Nice and clean room. All was very good. Close to beach and close to bus stop. Use the 150 Express BUS to airport costs only $2 and don't waste $100 on a taxi. Bus goes every 20 min and only one block (250m) walk to hotel.

Safe loose in wardrobe hence useless, can simply carry and no bag required for all your valuables :-) Aircon starts every 5 mins for 2 min and noisy Breakfast has no fruit - only unhealthy options

Location is very convenient in the South Beach and Art Deco district, walking distance from the beach. The hotel is for adults only, quiet and cozy. If you are lucky you may book a room with a nice terrace or to get free beach accessories. Rooms are like studio apartments, fully equipped with kitchen, appliances, utensils, mini-bar etc. Reception staff is very helpful and hospitable. Room clearing ladies are always cheerful and efficient especially if don't forget to leave modest tips. I have already stayed at this hotel several times and most probably will book it for my next trip.

The hotel has some areas for improvement, but they are not critical and don't spoil my overall positive opinion.

I had a wonderful stay at this property during my vacation. The location was perfect — a quiet and peaceful area close to the ocean. It was just far enough from the noisy bars and clubs to feel relaxing, but still within walking distance if you wanted to explore. The staff were fantastic — very friendly and always helpful. I especially loved the breakfasts; they were delicious and more than enough to start the day right. It was also a nice touch that they provided beach towels, which made trips to the ocean even easier. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for more. I’d definitely stay here again!

We loved the location, a 1-block walk from the beach and near a choice of restaurants and a food mart. We had great weather during our 4 days and enjoyed so much of the area. The staff were helpful. The room suite was well appointed and decorated. The kitchen had everything needed though the coffee maker didn't work the first morning at 6 am and there was no replacement for it until later that morning. Breakfast was good and offered a range of foods. The down side was that it started much later than we are used to.

We had an issue with the toilet running after flushing. It needed a replacement of the flap cover. Staff twice tried to fix it but it never worked. A plumber should have been called immediately but wasn't, maybe because we were there over a weekend. We had to leave the top off the tank and re-seat the valve flap ourselves each time the toilet was used.

The location was great - in a quiet area but still walking distance to the beach, restaurants and night life. The room and bed were comfortable and clean. Spacious room and nice bathroom. Beach towels were provided - very nice to have that!

The included breakfast was a nice feature. But the menu wasn’t very exciting - hard boiled eggs, cold cuts, cheeses and breads, yogurt, a couple cereals. That being said, it filled us up enough and the service/staff were great. My only real complaint about the room was the noisy HVAC system and noisy refrigerator that made it difficult to sleep at times. I suppose it’s difficult to remedy the HVAC noise. But it was somewhat bothersome.

Great location in Miami Beach, easy walk to beach and Ocean Drive, eateries and convenience stores around; professional, efficient and warm welcome from staff. Huge room, nice kitchen, not all furniture very comfortable though (too low sofa eg)

Breakfast only starting at 8:30; not all guests come for sun, sea and relaxation. Pricey, but perhaps that's to be expected in Miami Beach. Although for that price you would like to have more of a view than the wall of an unattractive side building

Hotel perfectly located in Miami Beach, 15 minutes walk from the center, but 4 minutes to the beach. Close to shops and restaurants. Spacious hotel room with bathroom and kitchenette. Very large and comfortable bed. You can also rent beach towels. Extremely nice staff, and delicious breakfasts. I recommend this hotel.

everything was wonderful. the staff at the reception very helpful and kind. the location great, walk in South Beach and explore. a few minutes from South Point Park. nice to see the large waves and surfers there. great restaurant right across the street from Blanc Kara. the breakfast super with a great server who was kind and friendly. great choice for a stay in South Beach Miami. and the free trolley to use is just down the street.

Property was convenient to restaurant and the beach, and the port of Miami.

The room was very warm. We could not get the thermostat to adjust down on the air conditioner. The temperature in our room the morning we left was 79. It was very uncomfortable trying to sleep. In formed the front desk when we left about it and all the said was “ I’ll talk to my supervisor”.
