We stayed for 8 nights, a very good price/quality relation. The breakfast was simple, but good enough, orange juice, almond milk, cream cheese, fruits, toasts, coffee. A location is perfect, close to the beach/Ocean drive, a lot of shops, restaurants and "food to go" places. It was possible to bring own food and drinks and eat them in a nice hotel patio. There are tables, chairs, and power outlets for mobile devices charging. Stuff was helpful, room was clean with a good lightening. First time I have seen a ceiling lightening in US hotels! Wifi connection was fast. Conditioning worked well. Beach towels and sunbeds are included. But for umbrellas you need to pay 15 USD. Airport express bus stop is in 5 min walking.

Hotel needs a cosmetic renovation. Beach towels replacement should be organized better.

Amazing art deco hotel! Very clean and the front staff was very welcoming and friendly! Beautiful trees and the birds were abundantly visible.

The room was very nice especially just for one person as myself the bed was very very comfortable the location was awesome..

Some type of flies bugs was in my room near my nightstand and got on my bed not too much of a problem but I did see a roach in the bathroom that I wasn't able to exterminate but give it to the fact of the location and the history of the building it wasn't a big problem and it was just that one

The perfect hotel boutique to stay when in South Beach with friends... The patio with tables is an awesome space to have some drinks and spend the time. Also is located walking distance to the beach and Ocean Drive where all the restaurants and bars are.

Breakfast included is normal but could improve by adding scrambled eggs with potatoes and pancakes... Even if it means charging a $10-$15 fee per person. I wouldn't mind paying that fee every morning during my stay.

The hotel was in a perfect area, in South Miami Beach. About 5 minutes to the beach by foot, close to restaurants, Ocean Drive, bus stations, supermarkets. The room we had was spacious and enough for 2 people. Lovely interior garden accessible for guests. Hairdryer and safe in the room.

The mattress of one bed was noisy and the other one was a bit damaged. The constant smell of weed. Housekeeping wouldn't get into your room daily, only if you hanged the sign by the door. Breakfast was kind of poor (bananas, coffee, milk, bread, peanut butter and jelly and maybe some cereals). We met there with a friend having a different room and she mentioned having bugs in her room. Didn't happen to us, luckily, but thought it was worth mentioning. The overall aspect was a bit different than the pictures.

Step back in time with this old style Miami Hotel with a cozy community courtyard. No need to rent a car if your looking to relax and stay local. The beach, fabulous restaurants and local sundries are all in walking distance. Even though the structure lets you know you're stepping back in time, the beds are comfy and clean and the staff attended to any needs we had.

The breakfast is nothing to write home about

not the property fault but we arrived for a 4 night stay on a Sunday and no parking any where - eventually fell lucky and got a parking lot for $120 4 nights if it was possible to get parking prior to arrival (we came in from uk and very tired) would make the place perfect.

Being at the heart of South Beach, this hotel has one of the best locations in the city. Smack right between South Pointe and Ocean Drive, everything’s close by and the beach is just a couple of blocks aways.

Breakfast could be improved upon to add more variety, such as eggs, bacon, more fruits, etc.

Great location . Free airport 🛫 shuttle every hour . Room was soundproof . All amenities were open . 24 IHOP one block away

No complimentary breakfast 😞 . There is a Cafe open on site for purchase but I walked to the restaurant next door 🚪

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I will always suggest Harrison to my fri ends and contacts and definetely my next trip to Miami will reside in same Hotel.
