

Excellent check-in service provided by Joshua. Nothing was too much trouble for him, just ask! He is that awesome, and he Was able to get us checked-in early, which was so much appreciated. Hotel is Centrally located in South Beach. 2 blocks up from beachfront. Good eats within walking distance including, Subway, mom and pop coffee shop with the Best Cuban Coffee, convenience mart across the street to stock up on necessities. (Katrina-N.Y.)

Rooms cloud be cleaned a bit better. Bathroom floor and doors should be wiped down better. Just a little more attention should be paid to clean the room. Not a deal breaker though, because I always carry my Lysol wipes for wiping down surfaces.

We enjoyed the room service, the room itself, and especially the breakfast. Although the hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant, they partner with a nearby one where we had breakfast—and it was really good.

We didn’t have any complaints—everything met our expectations.

Staff was very nice and also the room was big and very clean!

Once a client has paid to sleep there, they should let him check in without asking for a mandatory deposit, or at least always allow the checking first and the opportunity to give that deposit also 1h later: After a long trip not everyone after paying is willing not to be allowed to checking for that reason.

The room was clean and comfortable.

The staff wasn't friendly or particularly helpful. I don't speak Spanish and felt like directions about breakfast bordered on rude from the front desk and Leomonada.

There were a couple issues with our original room - no hot water in shower, shower door wouldn’t close. They changed us to a much larger room. Had a great stay.

The elevators are really small!!

Location is fab, rooms are great & modern. Staff are very friendly. Pool / bar area is amazing - feels very private.

Sometimes it could be noisy due to the main road being opposite hotel.
