Great location! It's on Ocean Drive, but away from all of the noise and traffic. You are still a short walking distance from everything. The Prime is also very quiet. I barely heard anybody in the halls, so I slept very well. The bathroom had lots of room and the shower is large. I had a great room with great AC, a comfortable bed and a wrap around balcony. I liked that the rooftop pool area was open for 24 hours. And housekeeping did a wonderful job every single day. I came back to a clean room, fresh towels and a bed made with creases in the linen.

I did not like that customers had to go through the service bar area to get to the elevator. During dinner, I'm avoiding walking into the servers, while they were simply working. I also did not like that checking in the hotel was at the hostess stand/desk of the restaurant, right where people are eating. It was strange to leave in the morning, go downstairs to the restaurant and...its empty. Nobody is in the place (or the restaurant staff is preparing for the evening) I could not order breakfast, but no worries. The TV could be louder, but it certainly isn't a deal breaker.

the location is great and the room is really spacious, clean and with lots of light. on the flipside, you cant make it 100% if you are one of those people (i didnt mind). I think the photos of the hotel dont make justice on how nice the bedrooms really are.

the only attention point is that the entrance is the same as the restaurant on the ground floor which is kind of weird + you can hear some noise from the room (mine was just above the restaurant).

Awesome location. Easy check in although a little awkward as you walk through the restaurant and take an elevator in the restaurant to get to your room. Room was very adequate and comfortable. Love the location. Staff was very friendly. Rooftop pool is great. Wish we had discovered it earlier to enjoy it in the evening as it was very warm. The Prime restaurant was very popular and looked really good. We should have eaten there.

My wife and I enjoyed the privacy and location that this hotel provided. We traveled to Miami for our anniversary and just wanted to connect with each other. This hotel was the perfect spot to stay if you are looking to be in the mix, but stay somewhere quiet and reasonable. Certainly will be staying here every time I visit Miami. The hotel felt like a home away from home. Customer service was great as well.

my room was amazing it was nice and clean. the location was also good I like how there were a lot of resturant's around, gives you options to choose from. Very nice staffs. i would Difinitely come back to this hotel. me and my boyfriend had the rooftop to our selves and it was a nice view. staying here made my birthday weekend great.

I did not like the valet parking. me and my boyfriend called down 10 mins before and when we went downstairs we had to wait another hour because one of the valet drivers drop off my car to another location. the valet driver also told the guy at the front desk he drop off the key to him and even the guy at the front desk was confused because he never received a key. when we were waiting outside the valet driver pass us twice even when we was waving at him saying over here. we were very upset and it was my birthday night. but thank god another valet driver help us get our car back.

We loved the heated rooftop pool , the staff was absolutely great at suggesting nearby restaurants of great quality , and always checking in if we are satisfied during our stay.

I did not like the fact that the phone in the room did not work , so I had to go back down to reception when I ran into a couple of things in the room .

The rooms were big, comfortable and the balcony was awesome. Location and bath room nice, beach is 5 mins away

The pool is very small and not suitable for swimming because its not deep. That was a bummer because I thought we could swim there….

I will definitely come back. The room is big, AC is effective and not noisy. Blackout curtains. Balcony. Restaurant. Very nice area close to South Point and the beach. The staff helpful and super friendly: Jeanette, Manny, Valentina. Free coffee.

The hotel is a little worn, there are no hooks at the bathroom. The doors slam loudly. no breakfast but not a problem for me. The price is too high for an European but Miami is expensive. These are small things in comparison with what you get

Good location, Close to the beach, Restaurants and Downtown Miami, Room was clean, The balcony was a plus, and the rooftop pool was great. The water felt amazing and views were very nice.

Room keys kept deactivating and had to reprogrammed a few times during our stay, the location to the front desk and elevator to the rooms are located in the restaurant downstairs, street parking was limited
