The location was perfect! Away from the loud music but in short distance from the life of south beach. There’s no view from your room but the patio upstairs was good! The staff however were terrible. Answers to anyone’s question was short and with attitude, eye rolling responses to guests and snippy. A nice hotel run by poor staffing will drive people away. They said we can leave luggage’s there but it’s literally anywhere in the lobby. A big sign that says “not responsible for lost luggage’s, leave at your own risk” that’s as good as leaving your valuable luggage on the streets. The entrance was a restaurants dining area, your valuable is up for grabs! I would not stay here again. It’s NOT welcoming.

Initially upon check-in the shower door appeared not to open and blocked by the toilet. I was so tired that I did not realize to push the shower door in the other direction

Perfect location - access to the beach, restaurants, groceries, laundry store etc is very near Customer experience - Jessica, Lazara and another male staff who did mostly night shift during my stay were extremely friendly and helpful. They provided me with some useful tips with respect to the facilities in the vicinity. Jessica and Lazara also advised me the boat ride and did not regret that at all, especially the visits near the Star Island.

The shower room's door.. While taking shower, the water gets through the little shower door glass space to the toilet which becomes slippery and dirty, thus I needed to wait several hours to access the toilet.

The room was adorable, cozy, and super clean; it came with little extras like snacks and water which are really important in a city like miami. The location of the hotel is super close to the water but also all the restaurants and nightlife. The beach is only one street away, cross that and your at the beach. For the distance from the beach, and being inside the beach i rate it a 9/10

I really enjoyed my experience overall. Only thing i did not like, was that some how my rooms keypad to unlock the door disconnected entirely and I had no way to get in unless the front desk opened my room each time i left ! It was a bit of a headache not being able to have my own key but none the less, the super sweet girls in the front were always willing to help !

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The location was perfect, the place was very clean, and the service provided by the team was truly excellent. A special thank you to Jessica Juárez at the reception, who welcomed me with such positive energy and kindness. She not only allowed me to leave my luggage before check-in time, but also gave me amazing recommendations for the best spots in the city. Her attention made a big difference. I’d also like to thank the receptionist Andrés Vargas for always being helpful and attentive, and Dubis, the cleaner, for providing outstanding service throughout my stay. This level of care and hospitality made my experience unforgettable. I would definitely recommend this property and look forward to coming back!

To make the experience truly perfect, I would suggest replacing the front door at the reception. It tends to make a loud noise when it closes, and it can be a bit difficult to open when your hands are full. A quieter and more accessible door would enhance the overall comfort and convenience for guests.

It was so cuteee. Loved the bedroom we got , it overlooked the patio to the restaurant just outside. It was next to everything and super close to ocean drive and the beach. They have a rooftop patio and it was sooo comfortable. Speaking of comfortable, the bed?? The pillows??? Ugh amazing

The parking situation was a bummer tbh. They don’t have a parking lot exactly so i would definitely recommend not having a rental car when staying here but they do offer a parking accommodation for $40 a day which is cheaper and closer than other public parking. It’s off location but not crazy far just a block away. Still, wasn’t expecting that we had to pay for parking but oh well wasn’t going to ruin our fun just a surprise is all

This hotel offers great value at a great location. The 24/7 reception was very helpful as our flight in was delayed. The room was spacious and clean.

We got the very last room at the end of the hallway, closer to the back alley. At 6am every morning (except Sunday), a garbage truck came around emptying all the dumpsters while the workers talked a lot. It woke me up without fail every time. I would imagine the rooms closer to the front don't experience this. For a light sleeper, the back rooms are too loud.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Location was close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, like I wanted.

the hall to reach to the end of the floor was very narrow, was very uncomfortable to move my luggage, Had to carry it up the stairs because there was no elevator.

Great place, cozy, clean, friendly and knowledgeable staff on the area.

No parking anywhere. After driving almost 5 hours to get there I just wanted to rest. The front desk told us the parking garage across the street is good and could park there all our stay rather than park on the street and have to move the vehicle every 3 or 4 hours which was the max time. Ended up paying for the parking almost the same amount I paid for the room but other than that everything went great.

Very convenient location just a couple blocks from South Beach. Bus stop on the corner if you want to go to Miami. Good free coffee in the lobby. Friendly staff. Appreciate the entry being set back from the street.

No real complaints. The Do Not Disturb/Please Clean the Room signs did not fit the door handles well and tended to rip and fall off. Room and temperature were adequate for our needs.
