The staff were friendly, accommodating (helped with a room change and storing bags). Room was good size, nicely laid out and clean. The overall decor and feel of the hotel was inviting.

Possibly no need to have the music in the restaurant, bar area in the outside part at the front of the hotel as loud and not to start around 7am. No one needs music at that time.

Great location and the hotel has a nice pool and bar. The main building has beautiful rooms.

Do not book the “room designated at check-in”. If you are unlucky they will give you a room in a seperate building. These rooms are old and extremely noisey. To be honest, it is really misleading (because the pictures on Booking.com show other rooms) and also unacceptable that they still offer these rooms as a 5 star hotel. We reported this at the reception and luckily got another room in the main building after 2 nights.

The location is amazing - it’s two blocks from the beach, also there is a bus stop right outside of the hotel which is so handy for getting into the city. The pool on the roof is lovely. All the staff in the hotel are so friendly, and happy to help with any questions. The pink lemonade in reception 😂

When we arrived we were put into a suite in the older part of the building, although it was nice… it wasn’t in our opinion of the standard that we paid for. The staff moved us to the newer part of the building into a room and the difference was day and night. The other thing which we didn’t like was that we didn’t see in the small print that we had to pay a hold deposit of $100 per night. So when we went to check in, they asked us to pay $800 - we were not too happy about this and the manager accepted for us to pay $500 which would be refunded after our stay. I was shocked as we had paid for the hotel already, but the explained that it was incase we used the mini bar or ate at the restaurant and put it on our room. We didn’t expect it, so it shocked us.

-Attentive and helpful staff -Small details: water in the lobby and swimming pool, we asked for a coffee and they gave us a coffee machine, beach towels and umbrella... -All you need in a good hotel: bar, restaurant, balcony, etc

- Bathroom: it was weird to have a toilet without a seat cover (maybe a cultural difference...?) :) - Remember ordering a few drinks from the swimming pool bar menu but they didn't have them... (frozen cocktails and coconut water)

I had a very nice experience staying at this hotel in Miami Beach. The customer service was excellent—staff were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The location is great, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. Breakfast was very good each morning, and the hotel’s restaurant also served delicious food. Overall, a wonderful stay—I would definitely come back!

I was upgrade on my arrival and room assigned meet my expectations it did have the space that I was looking for, bed was super comfortable. I love room decor and have access to a good balcony although the view could be better.

it's nothing that can change but if South Beach get noise even room has a good noise isolation, I am sure you could have issues to sleep ( which is not my case and I went after Memorial day, which mean all the crowd it was gone.

Outstanding hotel and staff. Really went out of their way to help out and ensure a great stay. Would highly recommend. Only downside, the chap with a moustache in the pool area is a bit of a tyrant - he wouldn’t allow my kids to eat a handful of cashew nuts because “it’s a restaurant”. Kids are 4 & 6, so a bit pathetic really. Other than that, great hotel!

I had such a wonderful experience during my birthday weekend trip! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, which made the whole stay so special. We spent a week there, and the vibe was just perfect. The food was delicious, and I really appreciated the happy hour in the lobby—it was a lovely touch to have complimentary drinks for guests from 4 to 5. I have to say, the fish sandwich was absolutely amazing! Overall, it was a memorable trip filled with great moments.
