The best customer service I’ve had on the West Coast. Approachable and responsive desk hosts who checked in with me often. Excellent communication. TV had Netflix and Amazon Prime. A good shower plus iron and hair dryer. Superb location just off ocean drive and Miami Beach. Everything was walking distance including a Walgreaves 2 minutes away . Great value.

Beds were two single ones pulled together to make a double and were a little hard. Walls are very thin- you can hear a lot from the next room.

The property was really well located, in a spot closer to the beach -only two blocks away- which was also a really quiet and wide beach if compared to other parts near ocean drive. We also liked that it had a fridge in the room with decent storage capacity, and the fact that the hotel has some beach chairs and umbrellas that you can borrow to take to the beach (these are shared with other guests so they might not be there if you go too late).

The only two things that I would say I didn’t like were the noise you could some times hear from other rooms (we heard steps from the floor above many times) -but if you were tired enough that wouldn’t bother you that much- and that if you want to leave your luggage after checking out until late, the only option is to leave it at the reception but after 4 PM there’s no one there so it wouldn’t be anyone to check on it -although ours was still there when we picked it up at night.

This is a great choice, terrific location, friendly helpful staff, and the rooms have everything you need , and nothing you don't. Many good restaurants close by.

I was pleased to have a room at around USD 100 per night in Miami Beach, but then was slugged with a USD 64 cleaning fee, so seems like its better to do more nights, i only had a night so it made the stay more expensive than i anticipated. I will book for 6 nights when i return.

We came to Miami to celebrate my husband's birthday and chose this boutique hotel--and it was the best decision we could've made. From the moment we booked, Emmie and Jaime were in touch, patiently answering all of our (many!) questions. Their communication and care felt like having our own personal concierge service, making us feel right at home. The room itself was comfortable, well-equipped, and anything we needed, Emmie and Jaime made sure we had right away. The only small downside was the water pressure, but honestly, with the level of service and hospitality we received, it hardly mattered. If you're renting a car, I highly recommend arranging parking--it's about 2-3 blocks away in a secure garage. We actually got turned around trying to find it, and Emmie and Jaime immediately sent pictures and directions to guide us. Truly above-and-beyond service. The location is also perfect, with the beach just 2-3 blocks away. For the quality of the stay, the unbeatable service, and the prime location, this hotel is a hidden gem at a fraction of the price you'd pay elsewhere. Emmie and Jaime deserve all the praise--thank you both for making this trip unforgettable!

The water pressure - and that’s about it.

We travel a lot but this was really one of the nicest places we stayed at. :) Jaime at the front desk is so sweet and helpful. She really makes you feel so welcome. Bed was huge, super comfortable. The room and bathroom were squeaky clean and included anything you may need: hair dryer, iron with the iron board, you can have a quick coffee in the main hall as borrow beach umbrella and towels. Parking is not an easy and cheap option in general but they have some nice deal with the parking nearby for only 20 USD/day. The location is very convenient, close to everything you may need: beach, bars, restaurants, art deco area, shops, etc. If I will ever be back in Miami, I will definitely be back here.

The location was absolutely superb — everything was within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and we really appreciated the smooth check-in and check-out with no wait times. Being able to store our luggage for free until our evening flight was such a thoughtful convenience. The room was spotless and wonderfully quiet throughout our stay.

I really enjoyed my stay, but a few small touches could have made it even better. It would have been nice to have a kettle with tea or coffee cups in the room for added convenience. I also noticed that beach chairs weren’t readily available at the front desk. Lastly, the towels provided were a bit on the smaller side — slightly larger, thicker towels would be a great improvement.

The hotel is charming, very well located, and feels safe. The room isn’t large, but it’s just right — comfortable and practical. The hotel’s location allows for a variety of activities nearby — from going to the beach, cycling, or strolling along Ocean Drive. It’s definitely a great spot for anyone looking to explore and enjoy Miami Beach in a very safe and pleasant way. Although we had a minor issue upon arrival related to parking, this quickly became secondary thanks to the team’s and the manager’s outstanding effort to handle the situation with care and professionalism. Their genuine concern in making our stay as pleasant as possible truly stood out. If you’re looking for a place where customer care is taken seriously and felt in every detail, this is definitely the right choice.

The hotel’s location, staff, and overall concept were excellent. The employees were friendly and attentive.

I would have expected the hotel to provide at least basic essentials, such as access to drinkable water. It would have been nice to have a few bottles of water in the room or access to filtered water or a water dispenser. Placing an espresso machine in the waiting area would have been a stylish touch—instead, there was only a decorative coffee machine that didn’t seem functional. We stayed in Room 101, which was very close to the lobby. It was quite noisy and also very dark. I would suggest not using the front-facing rooms near the entrance for guests. Of course, I can’t speak for the other rooms.

The place is really clean, comfortable and quiet (all clubs and parties are on walking distance, but you can get a good rest / sleep, since it is not located on Ocean Drive). Bed is comfortable. Great and friendly service, easy check-in. The Hotel is 5-6min from the beach and close to all cafes and restaurants. There is also a big supermarket nearby.

The walls are thin and you can often hear moves/ conversations from the neighbors. Windows cannot be open to get some fresh air - the air conditioning works good though.

Exactly as detailed in the pictures. Very close to all attractions but in the comfort of a quiet street. 5 min walk to the beach! I really loved their self checkin option. Everything was ready for me before I arrived, including my room cards with detailed instructions on how to get in. I had a car for which they arranged for parking in a 24 hour parking garage nearby. I suggest dropping the luggage off first and then parking the car as that would be easier. There is a drop off spot just in front of the hotel. On an additional matter, I had a parcel coming to the address after I left. I had to arrange for a pickup and the hotel printed the necessary paperwork for the courier. I really appreciate that. I would strongly recommend this hotel!! The responses from the owners were very courteous and fast!! They have a 24/7 message helpline if needed. Not that I needed it but it is useful. Thank you very much for your hospitality!!
