The staff was great. We were able to check in earlier and for check out, we were allowed to leave our luggages at the lobby with the staff for the meantime. The location was excellent, which was the main focus. Very close to the beach and walking dictance to many various restaurants and shops. Also, the location is great for quietness as it’s more in the south of where the live & loud events are, especially at night. I highly recommend and I will definitely come back.

The only thing they clean your room and change/give new towels only every 2 days unfortunately.

Everything was great! Ideal location - right next to the beach, a quiet place, although not far from entertainment venues. What surprised me the most was the pleasant service. The staff understood our travel needs and offered us both early check-in and late check-out. Perfect! I recommend it to everyone!

Our Airbnb cancelled on us with 2 weeks notice and we were very lucky to find Casa Ocean as a replacement! Such a chill, quiet part of South Beach. Staff were lovely, room was very clean and up to date. The beach is literally across the street (through a small park). Would definitely stay again!

White noise or ear plugs might be worth considering if staying near the front of the hotel like we were … no street noise but lots of footsteps overhead/in the stairwell, etc.

The property was beautiful!! Wonderful smell as soon as you walked in through the doors and the rooms were super clean with an amazingly comfortable bed!! This property is near everything!! You can easily access in minutes Ocean Blvd, Collins Street, and Washington Street!!

The rooms are small but it is definitely worth booking!! It’s right on Ocean Blvd!! I mean the value of that alone was wonderful!! We had one thing that happened that we didn’t like and that was we asked for additional items (tissue and a couple of cups) during our stay but we never received any follow up back about those items and we never received those items.

The room was ready when we arrived. The accommodation is nice, king room suite, clean, simple and classy. Location is excellent for walking to beach and for food/drinks.

Check out time is 11, too early. It's expensive room to feel rushed out in the morning. Housekeeping was vacuuming the room above us at 9am. This noise included what sounded like banging against the walls. There is no noise control. It isn't how I want to start any day. When I said something about the noise, the response was, "ok, I'll tell housekeeping not to do their job". A better experience is for a guest to have the courtesy of peace and quiet until check out.

Self check-in was convenient. Room design and lighting I really liked, it was beachy yet modern. The location is great - so close to everything, but quiet area. Walking to the beach took like 3-5 min. The room was clean and bed comfortable, plenty of towels. There is a mini fridge to keep your water cold, a desk to work from and a decent TV. Perfect size and everything you need for a solo traveler, highly recommended! Would stay there again.

The air conditioning was turned little too cold for me in the lobby and room :) but I suppose some would prefer it!

The location was in the quieter side of town which suited us fine. It was very clean although the smell of the air freshener could be overpowering at times.

They could refill the water cups at the water station in the lobby more regularly. Cups would often run out. Also, there should always be someone at the front desk for any emergencies. We got locked out of our room (the passcode suddenly wouldn't work) and had no one to turn to until we saw the cleaners who helped us out.
